We hosted a webinar in April, and after reviewing the recording, decided we wanted to make the recording available as well. After reading zoom support articles, it seemed that the best way would be to make the pre-existing webinar (now in the past) on demand, which seems to promise that anyone who registers for the now passed webinar would receive the recording link. I made the previous webinar on-demand, and set up registration for the recording. However, a test reveals that nothing happened upon registration for the webinar. In other words, no recording link was automatically sent to the registrant? Is it not possible to make a webinar on-demand after the fact? If that is not the problem, does anyone have an idea why this isn't working?
Hi I'm using zapier with Zoom for webinars. I am able to send registrants to my CRM easily with the integration. The problem is that I want to send the people who attend on-demand to my CRM and I can't find any way to do this. Any ideas? Are there any workarounds in the settings where my on-demand viewer registration (those joining after the live broadcast) can get sent to Zapier. I also tried this with meetings but it seems that the registrants from the meetings are stored separately so they can't automatically pass. I upgraded to webinars from meetings for the on-demand function but if I can't capture the registrants easily it isn't going to work.
We are hosting an event with Zoom Sessions and would like our attendees to register beforehand so we can have an idea of how many people plan to join. However, we want them to be able to join directly without needing to sign into Zoom or use an OTP. I understand I can pre-register attendees and that will remove the authentication/sign in requirement, but it doesn't seem to solve the issue of knowing how many people on our list actually plan to attend. Is there a way to do this?
Hello, I was informed by a Zoom employee that the Zoom webinars license could be transferred, but I am a bit concerned about how it will affect future events. Like many customers, we create webinars planned months in advance, but if we have another webinar that another user wishes to do that is earlier, is it possible to transfer the license to that user without affecting open registration for the other user's webinars? After the webinar is complete with the 2nd user, I plan on transferring the license back to the original user so they may host their upcoming webinars.
Syria is missing in the list of countries on the standard webinar registration page
I am going to livestream a zoom webinar to youtube due to the capacity limit, I wonder those attendee who indirected to watch the webinar on youtube, will their name, email and login/logout time be recorded in the attendee report after web
Is this something we can expect to see on the roadmap? We'd love to see more customization options in the Zoom Events email builder including custom HTML/CSS styling if possible.
Every time I send out a panelist link they receive an error saying "You must be signed in to the email address sent to you by the host". I am sending the link to their email address. Why does this happen? Is this a setting on my account or some new restriction from Zoom?
Hi, I'm trying to read the webinar data from my zoom.com account. In particular the names and e-mail addresses of the participants. I then want to transfer these to my Active Campaign account using make.com.This used to work quite conveniently. Now - with my new license - I have to create the webinars under Zoom Events. However, I can no longer query the webinars that I create there via my previous Make integration. Why is that?
I have collected all my attendees registration details in hubsport CRM form now i dont know how can i import all the list in zoom webinar as registered attendees?
I set up a "Follow Up Email" for a webinar I scheduled, and set it up to send "1 day after". I edited these settings the same day as the webinar event. I sent myself a preview of the email which I received without issue. After the webinar ended, I assumed the follow up email would auto send from the Zoom platform to all attendees. But 6 days later and the follow up email has still not be sent to my attendees. What did I do wrong? Can I fix this and still send a follow up email to my attendees?
Hi, One of our webinar attendees is having issues with the font size in the confirmation/reminder emails. They've tried using their browser/email client to increase the font size but it's not working. Is it possible to amend the email template somewhere using CSS?
Is there a way that we can see if any panelists emails bounced back? I send out emails for webinars to our panelists and need to know if any bounce back to us.
Is there any kind or report or any other way to see who in my organization has a webinar license assigned to them? In our organization we have a very limited number of them. Thank you in advance for your help.
I created a Zoom Webinar for an upcoming class we have but I am having trouble with the recording. Our company is sharing the screen (presentation) and we want the speaker to sit on the top right of the presentation. Last time I did a practice recording, the shared screen was to the left and the video was to the right, separate and on a black column. What settings do I change so the speaker video can be recorded on top of the presentation?
I am trying to find out how to view a webinar that was paid for but unfortunately unable to attend. Assuming ALL are recorded and housed somewhere for later access?
We have a monthly recurring Webinar series scheduled. I made two changes that are not showing up in our connected google calendars. From this series we had to cancel 1 event.I deleted the event from the series, however, it still shows up in the Google Calendars of my colleagues. We are now worried it also still shows in our customers calendars. How can I deleted it from all calendars? Changed the date of the series We had to change the date of the series, from every 2nd Tuesday of the month to every 3rd Tuesday of the month. This change is also not being reflected in the Google Calendars. The next event still shows on the 11th June instead of the week after. Please help!
Prior to the published meeting start time how can hosts prevent their conversations from being heard by attendees in the waiting room?
In our case we removed people after the webinar finished who were still hanging around, because we had a post-webinar evaluation we did not want everyone included in. The people we removed were not disruptive, and we *do* want them to get the follow-up email. So we wanted to check if they will get the email automatically or not after being removed, and if not is there is any way to change their status now that the webinar is over so they *do* get the email. Thanks.
We've caught 2/40 webinars that we recorded and made available to watch on demand are stuck in a registration loop. Clicking register just brings people back to the registration page. I submitted a ticker this morning but haven't heard anything. Is there an issue currently that anyone is aware of? The settings and registration questions are all the same for every webinar.
Hi, help! I know I have projected Zoom through my projector and onto a projection screen before but now it's not working.
How can we host webinars within an organization that does not have internet access? Frequently we give talks on stage to an audience in a very large hall. What we need is each of the panelists joining (having their own window) the session. Each panelist has an independent hardwired camera on them. Easy to do if you have internet connection. How do you achieve this without an internet connection? Zoom only seems to work with an internet connection. Can you get a non internet (local) version of Zoom?
Is it possible to allow users to join a webinar without needing to enter their login information first? We're hosting an event via OnZoom this Sunday, and would like to disable this function because we think there may be some drop-off if fans are forced to login before they join.
HelloI went the host of webinar, but I didn't find the recording. In the event was configured for we have the record on local computer. Could you see what happened please?
