We are moving from a different webinar provider to Zoom. Is it possible for me to take the recordings from our earlier webinars, upload them to Zoom, and then set them up as an on-demand webinar?
"TAXES: Enter billing address"- why is this field appearing on Zoom Webinar registration form? We've been doing paid Webinars using the PayPal integration for years. All of a sudden, Zoom inserted this field into the registration form. It's also forcing registrants to enter a Billing Address. Is there a way to remove this?As far as Taxes goes, we only operate inside the United States. So, this field just causes confusion.
We offer paid webinars to a community of seniors. Payment is via PayPal integration, but most of our community do NOT have a PayPal account. They pay as guests, using a credit card. Suddenly, operation of the registration page has changed, and not in a good way. When a registrant presses the "Checkout" button, the page jumps to the top, and nothing seems to happen. In fact, something HAS happened, but it's only visible if you scroll further down in the page. When you do that, you see that you're being asked to enter a "Shipping Address". This never happened before, and it's causing confusion and consternation among our customers. Has anyone else encountered this? Does anyone understand it?
The Zoom webinar reports do not seem to pull any dismissed questions. How can I find them after the webinar has ended?
How Can I Obtain Zoom Training Video Files?
We would like to skip the "session is full" popup by having any attendee who joins once the session is full to be automatically redirected to our YouTube event. Is this possible?
We are trying to get users to join a webinar without the Zoom link but rather with the meeting ID but we get Error Code 13218 and we do not know how to troubleshoot it. Is it just a feature that is not allowed when doing webinars?
OK, wanting to export the unique access links for all webinar registrants into my CRM, so I can sms reminders about the meetings (with the sms containing the access link). Anyone done this? ANy integrations that can suck out the unique URLs?
When setting up registration for a webinar, I see where the last name field can be made optional. However, is there a way to remove the last name field entirely so that it does not even show up on the registration page?I appreciate any help you can provide.
It would be great if webinar chat was structured the same way as Meeting chat with the ability to react to a message and hyperlink text in the chat versus having to post the actual link.
On my work computer (PC) I can login to Webinar using 2FA. On my home computer (Mac), when I try to log into Webinar 2fA, click on the try another way, my phone number is blanked out saying not accessible on this device?
You may have noticed that Zoom recently released a new "Shared Content Only" view mode that webinar hosts can use in "Follow Host View" mode to hide all panelist video tiles and show only the shared content (like slides or any other screenshare). It's a very useful new feature that was designed to let webinar hosts have more control over what their attendees are seeing. There are definitely lots of use cases where a webinar host may want to hide all of the video tiles, especially during transitions between presentation or program segments. HOWEVER... The problem is that the "Shared Content Only" view will NOT work for many of your attendees. If attendees are using the browser-based version of Zoom, or if they have an older version of the Zoom desktop client, the video tiles WILL NOT disappear for them when the webinar host switches to "Shared Content Only" view. As you might imagine, this can cause a lot of embarassing problems if the host THINKS they
Hi,Sigh. Last night we had a large webinar. And my helper who was co-host didn't realize that I as host was sharing my screen because she only saw me in speaker view. She had inadvertently mouses over a tab - that never used to be there. See screen shot. Both tabs are cirlced, one red, one yellow. I swear these tabs never used to be there. And I cannot figure out what purpose they serve. If I as host set "follow host view" and I accidentally click on a tab, will the attendee view change? Why? Why? Why? Thanks for any insight on this!
I facilitated a training session today. We had a producer running the presentation deck and I had my script up for myself. Each time the next slide would appear, my script would disappear, as if Zoom was prioritizing my view for me. How do I solve this problem? I need the script to remain at the top of my window at all times.
I know I can hide participants in webinar mode for privacy but can I still allow for chat? I am conducting a virtual focus group and participants have the option to enter a real or fake name, use their camera or not. Will the settings work?
Hi everyone, I’m experiencing issues joining Zoom Meetings using a Logitech Rally Bar that’s set up as a Microsoft Teams Room device with Zoom support enabled. While I can successfully join meetings scheduled with a Zoom Workplace Business, Webinar, or Large Meeting license, I consistently face issues when attempting to join meetings scheduled with a Zoom Events 1000 license. Here’s what happens:Both the Workplace Business and Zoom Events meetings appear on the Logitech TAP panel at the scheduled time. For the Workplace Business meeting, I get a Join button and can connect without issues. For the Zoom Events meeting, there’s no Join button available, making it impossible to join.I also tried joining via Meeting ID, but after signing in, I encountered a "Webpage Not Available" error.I’ve been working with Zoom Support on this for over a month without resolution, so I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced a similar issue. If you’ve faced this or found a solution, I’d great
The panelists in my webinar would like to see the results of the poll before they are shared with the webinar. Is it possible to give them access? Or do we need to make them co-hosts to see this? Thanks,Mary
We need to add two BSL interpreters to our webinar but we didn't tick the box for interpretation when setting it up. Is there any way to change this setting so that we don't record the interpreters as standard in our recording (we currently have to spotlight them for someone to see them)?
Can somebody tell me is it possible to Integrate zoom webinars registration form on the website? So that people can register on the web page and the registration information will be sent to zoom.
When I am recording my webinars you can see gray boxes in the recording and on the screen that viewers are watching. How can make my recordings cleaner. I use two computers. One to administrate and the other one for recording? Suggestions please! Thank YOU!

My colleague and I are in charge of running webinars for our organisation. Our organisation has a Pro account, and we are both Workplace Pro users on this account. If I set up a webinar via my account, is there a way for my colleague to be able to collaborate on the setting up of this webinar via her account? For example, update the description, manage registrations, access the reports and the recording? We understand the Co-Host aspect which is useful for the actual running of the webinar, but would like to collaborate more on the pre and post event aspects of this.
I am experiencing an issue with sharing both computer audio and screen simultaneously during a webinar session on Zoom. Here are the details of the problem:I am using a Zoom Webinar plan and hosting webinar sessions. When I attempt to share my screen during the webinar, the "Share Sound" checkbox is visible but grayed out, making it impossible to enable sound sharing. If I go to the "Advanced" tab in the screen sharing menu and choose "Computer Audio Only," the computer sound is shared successfully, but the screen is not shared. This issue occurs on multiple PCs, not just mine, so it seems to be a broader issue rather than a device-specific one.I have already checked the following:My Zoom client is up to date. The settings in my Zoom account on the web portal do not seem to provide any option to enable or disable computer audio sharing. My computer's audio and microphone settings are configured correctly.I am the host during the session, so permissions are not an issue.
HI ALL , SOMEONE KNOW HOW TO CONFIGURE TO RECORD IN FULL HD 1080 INSTEAD 720
When I was the host for an MNC series of webinars on HVAC topics, I was told that it is not advisable to have a breakout room as the audience may be too large to handle? But when I tried it out during one of the webinars, I noticed it is possible to do so but you need to prepare your breakout room in advance. You need to do some management of likeminded participant to ensure the audience do not get passive in their interactions. Do share what are your strategies for keeping your breakout room engaged and participative especially for the shy Asian audiences.
