Hi, I would like to have a closed session with the panelist in the webinar; the attendees should not hear any conversations in that closed session. Is there a way to do a breakout room, send attendees into the waiting room, or go back to the practice session once the webinar has started? 

Hi, If I want to ramp up the professionalism of our webinar broadcasts, how can I seamlessly share Opening Slide and Opening Video at start of Webinar WITHOUT showing video controls or cursor? Any ideas for good software or any Zoom hacks to make multimedia sharing look more like a live mix and less like a fumble-fumble click-click high school presentation?

I have an export csv with all users of my webinar, but the row with mail is empty. Name start and leasing time everything is written at the csv.Hmmm.Can anybody explain me what the problem is?Where can I find all the mails from the users how have joined the webinar? I thought inside the reports…. but there ist nothing…. Is there an option inside the settings?At the beginning of the webinar, every user has to film out hits name und mail adress.   Thanks for your feedback.Carolin

As we see View attendee report non-Recurring webinars, if we see the report, it has all the details about the attendees for a webinar.  I would like to see the all the attendee report for each occurrence for Recurring webinar, how do I find the link or where do I get the report for occurrence level. Thanks,Purushotham Naidu.

Hi we are a small charity based in the uk.We run storytelling events into schools all over the world. At present we run these on Crowdcast but are looking at switching to Zoom. We charge schools £5gbp per school login via eventbrite and are looking for a way to automate the process but to an extent where the login is unique ie one user. per ticket bought. I was wondering if anyone has ever managed to do this we have zapier set up and we have managed to work that between eventbrite and zoom meeting but if the login is shared then anyone who has the email can get to join. This is something we are trying to avoid if at all possible. We are not insisting on using eventbrite and will consider any other option that indeed works but so far we are struggling Thanks in advance for any help 

Can I upload a pre-recorded video to my OnZoom event? For example, I want to replace a pre-recorded video in place of a Live event. Attendees can buy tickets to view the event except it will be a pre-recorded video. Thanks for any input.

We host webinars in English and French. We would like to change the language of our webinar registration page to match our webinars - i.e. the "Register" button wouldn't show for a French webinar, and other fields on the registration page would ideally show in French. We've discovered how to change the language of our emails, but not the webinar registration page. Any help would be appreciated.

Looking to connect with others using Zoom Events for producing conferences. I'm wondering how you handle things like introductions / wrap ups, breaks, expo area time, etc. Do you set them up as separate sessions on thier own, or just include them with the primary sessions?  It is inconvenient to get participants to move sessions each time, but also nice to include as agenda-like items. Hope this make sense! Would love to hear your tips! 

Can i join webinar as a panalist in china?

Dear Zoom Community, I have an 11-question webinar poll and enabled the Advanced Polling feature.  I tested the survey, and all the questions were unloaded at once.  My webinar speaker wants a question-by-question feature as he proceeds through his content. Do you know how I can enable this? Thank you!

I just purchased a webinar license but the webinar tab does not allow me to schedule the webinar

I'd like to set up a recurring weekly webinar series where there's a different topic every week. If I set it up as a recurring webinar, for individual sessions, I can change the description, but not the Topic.It would be nice to set the panelists per-occurrence as some of them change from week to week. If I set these up as individual webinars, the meeting ID and link would change. On the list of upcoming webinars, only the topic is shown, not the description, so there's no indication what the specific webinar will be about.

Hello-I am hosting a Vice Presidents meeting. We are looing at using polling with in our Zoom webinar. When using polling, is there a way to NOT share the poll results publicly in the live meeting? Can just the hosts get them and choose to share verbally? 

When you cancel a webinar, is there a way to direct registrations Zoom link to somekind of note reiterating event has been canceled.  I see only a almost error page come up for registrations once an event has been canceled.  thanks for any guidance.

Hello everyone, I'm new to zoom and I need some help in streaming a zoom webinar to a Facebook group I manage. I have found a lot of information on how to stream a live zoom meeting on Facebook but not enough information for zoom webinar streaming. do I have to link zoom to Facebook from the advanced settings and if so how is it done?To promote zoom webinars on the same Facebook group, do I just copy and paste the landing page link I have on the zoom webinar to Facebook event page?Any help would be really appreciated. thanks. 

Hi, is it possible to create simultaneous sessions for simulation events before the main event? No normally do the training and simulation sessions 1 month before the main event, and we have been using two accounts with webinar set up so we can schedule concurrent sessions. With one accounts with events is it possible to open two training sessions at the same time? That is 1 month before the scheduled event.

Howdy, Today I was supposed to host a Webinar but couldn't open the meeting in the Zoom client. It is up-to-date, as is the rest of my software. No other webinars I created can I join (though meetings launch as expected.) I tried click the link from the Zoom calendar hold, from the Webinar setup page in my user account (then "Start Practice Session" button) and resent myself the calendar hold to check if I had an old link there. Each time I would click the link, the Zoom client would come into focus but would not launch the webinar.  However, I could click the "Having issues with Zoom Client? Join from Your Browser" button and that allowed me to join. I had also registered for the webinar using a personal email address, and I was able to get in when I clicked that link while logged into the browser/client with my professional account, and host the meeting as expected. Any idea why my Webinars won't open in the Zoom client? MacBook Pro M1 (14-inch, 2021)MacOS&nb

 Good Day to you All. Please I plan on hosting a Webinar next month but don't want to subscribe to the webinar license now and renew it when it's time for the webinar.  Is there an option to set up the webinar and let attendees signup before I proceed to purchase the license in the due month?  

WEBINARS/SUMMITS - As a PRO subscriber, I see the profile page that I assume attendees (with video) see when they connect to my waiting room before a meeting. I am wondering if there is a "per event" dashboard or landing page with the ability to have specific information and integration (e.g., links for contact info - specifically for more than one speaker/presenter; uploads for agendas/schedules, homework pages, bonus material, etc.; and/or review/feedback forms/videos) to help streamline information attendees might need to actively/appropriately participate. If not (yet), is that something ZOOM is adding in the near future? (Thank you in advance for your help/advice.)

I have set up a webinar using OnZoom BETA...there are 2 people successfully registered...me and 1 other... I am being told by people that they have registered but they are not appearing in the manage registration view (I refreshed to make sure)...when I tried to register using a different email address, it took me to a series of pages to open a Zoom account but never took me back to the registration page for my webinar!

Hello all,  We organize regular webinars with several speakers with a presentation and a mosaïc display of the speakers (webcams on) .  Is there a way to have a person backstage launching an end credit roll at the end of the talk ? I would like to avoid this floating period when the speaker ends the webinar looking at his keyboard.  Thank you !

The scheduled  webinar on our page has suddenly disappeared and we are unable to locate it. This is causing a major inconvenience for us as we have not yet approved a large number of guests for the event.

I have a weekly meeting I have set up to record.  When I joined, the recording prompt appeared and I 'reclaimed' Host.  At the end of the meeting with people leaving, I heard 'Recording has stopped' - but I hadn't stopped it. It appears someone else who joined before me started the recording and probably has the finished link to it in their Zoom 'Recorded' folder and doesn't know it.  Is there any way for me to find out who has it and retrieve that recording (or link) - since I am the meeting owner?   Thanks!
