Has anyone found out how to limit Zoom so it won't allow a "Meeting" to be scheduled at the same time as a "Webinar"?
I need to learn how to edit the Webinar Invitation page that Zoom creates after a Webinar is set up. Included in that edit is how to enlarge the Banner photo that I uploaded in the Branding section of the webinar setup.
The selected company logo for an upcoming webinar looks fine on the registration page, but is oversized in the confirmation email. However, the logo in the confirmation email is way too large: I've looked through the support site and cannot find information on how to remove the logo image from ONLY the confirmation email. Is this an option? Or, is the best option to resize the image? If resizing the image is the only option, what is the optimal size so it appears correctly in all cases?
I keep trying to figure if this is possible. I want to end my webinar broadcast without ending it for panelists. Is there a way to end the webinar JUST for attendees while allowing panelists to stay on? It would be great to do debriefs after an event without having to jump to an entirely new meeting. Is this possible?
I want to add more than 3 speaker's profile information to a webinar I'll be setting up soon with registration.Looking at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115002548166-Customizing-webinar-branding-settings#h_2a845adc-937c-4488-8ac4-80af8d743d5bThis help file says:"You can information for up to 10 speakers. If you already have 3 speakers listed, the Add another speaker link does not display."The above sentence doesn't make sense, it currently suggests it's not possible to add more than 3 practically but starts off sounding like you can add up to 10?Can someone clarify if I can add more than 3 speaker profiles or not? Thanks!
There used to be a setting that allowed me to select a time to close the registration for a webinar. I think it had options like "15 minutes before", "when the webinar has been started" etc. I can't find that setting any more. Does anyone know if it still exists? If so, where is it? Thanks for any guidance you can offer.
Unable to identify who has viewed the recorded content in Zoom Webinar. How to get the user name in the viewed list instead of guest.
I want to build a report for my client showing the trends in their webinar registration and attendance over the past year. Is there a way to do this? I have looked in the reports section but don't see what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance!
Hello,When I attend a webinar as a guest and record the webinar with my software, the audio is missing on the replay! What do I have to do?, Freddy***********
Is there a way to export the registration information of people who sign up to attend my Zoom webinar?
With the Zoom+Salesforce Integration, can you map custom webinar registration fields to salesforce. We have added a custom set of radial buttons to our Zoom webinar registration page but we don't see a way to then pull the responses to the custom question into Salesforce. Please let me know.
We have a 2-day event (through Cvent - integrated to my Webinar License) - I'm thinking we can NOT restart the same First Day webinar link and have people join that again the 2nd day - is that right? Curious if it's technically possible and will work - but also guessing if we do, it might muddy up and attendance reports, chat/Q&A reports etc?thanksJC
We are users of Dynamics 365 Marketing and would like to use Zoom Webinars for our events. Has anyone been able to configure this or create an integration between the two? We're interested in learning how or if it's possible.
I need a webinar platform for webinars with many US federal government attendees. I know that some DoD and civilian agencies can't use Zoom Commercial due to security concerns and there is a separate product for government -- Zoom Government. But I am not with the federal government; I am with a company that does business with the federal government, so Zoom Government is not an option. Sooo.... Can federal government people attend webinars created using the commercial product? Because if not I'll need to find a different platform. I've tried asking this question on both Twitter and in chat, but can't seem to get anyone to answer. Thanks.
I had bought the webinar addon for one month to host a webinar. We were holding another one 3 months later so I had not paid for the months in between. I didn't realise I would lose all the webinar settings that I had made for the one in the future (now 2 weeks away). We are a charity who are only just starting into offering webinars. They won't be every month and the webinar add on is quite expensive for us. *Does anyone know the best way to set this up? Is there a pay per month of use option or are we just locked into having to pay for the months we are inactive?*Does anyone know if when I pay again for the subscription if I will get back any of the previous webinars logged as we now have people signed up to a webinar that may not exist and that will take a lot of back-tracking! Thank you
If we have a webinar 500, I understand that there can be 500 attendees to that webinar. However, can more than 500 register? For example I publish an event, can 600 people register, however come the event time only the first 500 get let in? Thanks!
Are the email invitations that are sent to panelists also sent to the host/manager of the Zoom webinar account? And is there a way to copy the email sent to panelists to another person's email (such as a secretary for the panelist person)? Thank you.
My webinar expired (had to change the date). I renewed, but do not see the webinar / how can I get it back since I do have registrations? Any help?
When we click the URL of the webinar's cloud recordings with iPhone, the URL was sent automatically from Zoom, we only can watch the speaker's view even if the speaker shared her screen. Can we watch the shared screen with iPhone?
We've set up a webinar. During a test run, the host had to "allow" the panelist to share his screen. Is there a setting that allows a panelist to automatically share screen/sound without the host having to give permission? Thanks!
An organization external to my organization is hosting a Zoom Webinar. Within my own org, we want to do a virtual watch party of this webinar also using Zoom. I am having a hard time finding out if this is possible. The support information around this seems to make the assumption that joining two meetings are being hosted by the same organization.Does anyone know if it is possible to live stream a Zoom webinar within another Zoom Meeting from two different Zoom entities?
hi, on a single event i can import registration-CSV.why cant i import in to a recurrence event? best, felix

I am trying to troubleshoot a past issue that I wasn't present for. Is there a limit to the duration of a pre-recorded video when shared via Screen Share? Would a longer video cause payback issues such as intermittent audio and a 'fuzzy' video for viewers. Play back was during a Webinar. I am looking into other causes such as file type, connection speed, client settings etc, but this is the one thing I wasn't sure about. Thanks!
I understand that I am not able to convert a live webinar to a meeting. Are there any workarounds so I can communicate with the attendees? I have 450 people registered for the webinar but would like the possibility to communicate with some of the attendees that live once the webinar is finished if they would like to ask live questions.
