I'd like to use the slide control feature for an upcoming webinar. However, whilst doing a test webinar the slide control didn't appear in the task bar. I was sharing a PowerPoint presentation in full screen mode and it still didn't appear. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, Is there a way to remove the default disclaimer that is in the webinar registration page "Information you provide when registering will be shared with the account owner and host and can be used and shared by them in accordance with their Terms and Privacy Policy." ? We added our own disclaimer and my company legal team is asking me to remove the default one. Thank you for your help!

Zoom Webinar help documents indicate that there should be a "Registration" tab on my webinar and under that, the option to include custom questions. I recall this from the past. Currently, I see all registration information under the "Branding" tab and some registration settings under "Invitations". Is the support document wrong? Where is the Registrations tab/Custom Questions tab?  Really appreciate any assistance!

This would allow us to test audio, video, and other technical setups without disrupting the participants in the main webinar. We have connected Pardot to Zoom Webinars successfully. We are working on creating a Pardot form. Is there a way to use the Pardot thank you message? We iframe the form on our website and want to keep the thank you message in the same iframe. The Zoom instructions mentioned using <input name="redirect" type="hidden" value="html"> to show a different thank you message than Zoom. We aren't sure how to keep a thank you message in the same iframe or use the Pardot thank you message. Any ideas? Thank you!

Just hosted a webinar. There were at least 2 different people whose names were listed 3 times in the attendee panel. The attendee report shows these same people listed multiple times in the report with different times in the session. What can cause the same person to be listed 3 times as an attendee? 

Zoom does not allow bulk upload of a CSV file for a recurring meeting/webinar. There is no utility for administrators/organizers to manually input multiple registrants on a single page.This forces me to do one registration at a time on the registration page, submit it, reload or re-access the page, and do it again. But attempts to keep using the registration page triggers more and more difficult CAPTCHA challenges, as the algorithm thinks that I am trying to game the system. It does not matter whether I reload the page, open it in a new tab, or open multiple incognito tabs... Apparently the algorithm looks at repeated accesses coming from the same IP address. By the time I'm on registration number 30 or so, the CAPTCHA is going through four rounds of clicking images, with a slowdown on redrawing images.  This is simply unusable. Is it possible that during the Webinar registration process that a recipient is given an option to conset to receiving marketing emails from our company? We are collecting email addresses during registration and we would like our attendees to opt in to Marketing, this will help us being caught up in any spam laws in Australia. I would be grateful for any possible solutions that don't require a separate external process. Thank youJoe

I scheduled monthly webinars for my company and have published the registration links. When I logged in this morning, I can't find the webinars. Is the only option to upgrade our plan?

Hello - We operate webinars from my zoom account but often have different people hosting based on the topic. They are added to the zoom webinars as 'alternative hosts' but those hosts are not receiving a meeting invite with link to join. Is there a way to fix this issue?  Thank you.

Hello, I have a Webinar 500 participants subscription. This morning during a Webinar session, there are about 160 participans on-line, but some clients tell me that they are unable to join the Webinar and their devices are showing a message like "Webinar full" when trying to join the Webinar. Why Zoom is showing this message if my subscription is "Webinar 500 participants"?

I can not figure out where to input the social media links for the social media buttons that appear on the registration page.  I can check the option that I want to include them, but don't know where to input our social media page URL links? 

I don't know if anyone else is seeing this problem. A while ago I set up a basic waiting room image which worked ok. I now want to change this to a short video.I set this up in Account Settings/ Meeting/ Waiting Room on my profile But on new & existing Zoom meetings I still have the old image Any ideas? David

Please help! I just completed a 4 hour Webinar and only the audio was recorded on in my Cloud. I have checked my settings, nothing has changed from previous webinars where I was able to get audio & video. Would love to know 1. What went wrong? 2. Is there a way that I can get the video? 3. How do I prevent this from happening again?

Hi there, I have a series of 7 recurring webinars, however they aren't every week so I deleted the occurrences I didn't need.  Now, I am trying to set one of the webinars from December 19th to 12th, but it's giving an error that the date/time conflicts with an existing occurrence.  I looked in recently deleted webinars and there is nothing there, since it's been longer than 7 days. Is there any way to fix this?

Bonjour, j'enregistre mon webinaire zoom avec partage d'écran. La vue des participants est la même que celle de l'hôte. Je fais différents paramètres, tantot vue standard pour voir le panéliste en plein écran et tantot tous les panélistes en cote à cote de la slide qui est présentée. Quand je télécharge mon enregistrement, on ne voit que le partage d'écran. J'ai besoin de récupérer mon enregistrement avec la vue en plein écran sur le panéliste qui parle. J'ai besoin d'aide svp 

I have created a webinar and included a practice session option in it. The host started the webinar for 5 mins and then after the actual webinar, participants joined the webinar. After using the Get Participants list of webinar API I am getting both the time of the host i.e. the practice session time and the real webinar time in just one object, can someone please help me segregate them?

We are creating a custom registration for a webinar with custom questions we want to use for the event.  The downloaded .CSV file doesn't include those questions, only the standard information.  The only way to see the answers is to click on each name individually in Zoom which is impractical.  Is there anyway to get the custom questions included in the download file?

I know you can import a register list into a new webinar, but I don't seen to have that option when I create a new recurrent webinar. Is there a way I can add a list of previous registered attendees into a new recurrent webinar series. Can they be added any other way?

Whenever we create a "Poll" on our Zoom account we find that any existing polls for other webinars will also appear as an option to be used in the new scheduled webinar.  Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

We're hosting a Zoom event and we'll have several ASL interpreters. They have a fee for recording the ASL interpretation, and we wanted to know if Zoom Events does indeed record the ASL interpreters or not when recording an event.

We are trying to download the recordings with all panelists and the slides visible on Webinars. The recording views of gallery and slides or speaker and slides are the options but they only show the active speaker and not all panelists. Is there a way to download the recording with all panelist view and slides?
