I am currently working on a project that invites Zoom Webinar participants across many districts in different areas, and I would like to allow the registrants to select the area, and then a list of districts associated with the selected area will appear for their further selection.  Example: Area "A" has associated districts "1" and "2"; where area "B" has associated districts "3" and "4".Two custom questions: one asking to select the Area, another asking to choose the district.Is it possible to choose "A" in the custom question for Area, and the answer for district will change automatically to "1" and "2" for selection? Choosing "B" will have "3" and "4" for user selection? May I know if this is possible, or if there is any way around this? 

Hi, I need to share multiple screens with multiple clients for my webinars. Actually I send mainly texts in 3 or 4 languages, and I would like my clients to choose themselves which language they want, and make them seeing only 1 language and not pages with 4 languages together. Is it realistic to make possible to split the screen to be shared, for instance in boxes of texts, giving a number to each box and making the clients choose the box n. 1, 2, 3, 4 etc? Is there a smart guy who can imagine how to achieve this goal? Would be a turning point for my job. Thanks for the attention!

I want to get the people who have watched my webinar replay for more than 2 hours

Hi, I understand that zoom recently restricted the multiple registration to add sessions in the same webinar series directly from the public link the host provided. Attendees who registered one session, and trying to register the future sessions, they have to initiate from the first confirmation email or 'registration attempt' email from zoom. And then there are many steps to be able to add sessions and seeing PayPal window. There are so many people struggled with this procedure (because previously, people could add as many as they want from the public link in one step) even i created detailed instruction.Question is, are there any settings the webinar host can change for attendees to be able to add future sessions much easier way within the same webinar series?Please give me any solution!!! In all Zoom webinars, I've been unable to join as panelist, even though I clicked unique links sent to me in e-mail that should have allowed me to do so. Am I misunderstanding how Zoom works, or are there workarounds for this?🙂

We recently created a webinar zoom account and I am setting up the recurring webinar template, when I click to have the registration on it's not allowing me to do so. Can anyone help me with this? I need to be able to manually approve registrants to be a part of the webinar.

I'll host a Webinar tomorrow and we will have 3 presenters but only 1 slide file for all of them.How can I share my computer's slides and the 3 also manage to control it?Is there any way? Thanks! 

Hi, I have A Zoom webinar that will be for up to 500 hundred users. I need when starting the webinar that only those people who have paid the subscription to the course be able to join the webinar. So, I need to know first:- Which license should I buy? - I need to double-check with something that is: to allow only users who paid to get into the system, - I first have to enable registration, and then enable authentication and disable automatic approval, and then from my account as a " owner role" allow people who have registered to log into this webinar. Are these steps correct? 

Hi, I am a regular user and need Language Interpretation during the meeting I join.  I am not able to choose different language to listen and option to enable the Language Interpretation is missing the profile too.  Can you help please.

Hi!I am hosting a webinar with a group of panelists and would like to be hidden for most of the webinar. I can't find a way to hide myself. "Hide non-video participant" only affects my personal view and other panelists/attendees can still see my name in a black box. "Stop my video" also does not work as others still see my name in a black box. Any ideas on how to stay hidden during a webinar? Thank you for your help!Kathleen

I want to host a Webinar with 2-3 Participants, and I want all participants to be seen and recorded the whole time, not just the person that is speaking at any given time. Is this possible? I can't find a setting to make that happen. 

I am hosting a webinar and several people on my team will be on the webinar for introductions only, then will turn off their video.  I assume that means that they will *not* show up in Gallery view for the participants?  I also don't quite understand what Hosts view means?Many thanks

How can the 'Max concurrent views' for my webinar have a higher count then 'Unique Viewers' (by almost twice the amount - )? I've found the definitions below, I wonder if my report is giving erroneous data as I can't see how Max concurrent viewers > Unique Viewers. What am I not understanding properly? Are there any factors that can prevent zoom from properly counting unique viewers (such as VPN/ad block, viewing through specific browsers... etc.)?  Max Concurrent Views: This value shows the maximum number of online viewers at the same time during the webinar, excluding panelists.Unique Viewers: This value shows how many people viewed the webinar on their computer. It does not include panelists or attendees who only listened by phone. Viewers who joined the meeting multiple times or from multiple devices are counted.

The host is sharing a video, but the video was lagging so we couldn't even hear it or watch it. Me and my friends' WIFI are all fine. The host's WIFI is fine too, his video is as smooth as ever. He tried turning off his video and all our videos, but it's still really lagging. Is there any solution to solve this problem?

How can I enable acces without cookies in my zoom webinars?

We have a series of educational webinars that occur about once monthly during the first week of the month. This has been going on for the last two school years, and our program is about to come to an end. I would like to pull reports on registration sources, so we can evaluate the efficacy of our marketing and partnership programs. (Having to pull the info monthly is a pain instead of a summary for all time, but I digress.) April and May data came back fine with Source data reporting correctly for the ~7 usual sources we track. Then I went to February and January, and nothing--no source data (yes, we had source tracking links). I sampled a few months from 2022, and no source data. Anyone else seeing this? Any suggestions? Do we lose this data? (I thought Zoom said we as admins had access to the meta data for the past 12 months at least.)

Is there a way to remove "Please submit any questions to: *host email*" from the webinar confirmation email? 

I added custom questions to a webinar registration.  Now that some registrations are coming through, I have realized that there is a mistake on the dropdown for one of my custom questions.  My only option seems to be to ADD additional questions, but I don't see an option to edit my existing question. Number of employees needs to be edited. Adding a new question seems to be my only option, but then it would be duplicated, since I can't find anywhere to delete the original question.

The Customizing Webinar Brand Settings says there is a Social Media Share Description section.  This is not appearing for me.  Did it go away or does anyone know if it is somewhere else in settings?

I'm looking for a better way to integrate our email marketing/communications with Zoom Webinars registration. Several times a year, we host state-certified CLE webinars that draw between 500 and 1000 attendees.   We use Mailchimp to manage email communications, including webinar announcements/invitations and a monthly legal periodical, to 14k+ subscribers. We include our Zoom Webinar registration link in those invitations, and thereafter we run all registrant and attendee communications through Zoom Webinars.This non-integrated solution creates a couple significant inefficiencies and headaches:(1) Exporting registrants from Zoom and importing them back into Mailchimp for tagging and filtering (to avoid unnecessary repeat invitations) and pre-webinar announcements is cumbersome, can lead to bounce issues, and can corrupt the quality of the contact record.(2) Oftentimes, Zoom Webinar a

Hi  Is it possible to set up a webinar in Zoom Events that does not require registration? We are trying to embed via a JWT app and it needs an access passcode, but as the webinar defaults to registration there isn't one. Thanks

I signed up for a On.Zoom class that should have started 15 minutes ago and getting a warning saying "Waiting for the host to start this webinar" - I have contacted the host, but I was curious if there were any troubleshooting issues that were on the Zoom side as apposed to the host side.   I have downloaded all of the most current updates, so I should not have any issue getting in - right? Thoughts?  

I'm about to live stream an event to Facebook page, would event attendees with the Zoom meeting link be automatically diverted to the live stream page when the zoom meeting room is full (max 100)? How does this work?
