It seems that on certain Webinar practice sessions, interpreters (although added to the Interpretation option in the settings) are not allowed to enter unless they have a unique invite. The link the Zoom system sends them when they are added to the interpretation setting seems to provide "Attendee" access only, instead of Panelist-like access, which they need to enter a Webinar practice session. Since interpreters would normally be sound-checked during a practice session, it doesn't make sense to have to be forced to start a Webinar to allow them to enter. It didn't use to be this way, but for the past month or so, this limitation has been more noticeable. Interpreters should technically have Panelist access, not Attendee access.
I set up a Zoom Events Webinar for last week. [Blank Event, Single Session, Lite] I received an email question/concern from staff about it: "The invites for the webinar today showed up as "private" on calendars. Do you know if this is a configurable option in Zoom Events? If so, I'd like to send them without them being marked as private in the future."I found this KB article: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063829 "When Zoom Events sends out a calendar invitation to special roles or registered attendees, the visibility is set to private by default. For group join links, the calendar invitation is public by default." I am not sure if this article describes my issue. It doesn't explain (in plain noob English) where these settings would be changed. Can someone please advise. Thanks in advance.
Our Facebook Livestream have been up for 24 hours already. Even if we ended the livestream via Zoom App, it's not ending in Facebook? Has anyone encountered this?
Good morning. I have a webinar scheduled in a couple of weeks. It is linked to Eventbrite. Eventbrite tells me 45 people have registered, but when I look at the Total registrants in Zoom, it says only 6 (6 approved, 0 denied/ blocked). These are the first 6 people who registered. Where are the rest? The help autobot is useless. I've registered myself for the webinar via Eventbrite just now and have been sent the link to the webinar, so the connection does seem to still be there. Thanks for your thoughts.
See my first question about this here:https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Events-and-Webinars/What-is-the-purpose-of-the-two-tabs-in-Webinar/m-p/194166 I am going to rant here. I have been using Zoom and Webinar for 4 years. Every single time something goes wrong, and it almost always because of some "upgrade" that makes no sense to those who are actually using Webinar as...Webinar. The tabs with screen share ARE STUPID. I don't want multiple people sharing screens - I actually have that turned off in the settings so it won't happen. The tabs are the same color and it is very easy to accidentally click on another tab. It is very poor design. What happened last night is kind of the final straw for me. I got "stuck" in the tab where my presenter was sharing a Canva presentation in a browser - I could not click away. It was like I was an attendee in the webinar I was hosting and I could not get back to the Zoom window/tab until the presenter stopped her screen share. Was it
Colleague set up a webinar before transferring control to me, but webinar has now disappeared - can no longer be seen in either my colleague's or my webinar list. Invitations have been sent out automatically via a connection with Hubspot, but now I have no idea where the webinar has gone or how to get it back. AI bot is useless and keeps telling me to click on unlinked keywords for unrelated support docs, so I could use some help.
Is there a way to prevent attendees from showing up as "guest" during the Zoom Event Session? I toggled every option that I believe is available. It would not be ideal to expect everyone to register with a Zoom Account in order to prevent this. Is there another way? As a presenter, engaging with attendees, it's difficult to properly engage when half the attendees are labeled as Guest.
Hi everyone We hold monthly 1 hour sessions of people from various companies, with a guest speaker. We've been using Zoom Meetings but want to increase the professionalism and branding, quality of the video recording and also automate with calendar invites. We are having a hard time getting answers from Zoom - any advice from the Community would be appreciated. - Up to 100 attendees- Attendee to attendee PRIVATE chat- List of attendees in the live session visible to all Does anyone know if there is a product that would best fit this? Zoom Webinars does not facilitate the attendee to attendee chat, and i had thought of making every person a panelist, but that means sending a specific link for each individual person. Thanks for any advice or guidance.
Hi all,We upgraded from having 1000 capacity for webinar events to 3000, but there isn't an option to transfer an existing event to the 3000 capacity (the reason we paid for the upgrade) I can crate an event in the 3000 hub and transfer it down to 1000, but can't transfer up to 3000. Can anyone help? Did we upgrade in the wrong way?
Hello! Is it possible to purchase a zoom webinar ad-on for just one event? I don't need access for the entire month. Please advise the best approach. Thank
Hi All, I have set up a Multi-Day Session Event. I want my attendees to have the capacity to network with one another and to have exhibitors. but I don't need Expo (We only have 1 sponsor) and Itinerary. Does anyone know of a way of disabling these? Thank you, Katie

simple yet frustrating question. seems that this is NOT included in a pro account?
How do I spotlight two panelists while in speaker view, and still be able to show the audience the other panelists? When I do so, the audience only sees the two spotlighted panelists - they don't see the other panelists. I want them to be shown at the top as small videos.
Hi folks, does anyone know if there's a setting to have the Zoom Webinar waiting room video play for attendees before they get into the webinar, even if they log in late?

We ran a webinar recently and I uploaded the registration/attendee list to Zoom which worked fine. When we ran the webinar however, about 30 people came up with the same attendee name. The attendee report generated afterwards also did the same. It listed the same person 30+ times with different log in/out times but we can't differentiate who was who (it was not the same person). There are 30+ people who were registered but showing with no log in/out times. That means that there are 30+ people who I can't confirm if they actually completed the webinar or not hence they don't get a certificate for completing the training. Has anyone come across occurring before? I don't think it was anything that I did as the registration list was uploaded correctly. I don't want this happening again as some participants are going to be upset that they aren't getting a certificate.
I've recently discovered the timer app and would like to use it on a Zoom webinar for the speakers/panelists. At the moment, when I click on Show all at the bottom both the panelists and the attendees see it on screen. Is there a way that the speakers/panelist only see it. As we really don't want the attendees to watch the count down clock of each presentation. thankyou!
Hi I am on the annual plan for the webinar with 1000 attendees, the plan will expire in the middle Dec. I have a webinar taking place 2 days later on Aug 29 and the registration is getting to 2000. I would like to increase the capacity to 3000 attendees, can it be effective in time for this event? and can the upgrade be purchased on a monthly basis?Look forward to your reply, thanks!
On the webinar registration page, we would like the event descriptions and other info to be available in multiple languages that the user can select. It's not about the field descriptions (that Zoom has already translated such name/nombre). Preferably the user just clicks the dropdown in the upper right or something to change their language and see the event description in their native language. How can this easily be done (no coding)?Thank you.
How can I turn on the Participant count for Web Version? The count is shown in the Zoom Desktop Version near the webinar title, but I can't find it in the Web Version. Menu Participants count is turned on during the webinar.
For Zoom webinars, we set up recordings in the Zoom cloud and make them available after the webinar to registrants. They are viewable only in the cloud and not downloadable. However, when I go to check on who has viewed and WHEN, all views are time stamped in UTC and not our local time zone. I know I can do the math to translate between UTC and real time for me, but it is a pain. Is there a way to specify the recording analytics be shown in local time as set in my profile?
I'd like to download the list of Registrants BEFORE I approve or deny them - as we need to confirm they are eligible to attend our webinar. I cannot find anyway to get that list to compare to my eligible list? Reports seems to be AFTER the webinar is over.
