I am trying to set up my organization's Zoom Event to include a fundraiser using Donations by Pledge. However, when I go to the Event Configuration tab on my event, I do not see the option to add a fundraiser to my event. Does my organization have to create an account with Pledge to be able to access this option? I can access the Pledge app inside Zoom meetings I create, but it seems that the app is only tied to the personal account I have through my organization. What step am I missing?

Hello - we have 3 recurring webinars scheduled. Occurrence 2 and 3 show a different time for IST (IST is the timezone we are based in) and is scheduled at the wrong time on my calendar as well. For the selected timezone, EST, all 3 timings are consistent. I am unable to confirm which time slot the registrants are being shown.  (See attached image)

Please dont tell me we have to upgrade to a Sessions or Events license just for this tiny extra feature.  We dont need any of the other Sessions or Events functions.

Hi! I created a zoom webinar that originally had a banner image and then both the image and banner upload option disappeared from the branding section. Is anyone else having this problem that can help? 

Hello. I try to choose translation available in webinar, choosing languages but audio still always remains in default language. Already tried to re-install zoom app, but it doesn't help. 

Does zoom webinars have a panelist and co-host features? I would like to conduct a webinar in a conversational format with three people in different locations.

I am using IOS and am a Pro  Zoom customer. I am hosting a short (4-hour) conference for 50 people in person and less than 20 online. The meeting will be synched with YouTube and Zoom. Is there a need to register as a webinar or can I just run it as a regular Zoom meeting?

I want to use a webinar as a weekly class for registered students.  Can the registrations be IP based or are they only email based?  What happens when someone logs in and then someone else uses the same login?  Will it only allow one occurrence of the registration to log in?  We are trying to head off any login sharing.

HiI need to know if is possible to limit the entryt of webinar participants to the schedule time and not based on if the meeting is running or not. I want to have 10 min prior the start of the webinar to check camara and audio but without participants in the meeting. I can´t find a solution so far. 

Hi, we're hosting a webinar over the course of the weekend, scheduled for 7 hours each day with an hour for lunch. Is it possible to end the webinar at the start of the lunch break. And relaunch the webinar after the lunch break? I would like a colleague of mine to host the afternoon sessions from her laptop. I don't want to 'end the webinar for all' however, if it means that we can't reopen the webinar after lunch, from a different laptop.

Hi everyone, Does anyone know how to add the Meta Pixel tracking code to Zoom Events? I have set up a conference business in Germany and would like to use Meta Ads to drive traffic to the website. Hi there!We are hosting a webinar next week. Initially, we chose the option "webinar with registration," and we received about 200 registrations. However, we would like to create a generic link to make it easier for people to join or invite new contacts at the last minute, instead of using unique links. How should we proceed? Also, what will happen to the already registered people if we change the setting to "webinar without registration"?Thanks for your help!

I purchased a Sessions license in order to produce simulive webinars. When I viewed the training video it said to log in to my Zoom Events hub, select the drop-down arrow and select "across hubs". I've attached a screenshot. My Events portal is just a blank screen basically, and I don't have a drop-down arrow option. I also attached my billing plan, showing Sessions active.   Please advise, thank you

Looks like there's been a big change in the way registration and panelist emails are created/edited over the past couple of months.  The email templates are now different and even more generically poor.  So do I now need to deal with all that HTML code to change the reg and panelist emails for one of my webinars?  Seems like a whole lot of work, so perhaps I am missing something and there is an easier way.

Does anyone know if the Zoom Timer application works with webinars or just small meetings and calls?

I haven't located any recent info on polls showing on a recording. How do you get poll results to show in a recording if they are shared with lives attendees?

We schedule recurring webinars two or three months out so registrants can select what time and date works for them.  We would like to limit the number that they see in the selection to three week out.  Is there a way to set them up to add another week once the current week is complete?

I use the Zoom webinars for Silver Sneakers workouts.  Until 11/30/22, I faithfully receiving 3 emails each time I signed up for a class:  the first immediately after I signed up, the second the day before, and the third one hour before.  These notifications were very handy to make it quick to sign in to the classes.  Why did they all of a sudden stop?  The last one received was 11/30/22.  I have checked my spam folder, no emails there.  I added the *********** address to my contacts list.  Still no emails.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

I just ran a webinar and had a post webinar survey. One of my questions is, did you want a follow up conversation. Several people did but when I downloaded the answers they were all anonymous with no identifying information.Is it possible to figure out who answered which question? Otherwise this survey is useless. Can this setting be changed in the future?
