Can anyone tell me how many individual users we can assign to one Zoom Webinar license?  My department is looking into upgrading to allow for the Zoom Webinar feature, but we'd like to know how many people can work under the license.  I'd also like to know if we can run more than one webinar event concurrently like with Zoom meetings, or if we're limited to only one program at a time.   Please note: I'm not asking how many participants we can have in a given webinar.  I'd like to know how many of our employees can get permissions to set up and host the webinars. Any help that you can provide would be much appreciated!

Hi.  I'm not sure if this is actually the place to submit an enhancement request.  But I'd like to request that webinar templates can be applied to a webinar after it has already been created.  Instead of how it is now where you can only apply a template if you pick a template before you start creating a webinar.  Thanks.

Hi! First time posting a questions here. I am working on a campaign where the client doesn't want webinar participants to have to fill out their names and email addresses when they register. since we've already collected it from them to populate the client's Constant Contact list. Rumor has it that you can do this with Zoom using either a custom registration link or using Zoom API integration. I can't seem to find a way to do that, however. Haven't checked out YouTube yet - figure I'd come here first but don't see any prior discussion. My guess is the API isn't an option since CC isn't on the list (MailChimp is but not the app we're using). But maybe someone knows about the Custom registration link? Any suggestions appreciated.

I am writing to inquire about a feature for our  webinar. Specifically, I would like to know if there is a way to send the recording of the webinar only to those attendees who have been approved to join the session. We want to ensure that only authorized participants have access to the recording. I would appreciate any guidance you can provide on how to implement this or any existing settings within Zoom that would allow us to achieve this. Thank you for your assistance.

I'm setting up an event series with different external speakers per session. When the event is published, every speaker gets a calendar invite for the whole event series. That causes a lof of confusion and makes it hard for a speaker to find his/her particular session. How can I send an invite for a particular session to a speaker, only?

When running a Zoom practice webinar, the attendee sees a black bar at the top of the shared screen.  This is new and normally, the tool bar even in a blackout mode, doesn't show to attendees. I have some screen shots that i have retrieved from the recording.

Using Zoom Events, how do I set "manually approve registrations"? (I know how to do this in regular Zoom meetings and Webinars.) We typically only allow a subset of our community to attend events, so we need to be able to approve them on the fly.

I just set up a recurring webinar and I need to add over 100 registrants, however the import csv option is not available. The only option I see is edit, but then I woudl have to add everyone manually. Why can't I import registrations??

I am experiencing an issue with configuring the waiting room for a webinar in Zoom. The Zoom web portal is requesting an update to Zoom Client version 6.0.0 or higher to manage this setting, even though I already have the latest version of the desktop Zoom application installed.As a result, I am unable to set up the webinar so that participants can bypass the waiting room.

My company hosts webinars 1-2 times a month and sometimes we co-host with other partners/companies. There are never more than 500 registrants/attendees however we'd like the features to brand our meetings, and offer after-meeting messaging with customized URLs. We currently have Zoom Enterprise with Zoom Webinars but I do not believe we can properly brand our webinars with these plans. Could someone please suggest whether Zoom Events is the best route and if it encompasses all features of Zoom Webinar & Zoom Sessions? TIA.

When we want to create a webinar, we receive a warning. The warning is as follows: code":200,"message":"Webinar plan is missing. You must subscribe to the webinar plan and enable webinars for this user in order to perform this action

Hi all, I purchased the one-month license to set up my registrations for a scheduled webinar on 19 September. My Zoom Webinar license is expiring on 11 August. Can I only renew my license closer to the webinar date to regain access to the registrations and start the webinar? I don't want to renew now and pay for another 2 more months because the expiry date is only a few days before the webinar date. Please advise. 

Is there a way to automate the sending of the attendee list after a webinar? 

Hi,  I looked online and even talked to the usuless chatbot on the platform and couldn't find an answer.  I created a webinar for a colleague but he can't see it, why ?  We're part of the same organisation, he should be able to see it no ?  What am i doing wrong ? Thanks, 

If I share out the link to a webinar cloud recording, the client is able to see the video and transcript and can toggle on and off the closed captioning.  If I download a webinar recording, there's a file for the recording, transcript,  chat, etc. If I share out the recording after downloading, is there a way for them to be able to see the transcript as they watch the recording like they do when it's shared out from Zoom or is it really just watching the video and opening the transcript separately since they are separate files?  

We use Zoom sessions/events. i just hosted a webinar that had breakout rooms. in my main room people were saying they couldn’t locate the breakout rooms but when I went to find them to directly add them, the names provided in the QA weren’t under unassigned. Thinking they used another name I asked if it could be either of these few first names and both answered no. How can this be? our participants were not pre assigned rooms but instead were supposed to be able to kind of dabble in either of the rooms the picked.  Also, one person could not find the breakout option at and she was on laptop.  Anyone know if this is expected?   

I have searched for this information and cannot seem to find how to accomplish this. If we are conducting a webinar how can we show the slides only and not the presenter. Our presenter shows up in the top right corner, how do we hide them from not only their view, but also the participants view? Thank you!

During a live webinar, when attaching a PDF in the chat feature, the attendees are prompt to download the document before they can view.  Is there a way that the attendees can view the document as opposed to downloading it first?  The option to view is only available after downloading.  I reviewed and confirmed my settings are set correctly as the host.  I am looking for a similar process like on a WebEx platform- Attendees can click on the attachment and it will open to be viewed. The attendees can then decided to save the document. 

I am trying to export the responses to custom questions along with the attendee list in Zoom Webinar, but I am unable to do so. When I export the registrant information, the custom question responses do not appear. How can I include the custom question responses in the export? Thank you for your help!

Our organization has been using the ASL interpretation feature for our webinars for over a year now. We record webinars to the cloud. We have been making the interpreters panelists so they can come into the practice session and then making them co-hosts so they can speak if necessary (I just noticed there is an "allow interpreter to speak" feature but I was not aware of that).  The post-webinar download files have always included separate interpreter files, and although we couldn't use these in our LMS we were able to refer people back to the Zoom recordings as a workaround if they needed ASL. In the recording on Zoom they were able to enable interpretation and watch with ASL.  Yesterday we set our webinar up as we usually do, however there are no ASL files available for download after the webinar and no interpreter feature in the Zoom recording. I was hoping interpreters would at least be visible in the gallery view recording, but the
