Please help out. I received the webinar registration link for zoom but when clicked it returns errors on the zoom home page.  Please I will just add the link and my email. Support team your bot wouldn't let me reach human support and could not be useful. We have a webinar scheduled for tomorrow but it has totally disappeared.  If I login from the app on my phone it shows but not on my desktop which is where I need to do stuff because the app limits you. HELP!

I was a co-host for a 4 day webinar last night. 1. One of our registered attendees emailed me and said that she wasn't able to get in because: This meeting is for authorized registrants only.  Please enter another email address.When I looked at the list of people that had signed up, her name and email were both spelled correctly. Can someone tell me what the problem might be and some remedies for this.2. We also had some people register at the last minute, and because they weren't on the list given to me, I removed them from the Waiting Room, keeping them from getting back in. Will this keep them from being able to join for the rest of the sessions? If so, what needs to be done to get them in? Thanks in advance for your help!

In simulive online webinars, does this mean that users cannot somehow watch the webinar from a mobile phone? Neither from the app nor from the browser?In fact, because in today's era at least 66% of the digital presence on the web is from a mobile phone, how can the simulive webinar feature be useful? Obviously I can't do sales or marketing with such a restriction on my clients.I will rejoice in repentance 🙂

I have tested this in two different zoom events from two separate accounts. When requiring registration for things like job title and organization (and also custom questions) the report exports with thee fields listed at N/A. This information is super important to my organization and after having registered over 200 people for our most recent event, to not be able to have this info is a huge loss.  We tried this on a Zoom session with a single event with email registration and in a different account with a Zoom Event with email registration options. Both had the required check boxes turned on for Job title and Organization.  Any other solutions?

Hi. Lately zoom automatically includes sub-titles in the webinar recording. Since my language is not available of course what it shows is not usable. I have tried general settings as adviced both for my general zoom profile and also tried inside the zoom webinar (when I am present) but then the menu option to disable is not available. Right now I cannot use the recording which is a big problem. What can be commented is that I am re-using an previous zoom webinar invitation and just changing the date of the webinar (to avoid to change the zoom link in all my emails for customers). Could this be what is causing the issue? Thanks and so greatful for any ideas that could help me.Best regards, 

We held a webinar and we want to make the recording available to our attendees plus a handful of people who could not get to attend it. So if we change the settings and allow sharing of video with people who have the recording link, in this case if people share the recording link with someone else along with passcode, even that person gets an access. What can we do to prevent this?

I am just getting started with zoom events and I am trying to set up a webinar. I want people to have to register in advance, but it looks like people have to authenticate themselves with zoom (either via a one-time passcode sent via email or having an account with zoom) before they can register. Is there a way to turn that off? 

Is there a way to download attendee questions after the webinar has ended?

Hello,I've added the ability for someone to leave a question / comment for an upcoming webinar - but I can't find out where to access what has been submitted?  I can see the list of people registered, and when I download that list it doesn't include what was submitted in that field.Thanks,Rachel

Hi Will I be able to keep my webinar ID if I unsubscribe and then re-register to the webinar add on after a couple of months? I´m going to pause running the webinar for a while and I´m wondering if all my webinar settings and ID gets lost if I unsubscribe for a while. Or when I reregister will it then be there as before? So I don't have to update the information everywhere? Thanks in advance.

Is there anyway to add images or customize the autogenerated email templates of webinar? I want to add image in the template but I am unable to do so. Any help will be appreciated, thank you."Webinars" 

we enabled webinar breakout rooms for both meetings and webinars. but when start a webinar, it does not show any settings which we could create breakout rooms

If I change the title of a webinar, how can I make sure that previous registrants have received the invite with the new title on the invite they receive?

Do you know why Zoom requires an attendee to a webinar to give their name and email address before they are allowed in the webinar - even though they are clicking on the link I emailed to them as a registrant.?

Two days ago the email notifications we receive when a user registers for a webinar on Zoom changed. Instead of normal links being embedded within the emails, they now include a link string that is 8-10 lines long (on a computer, not a phone) which begins with a SendGrid URL. The email is from no-reply@zoom-us Any idea what could be causing this?

Hi All,We book Panelist links for webinars via API call, which then provides the link back to us.Recently there has been a really inconvenient issue, where we will check the Panelist names on the UI, all are there, but on the day of the event, at least 1 of the names de-registers. We have no API call setup to run to delete, remove a panelist. It seems to only be happening to the person that will be the moderator for our event (though there is no way to show this in zoom). I'm wondering if this could occur if maybe they try the link early, or anything that may cause an issue for it to be removed?Has anyone else encountered this at all?Many thanks in advance!

Hello,  I am trying to get Zoom Webinars to be created as Campaigns in Salesforce. I am using the same email address both on Zoom and in Salesforce. All Zoom permission sets have been to this user. Marketing user enabled. I have authorized the connection under the 'Zoom User Config' settings in Salesforce. Also enabled the 'Create Campaigns for Webinars' under Zoom Webinar settings. The user in Zoom has a role - 'Owner' assigned. I do not see the webinars as campaigns in salesforce. How can this be resolved.  Thanks
