Hoping someone might have some answers or help 🙂 I have setup the "Requiring authentication to join a meeting/webinar" within the 'Security' step plus in the individual webinar link, so that the report will include email address of the attendees. But I have pulled the report this morning and the attendee emails haven't been provided???? Any idea how to resolve this? Thanks in advance

Hello, yesterday I did a webinar applying the new branding options (name tags and screen saver), but when I download the recording they don't appear. Is there a way to get the recording as it was broadcast?

How do you setup Zoom so that the login verification codes get sent before they expire? We host webinars across a number of computers that are installed in meeting rooms and email verification codes take much longer then 10 minutes to arrive.

zoom webinarsで開始前に、パワーポイントのスライドショーを共有で見せて待機画面にしたいのですが、やってみたら参加者側にパネラーのアイコンが表示されたミニウインドウが表示されます。スライドショーを共有中は全部のカメラはオフです。参加者側にアイコンを見せず資料だけを見せる事は可能なのでしょうか。ZOOM　meetingsでは共有を見てる側はミニウインドウは出なかった気がするのと、アイコンや名前を非表示に出来たと思うのですがいかがでしょうか。 

Hi, I am looking to send a follow up email to webinar attendees but it has been more than 7 days since the webinar ending. If i schedule the email for '1 day post webinar' will it not send at all or will it send immediately to the webinar attendees?

Is there a way to preset the "share sound" and "optimize video clips" in screen sharing so they stay set permanently to avoid having to remember to do it for each webinar?

Hello, I would like to integrate webinar registration on our membership-based website.  I would like to autofill the user data from their registered account in the webinar registration so that we can match the users exactly (to prevent they sign up with different email address for example or their name written differently than in our system). Is there any way to do this?  For example by attaching URL parameters to the webinar registration. Many thanks!

Hello,I want to integrate a webinar registration form on my website landing page. So that users can directly register for a webinar on the website only.

We have an account that allows up to 500 people per webinar but the text in our follow up absentee email says : "Our webinars do have only a maximum capacity of 100" and this is not in an editable field. How do I change this ? Thanks Sam 

Hi, I meant to press Practice Session in order to do a run through about 2 weeks prior to my Webinar. Instead I accidentally started the webinar. Now the webinar is no longer listed under the webinars tab and instead it's under the Recordings tab. I have 76 people registered already. How can I reboot this webinar so their registration points them to the right place? 

Hi, We're using Zoom Webinar with registration in our organisation and the meeting link we are provided with is in the format "zoom.us/w/<meeting-number>". Our Teams Room system only recognises URL's with the format "zoom.us/j/<meeting-number>". When changing the w to a j it works fine and lets us in, does this have any knock on effect that we're not aware of and what's the reason for the url difference?

Is there a way to have all webinars include a Practice Session by default instead of having to make that selection for each individual webinar?

Currently I am trying to find a way on how to restrict only users who purchased a session can join the webinar. I have tried using the  POST/webinars/{webinarId}/registrants But it seems that everyone can join the webinar, can anyone help me with this issue? Thank you in advance

I have used language interpretation for the first time last week with 8 languages and 16 interpreters.   Great feature! I don't know if there is a possibility to produce a report on how many users used a given interpreter/language during the webinar?  Is this feature available?  It would really help to determine which languages were most popular. Also, can we increase the custom languages to more than 5 as the standard languages are not very European and we ended up using Korean for the Romanian language! Thanks!

Can anyone please advise which third-party calendar service they have?I would like to use a calendar on my website to list webinars there with a link for registering. The plan is to run different webinars 3x a day for 3 days a week for the foreseeable future. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

I desperately need access to this webinar but I'm getting the message that it's expired. How do I recover it? Hello,We would love to run our webinars while showing a screen with attendees. Zoom allows either 24 or 49 live videos on a screen in the meeting, but I don't see this setting for a webinar. Would be great to show at least a sliver of an audience to demonstrate the audience.Some well-known presenters (ex: Tim Robbins) do this in their Zoom webinar presentations. What are the settings required for this?

We are hosting upcoming webinars with multiple Alternative Hosts, when one alternative host asks us to resend their link it seems the only option is to click the "Resend Invitation" button that resends it to everyone. Is there a way to copy their unique link in zoom like you can do for a Panelist to provide to them directly vs resending to all the alternative hosts?

For live webinars, is there a setting for off camera / audio only panelists to show up only has their profile image? For Zoom Meetings, that's a default setting. For Zoom Webinars, we have panelist speakers who would like to remain anonymous and would only use their profile pic.  Attendees cannot see their profile pic or know who is speaking, making it an awkward experience. As of right now, only panelists who have their cameras on will be visible. I want both (cameras on or cameras off)  panelists visible in gallery / standard view modes. This applies to the recording as well. Essentially, how do I get audio only panelists to be visible as an icon during live webinars? There seems to be no setting for this.

Hi Zoom Community. New to webinar. Does anyone have any tips on how to enable registration for a webinar that will be done live first (e.g. Monday at 1:30), then replayed at given times (e.g. Monday at 6:30, Tuesday at 10:30, etc.)? Do I need to create multiple webinars for this? Ideally, I want the viewer to click on one link and then choose the time they wish to attend. Thanks!

Hi, I have an event that we are in charge of creating the zoom webinars for the sessions over 3 days. I have one zoom webinar license and one pro. All the sessions must be webinars for the streaming aspect. With that being said, what do i need to do to run 3 concurrent sessions off of one zoom webinar license? Can it be done? Also, if not, do i need to buy multiple webinar licenses for this one customer?Thank you for your thoughts in advance.
