HI Can anyone tell me if enhancing the meeting whiteboard to enable the uploading of images in to the board is on the roadmap? Cheerds Steven

Is there a way of moving between the shared whiteboard and a shared screen , WITHOUT going back to the meeting and stop share,  i need to use ipad to handwriting in pdf file  and  share whiteboard for the student to do some questions

Hi guzy, I prepared some whiteboards with the new whiteboard. Then by sharing only a part of it is visible. like this:  TEXT TEXT TEXT....... (so only the points show that that is more, but can't see). Any idea? Tried it few times, no change.  Thank you 

I'm not sure if I'm posting this on the right place, but can any one tell me what the difference between zoom-pro whiteboard and add-on option whiteboard? I wasn't sure if I need to add this option or not. Thank you.

Zoom crashed suddenly and kicked me out from meeting when one of the attendee shared the whiteboard . And even after several attempts  to join it happened to be the same thing. My OS is Ubuntu 22.04 and I am using  debian version of app. Current app version is 5.11. 1(3595).

Hello,We are using the NEW Zoom Whiteboard, and it's great, but we are having trouble with the comments. If I add a comment, I can read it up UNTIL I Ieave that board, and then when I return, I can see the comment icon (and can move it around) but I cannot open it to read it. If someone else leaves a comment on my board, I cannot read that either.Is anyone else having this issue?  

I've tried everything.  The second camera sharing works once, but if I need to go back and forth to the whiteboard, the second camera just gives me a black screen.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, you name it.  Please help!

Hello please could someone tell me how to hide the names of annotators on the Whiteboard on the latest version of Zoom. It was obvious in the last version but now I cannot find a way to turn this on/off.Many thanks

Hi, hope someone can help because this is the most frustrating thing. Every time I use the whiteboard on zoom, it constantly shifts from full screen to smaller screen. I use a VEIKK graphics tablet for online lessons and whilst writing on it and explaining to my students it is constantly shifting. I have changed the settings of the tablet on my macbook's settings but this did not change what is happening. Can anyone help?

Hi, i wanted to share a created whiteboard in our new channel with the team. In Channels there is a info panel which says "Whiteboards" but the shared Whiteboard (channel is "editor") with this channel does not appear. What can i do to share the Whiteboard with our channel? - Marco

Hi folks, just wondering is it just me, or has the ability to add images to a persistent whiteboard been disabled within an actual Zoom meeting? i can add them through the web interface, but once i'm IN a meeting and actually using the whiteboards, i can't add images on the fly. This strikes me as hugely unhelpful aspect of the tech and i really don't understand it. I can only assume it's a tech issue of not being able to immediately are images. But it seems like a massive limitation.Or is it Just due to my machine being an older MacBook? Feedback graciously accepted.

Hello!  I have the Pro plan which limits the advanced whiteboard to 3 whiteboards. Does this apply to working on them in real time during live class or only if they are collaborating after class? For instance, can I have 6 groups working on a whiteboard in their respective breakout rooms? 

We want to build out 100 or so rooms with Neat Bars and replace the physical whiteboards on the other walls with DTEN D7 digital whiteboards. It's a shame to find out that Companion Whiteboards don't work with Zoom Appliances, only macOS or Windows based Zoom Rooms.  Any ideas + roadmap for this functionality?

Hi ! Other people I work with have the new whiteboard tab in zoom meetings and I don't. I'm on a Mac with Big Sur 11.6.6And I just updated the zoom client version on my computer. I guess the workaround is to create a zoom whiteboard on line and share the link, but I'd love to use the full functionality. Thanks !!

I upgraded linux and now I can only share whiteboards.The OS I'm using is fedora.The version I upgraded from is 34 to 35.

Hello. I updated my Zoom client and have lost some important functionality in regards to recording and using the whiteboard. A little background: I've been using Zoom for about a year for French classes two times per week. My teacher is in France and I'm in the USA. I record the classes to my local PC so that I can go back and take notes, etc. Before today, the normal flow for the class would be 1) I launch the meeting, 2) teacher connects, 3) I start the recording, 4) when she needs to use the whiteboard, I make her the host, she launches the whiteboard and the recording continues to capture both of our cameras and the whiteboard to my local PC. 5) At the end of class, we end the session and the recording renders to my PC. After the update I installed this weekend, I start the recording but when I promote her to host so that she can launch/manage the whiteboard, the recording stops. In my meetings, my clients have not got access to the Annotate button - it reportedly isn't present on their screen either on Windows 10 or iOS. I have added Whiteboards and created one in the last meeting, but the only two participants were me, 1 on PC with webcam, 1 on Android tablet. How do I 1) Fix annotate so it shows and users can annotate my screen shares And/or 2) Add participants to Whiteboard. I went through every option and setting (wasting meeting time) trying to find a way to add other users.

I have lost a whiteboard I wanted to save, possible to restore? Find?

Looking to start using the Whiteboard feature on our licensed accounts however clicking 'New' whiteboard just displays 'internal server error' (see attached image) and nothing happens. Have tried logging out and logging in. Any ideas of how to use the feature?

I noticed I can't find options to export my Zoom Whiteboard when I'm editing it offline. I keep searching online on how to export what I made on the Zoom Whiteboard online, and could not find it. Later I found out an unorthodox way of opening a personal zoom meeting room, then opening my whiteboard and there is options to export it to PNG/PDF there. Maybe it would be good to have option to export it from the Zoom Whiteboard list / page instead.

I am using the new "Whiteboards" at zoom, but I cannot share them.  There is a message that says it is forbidden for not members.  And when I share the link, it is asking for a password or doesn't load.Please help

How many people can use a Whiteboard at once?

This is really strange. After a recent upgrade, I am getting only the Whiteboard option. What does Zoom have in place or planned for the Zoom Whiteboard when it comes to retention of artifacts for a person on litigation hold (legal hold) where all electronically stored items in Zoom (e.g. recordings/transcripts/whiteboards) will be discoverable?

I love that the board is huge, and I can zoom and pan. BUT other people's view doesn't zoom and pan with me, they have to zoom and pan themselves. This could be nice as an option, say when someone is drawing something on another part of the whiteboard so it will be ready when we get to it; but there should be a way for a presenter to have everyone's view track theirs. Perhaps individuals can be allowed to disconnect from that, or not, with another preferences switch. Right now people get lost when I move to another part of the huge board.
