We are looking to use the screen share feature (button on the Zoom app home screen) in a webinar with a the backstage enabled and apparently this does not work. We tested using the screen share feature to join a webinar with just sharing a screen (this is a hybrid event where the presenter on the stage does not need to be fully in the meeting but we would like their screen to be shared into the webinar). We did this my using the Share Screen button on the home screen of the Zoom application, this worked perfectly in a standard webinar but when we joined a meeting with a backstage it worked while we were in backstage but once we move into the webinar we lost the share and cannot restart it.  Any suggestions?

I really have no idea how this is even possible, but the instructions for how to start a live stream on YouTube (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360028478292#h_01FVAPEX3AN58227KNE3C8E1EV) bear no resemblance whatsoever to what I, as a paid subscriber, actually encounter when trying to follow said instructions. The instructions begin as follows: Enable Custom Live Streaming for your meeting or webinar.Schedule your meeting or webinar.Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Configure live stream settings in the Live Streaming section. However, there is NO OPTION to "configure live stream settings" ANYWHERE in the Live Streaming section. All I see is this:  "Live StreamingAfter starting the meeting, click "More" and choose the service on which to live stream your meeting.Your meeting support live stream to the following services.YouTube"This doesn't help, because the instructions I linked to above make it sound as if it's possible

Hello, Does anyone know if I can make simulative or live recurring webinars also on-demand? If so, can someone send me an example of what this looks like for the registrant?   Thanks, Kelsey

Is there  a way in Webinar with Polls to not let attendees know how many people are on the webinar. just provide a percentage and not how many attendees responded to that question?

Hi! I would like to add an alternative host to a webinar that is already scheduled. My primary motivation for doing this is so that this person can join the practice session I'll start before the webinar, and help me ensure that everything is working correctly. (Versus upgrading them to co-host, which I can only do once the meeting starts). Any advice for how to do this? Or if not, another way to manage the situation? Thank you so much!

I want to share the recording of my recent webinar with both attendees and people who registered but didn't attend. I also want to encourage them to share the recording with others. Is there a way to set up my account that would require anyone who opens the recording to first include their name and email address? This would be ideal in expanding my email list for future marketing purposes.

We recently upgraded our account for a month so we can run a webinar. I need to have 2 co-hosts in my event. I watched the 'how to' video and did the following:- made sure that the co-hosts toggle was 'on' in settings -> meetings (basic)  (It was already on when I looked)- ran a test webinar where I tried to make a panelist a co-host but that option did not appear- I also tried to make a regular attendee a co-host and had the same problem.I see lots of other options - like making a regular attendee a panelist, but I don't see any way to make someone a co-host. Help?

Dear All, I can not register in Zoom registration. Even after entering my name, the Zoom registration form is showing "field is required".   Please help to resolve issue on Android mobile.   Thanks bhupesh

I have the free version of zoom. My boss has the paid version and added webinars to my account for a month so we could host a meeting. After the month was done, I went back to the free version. I need a webinar recording from that month and I can't find it anywhere. I know I recorded it. Where would I find it?

I have purchased a 500-person license for zoom events and am trying to set up 24 meetings and one webiner at the summit. There are 15 sessions held at the same time. How many sessions does the license support at the same time? Is it possible to have the registrant go to a custom Registration Webinar Thank You page after they register for a webinar? If so, how. If not, why not - this is a pretty basic feature that most other webinar platforms have.

We recently recorded "active speaker with shared screen" for a ZoomGov webinar. The active speaker window appears over the top right of the shared screen, obscuring the content (slide titles). Previously the active speaker window appeared to the right of the shared screen and did not obscure the slide content. Is this a new change? Is it a setting? Is there a way to prevent the active speaker from obscuring the shared content? I pant for light, but there is no light.

We would like our webinar attendees to have an option to bulk register to all of our scheduled webinars. After contacting Zoom support we were told this feature is currently not available. How can we request this feature to be developed and added to the Zoom webinar platform? Thank You!

Hello zoom team. We need your help. We've been running a global challenge event out of click funnels through Zoom and we are recording the session for replays for those who signed up or are in other parts of the world so they can watch them later.  We are putting them onto YouTube once we are done.  The issue we are having is that the quality and size that is coming from Zoom is small and the quality is not the best.   The Frame Size you are sending us is 1280 x 720 at a Frame Rate of 25.00.  We are downloading them to our external hard drive.   We would like the Frame Rate to be 30.00, and the size to be 1920 x 1280.  Where do we go to change that or how do we change that?

I have occassionaly been using free Zoom.The people attending the meetings already have a link we regurlarly use. When I join the paid version, will I be able to maintain the same link we have been using for a while or will I have to change it? Thanks ! 

 Currently i'm trying to open zoom webinar via url on linux docker image.But it seems like the --url option is ignored when i pass the --no-sandbox option. I also tried disabling a seccomp, but what i actually want to do is deploy it on aws ecs, ecs doesn't allow to modify security option, so i can't use seccomp. Is there any way to start with url that includes uuid and tk stuff as query on no-sandbox mode on linux? 

When hosting a webinar, how do we assist attendees to turn off the cc feed from a live transcript and/or the ASL video if they are using a mobile device like an iPad or an iPhone if they don’t want to see it?  These mobile devices seem to not have the same same tool bar or ability to disable these assistive features.  Is this correct?  thanks for any help.

Does changing a live webinar to a simulative webinar change the Zoom registration link and/or webinar ID?  

I manage Zoom webinars for a continuing legal education program. For remote participants to get credit, the state requires us to prompt them approx. once an hour to ensure that they are actually watching the program. We currently do this via a simple poll that we launch every hour- I'm wondering if it is possible to schedule these poll launches in advance, so they would go up every hour without having to be manually launched.

invitation link opened by smartphone leads to the registration page. i want that - and thats ok.but:if someone opens the registration link on a pc or notebook, it leads directly to the video and not to the registration link. Whats wrong?TomBy the way: I am thankful that there is a community like you that could help - but it´s not good at all, that a company like zoom takes a lot of money and let their customers solve the zoom-problems......
