Changing zoom accounts

I recently added Cronofy app to my zoom account. But I made a mistake and I need to revoke it (or just cancel the permissions?)I looked for the Cronofy app in the app market as explained, but can't find it there. How can I do that?

Not-Ready Forced

We have noticed a few of our accounts, under the "Contact Center" have been showing up as "Not Ready Forced" for their status, but we have that setting turned off under preferences. Does anyone know why this would be happening?
