Is there a limit to the number of custom questions there are on a webinar registration site? I am trying to add a 2 additional custom questions to an existing webinar.  The current custom questions list has 7 questions but it continues to tell me "a question like this already exists".  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Good morning all, hoping you can help. We'll soon be running a live webinar and, about halfway through, want to play a 10 minute video file.  I can't seem to find a place as a webinar host to actually embed that video so that I can just click 'play' and it'll start showing to all participants.I may be being dense, but surely there's an option somewhere to upload the video file before the webinar starts which is then just ready to play at the click of a button - rather than having to load it up in a different video player, then having to switch screens and 'share' the host's screen? Many thanks in advance!

I just concluded a two-hour webinar (required registration, email address etc.). I attempted to pull an attendance report and it shows that no one attended.  Usage<active users report indicates 87 participants but when I click on the hyperlink, there is nothing displayed.  Screenshots below.  ?

Hi,  I can't figure out how to do 2 things:1. Make a co-host of the webinar, I can only see panelists addition2. Enable waiting room in webinar, like meetings Also, when I changed the date of my recent webinar, the added calendar invite doesn't refresh or get removed, this is a request I wanted to raise to zoom.

On the registration form  of the webinar I have mandatory fields phone and job title (see attached file)I changed the default required fields for the next webinars but I want to remove those fields from the form Hoe can I do it?Thanks

Registration information for the occurrences that you changed will be removed. If you uncheck this option, registrants of the changed occurrences will not see the registration email and will not be able to join the webinar. Has anyone encountered this? 

Hi! Do the Webinar License capacity numbers include replays or only the max number of live attendees?

Hi I recorded a webinar and neglected to show my branding on my shared screen before ending the recording of my shared screen.  Is there any way I can add an image to the very end after the fact?Thanks!

Please i would like to know if it's possible for a participant to join a Zoom Events without having to create a zoom account.I create a a conference test in zoom event, I invited some participants and share the registration link with others. But they couldn't join because they were asked to create a zoom account before joining the conference. Thanks

Hi, I'd like to get your help.I need to get 'attendee log' after webinar, but can't find the 'Reports' menu.Usually attendee logs can be downloaded from the 'Reports',, but if I can't see 'Reports', where can I those 'attendee logs'? Please kindly refer to the attached screenshot which is my current Zoom UI and doesn't have 'Reports' menu Thank you for your help in advance! 

Howdy! We regularly host webinars for our clients. We typically ask for an email address for each panelist so we can generate a unique individual link for them, but at times speakers have joined another panelist link, or they only ask for one panelist link and then have multiple panelists click the same link the day of the call. Other than, um, being annoying, is there anything technically wrong with just giving them one panelist link? Like could it affect audio quality or connection? It seems like at times the audio quality has suffered when they do that but don't know if that's real or just a superstition of mine. Thanks! 

We did a zoom webinar and have it recorded. It was a paid webinar and we would like to re-broadcast the recording. We would like to charge for it. Is this possible?From what I can tell it doesn't look feasible to charge for it. I think I'm supposed to edit the original and make it "On Demand" and can have people register but have no way to bill them?

Hi, Is there a workaround for joining a Webinar from a Zoom Room as a Panelist? The room needs a meeting ID and the webinar requires a link to join as a panelist. Many thanks Tim

Hello,I have my registration to webinar closed, as it reached its defined capacity for the registration. Registration form correctly says that 'Registration is closed', however number of attendees grows.  They have very suspicious email adresses such as 'string of characters' (at) privaterelay.appleid.com Any hints?Thank youTomas

Whenever my supervisor joins a Zoom meeting or webinar, she automatically pops in as a co-host. I have checked my settings and she has checked hers; nowhere is she listed as a default host. She also uses the same participant links as everyone else. Any thoughts on how to change this? 

What are the right settings so my webinar attendees can see both panelists as well as the shared screen? The settings I have used in the past don't seem to be working any more.  Participant View: GalleryParticipant View during Screen Share: Side by Side Gallery/Side by Side Speaker I've tested this, and I can only see both panelists when I'm not doing a screen share. I have a webinar this week and need help soon!!! Thanks Zoom Community.

Hi Is there a way to attach a document as part of an on-demand webinar or in the follow-up mail after a guest has watched it? I can add a hyperlink in the post-event mailer to a document, but cannot see if I can add the actual document  Thanks Brendon

I noticed that there is not a Source Tracking report offered as an option on the post-webinar reports page. Is this data included in another report, such as Registration Report?If not, are there plans to add Source Tracking report as an option on the post-webinar reports page? Another convenient option would be to include in the actual registration report, but I would be happy with either option. 

Can forms that invite people to join webinar fill in content that is visible only to the creator but not to the invitee
