Is there a way to promote a registrant to a webinar panelist before they join the meeting? I know I can invite/import a list of panelists but not everyone will attend the meeting virtually and by adding them manually, it will likely create confusion.  I know I can promote them once they join but that is challenging to do with 50+ participants.Ideally, once someone has registered, I would like to be able to designate them a panelist so when they do join the webinar, they will have the proper status. Thanks.

I am hosting a public meeting, using a webinar, that is providing Sign Language interpreters. There will be multiple panelists that want will keep their cameras on during the discussions. At different points there will be screen sharing. To make the speaker and interpreter big enough for Deaf attendees to see the interpreter and to highlight the different speakers, the speaker and the interpreter will be spotlighted.  When the screens share is started the speaker's video is still visible to the attendees but the interpreter is not seen. This means the Interpreter must be the only spotlight so it is accessible but  now the attendees can not see who is speaking.How do I spotlight the speaker and the interpreter at the same time as screen sharing in a webinar? 

I invite all presenters to come in through their unique panelist invite. When I start the webinar - Do I need to spotlight each presenter or can they manage turning on and off their own camera in order to present during their time? 

I dialed into a Zoom-hosted webinar on my Android phone and needed to enter the meeting ID, which was stored in a calendar entry.  By the time I switched to the calendar app, memorized some of the digits, and switched back to the phone app, the voice on the other end was already complaining that I hadn't entered any digits.  (No, really?)  After entering a few digits and switching back to the calendar app to get the next few, it complained again within a few seconds.  Once I started entering those digits, it assumed I was starting to enter the number from the beginning.  After the third time complaining that I hadn't entered enough digits, it brusquely told me that I hadn't given it what it wanted when it wanted it, and promptly hung up on me.  Rude.  I went through this cycle two more times before I could sit down at a computer to read the meeting ID off the screen and finally beat the clock.  This experience was frustratin

We aim to verify participants as our members by cross-referencing with our member ID file before allowing registration. Is there an option, such as an ID lookup feature, available in Zoom registration to facilitate this process? Process User say i am member Yes once select Yes there would be box type member ID and this would do lookup from uploaded file 

Backstage and breakout rooms are no longer an option in the Webinar. There are also no mention of them in the settings any longer. How do I get these features back?

I have paid for the webinar feature but nothing is showing up under my WEBINAR tab, so I can schedule any events.  Is there something extra I need to do?

Maybe I'm missing something and if so can someone let me know? With the new changes to the polling interface, it seems I can no longer assign specific polls to a webinar. We used to be able to assign polling Qs to a webinar in the order that we would like them to appear. Instead, with the new changes I have access to the entire library, which is fine if you only have a few poll questions but we run multiple webinars with a different set of questions for each webinar.  It isn't practical to scroll through a list of 35 questions to find the correct question to launch. Is there a way to still assign specific polling Qs to a webinar?

Currently, approximately 100 people are registered for my webinar (via Zoom). Accordingly, confirmation links have been sent to their email addresses.What will happen with these links after I disable registration? I want to disable registration to be able to send registered participants reminders with a 'direct' link (in the case of registration being enabled, it is impossible to create such a link) to the Zoom meeting 10 minutes before it starts. Unfortunately, Zoom currently only allows reminders to be sent an hour before, resulting in a loss of audience.

Our non-profit organization has been using Zoom for over 2 years, but this problem only arose in October 2023 when we published details of our offerings and posted Zoom registration links on our website. The problem is with PayPal integration. At that point, and continuing to this day, every attempt to register for any of our Zoom webinars seems to fail after PayPal payment has been made. We have set up many test webinars and the problem occurs for every one. What the customer sees is that, having paid for the webinar, they are re-directed back to Zoom, on a "Waiting for confirmation from PayPal" page, but the spinner never stops. It's as if Zoom never receives a response from PayPal.  If the customer is sharp-eyed, they may see a small popup message that says HTTP error 401 has occurred, but that message is only visible for a second or two. In fact, the PayPal transaction has been successfully

While recording on zoom cloud account the profile picture as a webinar host is not recorded when camera has been turned off. Instead the crossed black white camera sign is shown.Where do I find the setting to record the shown profile picture on cloud recordings? On local recordings it shows and record the profile picture but not on cloud recordings?This problem only occurs for webinars.

I have had 2 problems with Zoom.  I belong 2 webinar groups where I get notification that I am signed up for the event from the group, but don't get the email from zoom so I can join the webinar.  I checked with both groups and they have my correct email address and no problems from others.  I checked here and was told it was a problem on my end without any recommendations on how to fix it.  So I deleted the zoom app and reinstalled it which has not fixed the problem.  By the way, I belong to other groups who use Zoom and don't have this problem.  Then today I tried to log into one of the webinars and could never join it.  In fact in the middle of trying to get into the meeting, Zoom decided it needed to update.  I did that then could never get into it.  Same thing this evening with another group I have been successful with for a long time until tonight I could not join from the Zoom email.  I reregistered for the program and still c

We are hosting a webinar that spans two days with 4 hours each day.  Is there a way to use a single registration link? Ideally, we would also want a single join link.

I have the same speakers and bios for all my webinars, but I have to upload photos and copy/paste their bios every time. The webinar template doesn't save speaker info. Is there a want to save the speaker info for future webinars?

Even though I've successfully registered, I didn't receive any confirmation email for the webinar.   

I am hosting a webinar tomorrow night and I have everything down pat EXCEPT that my job is to simply act as moderator so I must remain unseen, so no little black box or photo appearing within the presentation.  Part of the presentation is pre-recorded and my photo is covering the top RHS which completely covers the presenter speaking in the recording!!  I only know this as I have had someone log in as an attendee in a practice session.  I don't know how to fix this and have tried everything I know.  Surely there are other companies that simply employ others to run their webinars whilst remaining invisible??  Please help!

Hello,Is it possible to have one price for a webinar from X date to X date and a different price after X date?For example:$40/person from now until December 31st$50/person after December 31stOr, do we need to manually change the price of the webinar within Zoom on the different dates? Thank you!

New issue since last week. I conduct webinars regularly and always use poll questions. As of last Tuesday, after I enable screen sharing to show my presentation, the polling feature or polls icon disappears and I can't access the polls. I am forced to stop sharing my screen so all the features show up again. This can't be right - what changed?
