I use Zoom for my broadcasts, but several of my students are reporting that they can't rejoin the broadcast unless I end it and start a new one. I've tested it and I'm sure they're not logged in on other devices.It's probably a problem with Zoom not recognizing when students leave the webinar.Is anyone else facing the same problem?

I am hosting a webinar but do not want attendees to be able to see/use the "raise hand" button. How do I remove that option for a webinar? Also, is it possible to prevent other panelists from seeing the # of participants/attendees and their names? Thank you

Hi,I have been looking into the possibility of using the annotation function in webinars. Looking at the compassion between webinars and meetings it shows that this is possible but I haven't been able to make this work.  Is this an option? If so what am I doing wrong? Thanks,Jordin

During 2025, we have been paying $168 for the Zoom Webinars | 1,000 Attendees – Promotion plan. I would like to ask whether there will be an increase in this fee for 2026.

I am going to run a series of trainings and want to pull attendance reports for each training session. If it is a recurring webinar, can you pull individual-level reports per session, or is it all in one report for all of them together?

Hi, a couple weeks ago I created a webinar (as per normal process - nothing different). And that usually creates a registration link which I normally share with my registrants so they can join on the day. But once the webinar started, I noticed we only had 3 participants (normally we have 50+) and so I went and tested the link that was sent to registrants. And the link was leading to another webinar with the exact same title and exact same settings....just a different ID. Can someone help me understand how in the world this could have happened if I only had one webinar created?  Thanks!

I am trying to embed a Zoom Webinar registration form onto a page on our website using an iframe.To make the embed look seamless and match our site's branding, I need to completely hide Zoom's default header and footer on the registration page.The technical method to hide these elements is using the Custom CSS tab under the Zoom Admin Portal to Advanced to Branding.However, this Custom CSS tab is currently NOT visible in my admin account.

A weird issue that has only just started this week in a large corporate environment which appears to implicate Zoom’s Cloud Room Connector for both Webinars and Meetings:- laptop to laptop - music AOK- ⁠laptop to Cisco - music not ok with original music mode making no difference- ⁠Cisco to laptop - music not ok with Cisco’s noise cancelling, Neutral and Music selections making no difference- Cisco to Cisco over Zoom - music also not ok Anyone else hearing recent Cloud Room Connector music issues? Have you guys seen any issues this week? I’m wondering if it is actually a new Zoom fault. I’ve seen it on multiple meetings and webinars in different locations.

Zoom allows spammers to promote products by hosting webinars and adding participants. Despite reporting these webinars to the trust and safety team, no action has been taken. Why hasn't any action been taken against these spammers? The problem is worsening daily with more spam webinars emerging.

I hosted a zoom meeting recently and (stupidly) did not manually save the chat prior to closing the meeting. For many recent webinars, the chat automatically popped up in a folder when the meeting closed - but that didn't happen this time. Is there a way to recover the chat from this meeting that I was host of? I do not think that the autosave feature was turned on. I did check my documents/zoom folder on my computer and it is not there (though several other chats are!).

Scenario: Webinar with an English to Spanish Interpreter. Spanish speaking attendee that has selected the Spanish Interpreters audio channel. Question: Can the Spanish speaking attendee enable CC and see the Spanish Interpreters audio channel in CC? So for example if the translator hears "five" from the original audio channel and then translates that to "cinco" the CC for our Spanish speaking attendee shows "cinco". Note: While testing, our Spanish speaking attendee with CC enabled could only see CC from the original audio channel. So for example if the translator hears "five" from the original audio channel and then translates that to "cinco" the CC for our Spanish speaking attendee shows "five". Thanks in advance for you help.

Hi, I needed to join a zoom meeting/webinar from a logitech device which requires me to input the meeting ID and passcode.The invite link we received is using a TK code instead of a passcode. In doing some searching, it seems this is a token used webinars. Is there any way to join this webinar from a device which is unable to join meetings via the link and instead requires manually inputting the meeting ID and passcode as the only connection method?

I am setting up a webinar and want to adjust the order of the registration questions. I'm using default and custom questions. Is there a way to do this?

HiI have tried to read through previous discussions and find some answers, but I cant seem to understand why I can not choose to record my group meetings with gallery view? I can not simply find in my settings that particular place I could choosethat even as an option.So I read from previous discussions that people have ticked yes to Record Gallery view with shared screenRecord active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately - and have only checked yes to gallery view and shared screen.Where can i find these options? I have tried everything suggested in Support and online but haven't been able to get an answer.  Yes, uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, camera is working elsewhere and whatever else was suggested.  Help is appreciated.  Thank you

When recording (or streaming to YouTube) webinars, the branding name tags are HUGE and when multiple people are on screen do not scale properly, and obscure the view of those on camera. This used to not be an issue. The change happened sometime between - Jan 10, 2025 (last good looking recording with scaled name tags) and Jan 24, 2025 (first bad name tag scaling).  Please advise.

Hi! We're hoping for some advice/best practices- anything would be great. Situation:1. We have a webinar scheduled for "date a" with 100+ registrants. 2. We need to reschedule this webinar to "date b". 3. All registrants have already received an email confirmation with the information for "date a" and they need to be updated with an email for "date b".  What is the best way to handle this? If we change the webinar date, will registrants be notified and/or can we control the email that they receive?  Would love recommendations, we can't seem to find any info on this.  Thanks!

Looking for some guidance or best practices on rescheduling a recurring webinar when attendees have already added it to their calendars.Situation:We created a recurring Zoom webinar (even though the sessions weren’t happening at regular intervals) so registrants could sign up once for both sessions.The first webinar has already taken place.The second webinar was originally scheduled for 13 November.We needed to move the second session to 20 November, so we edited just that occurrence in Zoom, we did not create a new webinar.Registrants already received the automatic Zoom confirmation email for 13 November, including the auto-generated calendar invite link.After changing the date, the Zoom calendar entry on attendees’ calendars did not update, they still have the original 13 November date.When we resend the confirmation email, attendees do not

My organization has hundreds of recordings from weekly webinars over the years. Is it possible to generate a transcript for these existing recordings and if so, how would I do this. All my searching only leads to generating transcripts going forward and the answers do not seem to be applicable to this specific use case.  Thanks

Hello, I am trying to download the Q&A section for the session I just ran today but it shows up as 0 in the summary analytics. There were about 28 questions so I know for sure there are more than 0. Let me know how to obtain this info. thx! 

We stream in-person lectures to at home attendees.  All technology including mics and the laptop go through a system that projects into the room and to the audience at home (through Zoom).  When our lecture speaker includes videos in the PowerPoint presentation, a few issues happen with the volume.  Attendees on Zoom are only able to hear choppy/underwater sound clips (it's like a mix of the speaker talking and the video--just jumbled noise).  Also, attendees are saying after the videos are played, the speakers volume gets really low for a minute then comes back to normal.  How can we 1. Have a video play with the volume from both the video and speaker audible, and 2. Regulate the volume levels so the speaker's mic doesn't dip after videos are played.  Thanks!
