Hi, I'm running a webinar for a voluntary group.  I've bought the package and scheduled a webinar, but cannot figure out how to separate the 10 speakers from the 100 attendees when I send out the Zoom invitation.  It is all very confusing. Do they get different invitation links?  THanks if anyone can help.Brenda 

Hello- In order to add someone as an alternate host to a webinar - does the alternate also need a webinar license? The alternate has a paid business license. Our end users want another person to be able to join the practice session. I am not sure if this is possible without both having webinar licenses.

Good afternoon! My question is about video quality in Splash's embedded media player. My company is in the process of switching streaming platforms and I've started testing Zoom webinars embedded in Splash's website. When I look at the video in Splash, it looks way softer/blurrier than in the zoom desktop client. I reached out to Splash, and they said "The features of the Zoom embed and native app are not 1:1. For example, Zoom's embed has a limitation of a 360p video resolution. As Zoom continues to update their SDK -- check out Zoom's public change log  -- Splash will make updates that will automatically reflect on your Virtual Event Page." My question is, is there anything we can do on the Zoom side to make this video quality any better in Splash? Are there any specific settings we can change in the Zoom admin portal, or any guidelines for streaming from our event space and streaming computer? We are using Zoom Pro accounts as opposed to Business accounts and our stre

I was trying to record a webinar interpreted in Portuguese locally, as a panelist, and the recording was interrupted with a message of insufficient disk space, but I had more than 60G unused. I tried on another Mac computer and the same happened.I am very used to doing this, and it never happened before. I'd appreciate any heplp

I'm trying to get a ticket ID for my integration with HubSpot for a Zoom Sessions event that already exists, but no Ticketing tab is showing up under Registration & Join. I have a Zoom Sessions Unlimited license so I should have permissions for it. Why isn't the ticketing tab appearing? TIA

Hi! I will be using webinar breakout rooms for the first time today. I scheduled the webinar BEFORE upgrading to Zoom sessions. I have enabled breakout rooms in account management... just concerned that the breakout rooms wont be there when I start the webinar! Is there any way to test it? I tried a test webinar and maybe because it was just me there, the breakout rooms wasn't showing in the webinar controls.  Do I just have to trust it will appear for me?  It would be better to be able to create the rooms before the webinar starts!

Zooms definition of one month for webinar reporting purposes is INACCURATE. It says you can go back one month. Today is December 5th. I need to pull a webinar attendance report for November 15th. It doesn't show up. Zooms definition of one month appears to be 19 days

I missed the webinar on November 6th due to having emergency surgery. it was titled Introducing the all-new and NRS approved TABE 13/14 and TABE CLAS-E, Forms C & D. was this recorded so that I can watch the replay now that Im back at work?

During the live sessions we have Resources, but once the live session ends, I do not see any Resources. We reference them in the sessions and it will be odd to not have access to them in the recordings. How do we give them access to the Resources?

I'm trying to upload a video for the waiting room and keep getting this message: The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. The server or network has not failed, the format is mp4, the size is under 30mb. Last time I got it to finally load but then it did not play in the waiting room when the webinar went live.  I'm working in Safari in case that's relevant. I also tried in Chrome with the same results.

Hi! We are setting up a recurring webinar for three dates (april 12, 19 and 26) - after registering, the confirmation email is sent with the .ics file attached - when I open the calendar invite, it is only for two of the three dates. Any ideas why or idea of a fix? 

We've been using Zoom for multiple years.  Over the last month or so, we've noticed that attendees are coming into the meeting well before the start and during the practice sessions.   Is there some sort of setting for the webinars that is new?  We don't want them entering before the start time. In the past, we could start the practice session and then click a red button that said something along the lines of, "Start Webinar". Upon clicking the button, attendees could join, but not before this.  What changed? 

Hello Zoom community! After a recent webinar, I went to pull the attendee report and saw there are now CTA and survey report options as well.  I found this video on creating a survey, but I can't find anything on creating or using calls to action (CTAs) in a webinar. The Getting Started with Zoom Reporting support article makes no mention of a CTA report. The only mention of calls to action that I can find anywhere in the support documents is in the April 3 update that mentions a new attendee feature:Back to the Lobby call to actionThe lobby window on the Zoom client will be brought to the front of a user’s screen when a session ends or will be opened if the lobby window was closed.Is this what the report option is referencing? It sure would be nice to be able to create a call to action within a Zoom webinar for attendees to schedule a meeting, download a PDF, etc. - beyond just posting a hyperlink in chat. Hello everyone,I am facing a difficulty and looking for help: I planned a meeting for Thrusday (so it has not taken place yet) with a mandatory inscription followed by a question (i would like to know if the participant wants to intervene during the meeting). I would like to have access to the answer of my 15 participants, but I can only access the name and the email address of the person who registered. When I go to the "report" session, i can only access my previous meeting but not those that will take place... Can you please tell me where can i retreive all my participants informations?Thanks in advance

I am unable to turn on the custom disclaimer setting for my upcoming webinar.  I created the webinar on Monday and when I go back into the settings, I am not being allowed to toggle on the custom disclaimer. Anyone else encountered this and how to remedy it?

I'm considering using Zoom for a one-hour virtual fundraiser for 200-300 people. I need a button or link displayed throughout the session that takes attendees to a donation page. Can Zoom do this? Other webinar software that has this feature typically requires an annual subscription. Since this is a one-time event, I want to pay for just one month. Thanks.

I shared embedded Powerpoint video/audio in a webinar. I could hear the audio in my headphones but the audience could not hear the audio. I tested the audio in the practice session and all panelists and presenters were able to hear the audio. We started the webinar and played the video and the presenters, panelists and audience could not hear the audio. I (host) could hear the audio in my headphones. Is there a setting that is wrong? I have done this before and it has worked.

I use Zoom Webinar for virtual panel discussions and presentations. We have English and Spanish-speaking attendees, so the webinar must be recorded in English and Spanish, along with corresponding English and Spanish presentation slides, which are shared successfully during the webinars. However, we have been confronted with a recording issue: The presentation that was recorded for both the English and Spanish recordings (“Shared screen with speaker view”) was the wrong screen for both. Which screen gets recorded in a zoom webinar recording with English and Spanish presentations? How can we control which screen gets recorded? Thank you for your support.

I use Zoom to stream to a costum location.I need to enable automated capitoning in Zoom, but I don't want the captions are visible on livestream.Do you know if it's possibile to disabile the capitons viewing in livestream (only in livestream)?Thanks  Isabella

Someone asked this following question on the LinkedIn Events Professional Community .... and I did not know the answer. So I am eating out to you ask if you have TESTED and working solution to enable affiliations on Zoom Webinars i.e. tracking sources of registrations and revenue tracking/sharing functionality. I can imagine how to do this, but I have never done it. 

Hello, We recorded a webinar and I cannot find it.  I believe what happened is during the process of creating the recording a pop-up box appeared and I clicked cancel.  I never had a box pop up before and not sure what the box was but apparently i lost the recording. Can it be recovered.  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you. 

I'd like to use the slide control feature for an upcoming webinar. However, whilst doing a test webinar the slide control didn't appear in the task bar. I was sharing a PowerPoint presentation in full screen mode and it still didn't appear. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
