Webinars

I have closed session which requires attendees to be put back into the waiting room. Board members remain as panelists to continue closed session, however, public members are normally set as attendees. Is there an option to hover over attendee names and place back into the waiting room until closed session ends? I thought I saw the option before but no longer available? I can only put panelist/participants into the waiting room but that’s not ideal for a board meeting.

I CAN ACCES MY LIST OF REGISTRED ASSISTANCE, AND IT LOOKS OK.  EVERY PERSONALIZE QUESTION HAS THE RIGHT INFO ON IT.  BUT WHEN I GENERATE REPORT FOR THIS LIST, IT MISSES INFO OF THE PERSONALIZE QUESTIONS (AS IT IF WAS NOT SYNCRONIZED).  AGAIN: WHEN I EDIT THE LIST, ON BY ONE, THE INFO LOOKS OK, BUT THERE IS NO WAY I CAN GENERATE IT COMPLETE.  THIS HAPPEND AFTER I DID A CHANGE ON THE TEXT OF TWO QUESTIONS, AND ALSO CHANGED ONE FROM MULTIPLE ANSWERS TO ONLY ONE ANSWER. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA ON HOW TO EXTRACT ALL THE INFO THAT I SEE FROM EACH ASSITANT OTHER THAN CVS REPORT?

Hi, I've utilized the trim function multiple times, and it consistently displays a message during the trimming process. However, during my recent attempt, I didn't receive any notification. Are there any updates to the procedure? Despite downloading it several times, the trimmed recording isn't being downloaded. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased an annual plan for 'Zoom Sessions Pay Per Attendee Annual' at the cost of £74 for 50 attendees. I am not in the least bit sure what I gain from having made the purchase!!  I am conducting monthly webinars for small numbers of people and, as these are just starting up, I do not currently have the finances for a full Zoom webinar function so I purchased this but remain unclear as to what this purchase provides me with or how utilise it.I would be grateful for any advice or insight you could provide.Many thanks.

I bought from the webinar with 3000 participants.I scheduled a webinar meeting for tomorrow, the 25th.I have a large number of registrations. If necessary, can I increase the plan to 5000? Is the money paid for the first order lost?Will I miss my scheduled webinar meeting?

Hello! How does one edit the background or the text color on the Zoom Events Survey and Session level surveys? We created both types and the preview screen shows the text color must be white, because the text cannot be seen. Thank you in advance!

I am sharing a live zoom webinar to youtube. the host's audio is inaudible but we can hear other participants when they are spotlighted. any idea what the is causing this problem?

My colleague has made me an alternate host for multiple webinars that we are hosting. I received the email indicating that I am an alternate host, but I was wondering if there is a simple place on the Zoom website where I can see a list of all webinars for which I am an alternate host?  I would also like to be able to launch the webinars from there, if possible. Otherwise, I have to add each individual webinar to my calendar manually which is time consuming. 

I created a webinar but on the registration page it says that you need to have a zoom account to join and many of my invitees will not. Is there a way to change that so that they can just click a link and join?

Restarting your Mac allows the system to reset and apply any changes made, which can help ensure that the changes take effect properly. After restarting, check if the problem persists and if the camera behaves as expected in Zoom and FaceTime. I don't have time signout FaceTime on Tuesday I have class attendance. It still black screen,but sometimes it video camera show up since power off/shutdown.

I need to do an AGM next month. Do I need to utilise the webinar add on? Expecting around 100-150 people possibly.What do you suggest?

I held a Webinar sent a zoom survey post event, I can see from the dashboard 50 people took the survey but when I run the report is only shows the basic info and no survey results.

Hello we have a meeting that is already reoccurring but would like to make certain special events that require registration. is that possible? 

HI, I upgraded to Webinar so I could collect payment upon registration. I see the Paypal receipts for who signed up, but my webinar is not showing up on my profile. I see it as a meeting, but that is different than a webinar. What am I missing? Also, the meeting setup does not show the people who paid via PayPal. HELP!

I had an event on 30th May which i had two external attendees hosting the session as our experts.  I have checked everything and all appears to be correct.As they couldn't join and the audience was in excess of 1000, the event was cancelled, can you tell me why they were unable to join as a panellist and were held waiting as an attendee only.I need to reschedule and can't have the repeat issue! Thanks 

I want to host a webinar as I have done previously. The feature does not work, and it want tme to open OnZoom. OnZoom is only open for few people in the USA. I am paying for webinars, and now I can not use the feature. What is going on?

When we have people register for webinars, they get an email confirmation and reminder emails with a link to the webinar. Is that a link specific to them and their registration? Does the reporting change if they use a generic Webinar link rather than their "personal" webinar link? We want the most accurate reporting based on each person who joins, including if they're not logged into Zoom, and we don't want them to have to enter their information again if they've already registered. Sometimes we send out the generic webinar link in a reminder email but I'm trying to figure out if that's messing up the reporting or defeating the purpose of registration.

Hello,I am a member of the marketing team and currently planning a Zoom webinar. My Zoom account is corporate, where I am listed as a member, not the owner. This might be why I cannot view participant email addresses in the reports. Additionally, my lack of administrative privileges prevents me from linking Zoom to other systems.I've compared my private (individual/owner) account with my corporate (company/member) account. With my private account, I can create apps and connect to webhooks, which are not possible with my corporate account. However, my private account is not a Pro account, so I am unable to access reports or achieve my objectives.I understand that corporate accounts have various restrictions, such as not being approved to 'collect email addresses from respondents'. It seems there are many measures in place that prevent me from collecting comprehensive webinar data. Could you advise on the type of account I should consider?Also, my team need

We hosted a webinar on 31st May, 2024 we faced multiple technical issues the webinar had around 150+ registrations and around 100 attendees. The problem started 4 minutes after the webinar started:1) The attendees were automatically being moved to blocked/denied tab and this was happening continuously that me and my team were unblocking the attendees but again they were getting blocked. 'It was showing the host has kicked you out of the meeting' to the attends2) Then the panelists were also removed from the webinar again and again, panelists camera video was also acting up, the slide deck that was being presented also started to have issues, the attendees in the middle of the webinar moved as Panelists and from 100 attendees the number gradually dropped to 10  because of constant blockage of the attendees, although we were continuously unblocking.We have been conducting webinars for past 3 ye

Hi there! I have alternate hosts set up for my multi-session Zoom event. We are doing some testing at the moment ahead of our event on 18 June. An alternate host should be able to start the backstage of an event, however that option is not showing for our alternate hosts. It is important that multiple people have the ability to start a session. How do I ensure that is possible? Is there a certain time frame when they can start it? Thanks for your help!

We are hosting an event for the general public that is paid.  However, there is one group of people who we want to provide free access to the event and the recordings of it for the next year as a part of a package they have been sold.  Is there a way for us to create a code that only they use which gives them free access? Or a link we can create which would allow them to attend live, as well as to see the recordings later? 

I am using Teachable for professional training and coaching sessions. Teachable has an app for Zoom that allows for seamless integration. I can schedule a Zoom meeting for my students and the session and recording automatically upload into the Teachable Session.  The problem is that each event has a unique Zoom Link. Is there a setting where the Zoom Link could be the same for every session?
