How do I stop read.ai joining meetings?

I made the mistake of activating read.ai as I wanted to see how it worked - now it is causing all kinds of problems jumping into every meeting when I no longer want to use it. How do I turn it off and have it stay turned off! It's driving me and my meeting attendees nuts!

Could you try the following steps? Navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace, locate the Fireflies.ai app, and remove it.

It isn't Fireflies. It is Read.ai. How do I uninstall it??

SAME HERE. How do I stop Read.ai? I don't like this product and I want to uninstall it. What is the exact link to do so? I'm seriously considering just using TEAMS now because of this app. It's annoying.

If it's joining from your account you can disconnect your Zoom account and calendar from read ai. If the bot is joining on behalf of an external user you can either enable a waiting room and require authentication or block the specific IP addresses associated with the notetaker. Alternatively you can use an app, Salepager Meetinguard to prevent bots from joining your Zoom meetings.
