Just paid for annual plan for zoom event but I want to change to webinar because my country still can not do paid event

This is about, Zoom API - Webimars - > List webinar participants. (https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/webinars/listwebinarparticipants).  I would like to know when was this particular API added in the API section.  We use the API to generate post webinar reports and this API was not available couple of months ago  (or even few days ago), the List of participants was only available under Zoom API - Dashboards  - Get webinar participants for a Business, Education, or API Plan with Webinar add-on. I will be much oblige, If you can  provide us with the exact date on which "List webinar participants was added under "Zoom API - Webinars (to Pro users).

Both in Zoom Meetings and in Zoom Webinars is there any way for the host to display a nonverbal icon on the screen of a panellist who is talking either to inform them that their alloted speaking time has passed? Of course ideally it would be a recognisable symbol like a 🔔 (bell) or a 🕛 (clock) but if that's not possible it could just be one of the standard Zoom nonverbal symbols that participants can use (we can tell with the panellists / participants that when a specific symbol appears on their screen that's what it means). I realise we could warn them via a private chat message but they may be more likely to notice an icon appearing on their screen than be actively monitoring chat whilst they talk. The goal of this would be to remind someone that they should stop talking without actually cutting them off or talking over them. Thanks

Why when I am importing a list through csv and sending an invite, attended have to register again when clicking join now button?

Hi all, Since about 2 weeks ago, I seem to be having this issue on one of my Zoom accounts where the Display Name of Zoom is not showing up on the eMails sent through Zoom to Panelists for Webinars.  Tried support but they were also confused and said will get the tech team to contact me but no response yet.  See the images to understand more.. On one the display name is showed as just Zoom while on the other its showing what was entered in the "Reply To" field on the Zoom Webinar Email settings although the setting is identical on both accounts one is picking up the Display name while the other isnt.  Any help in this would be appreciated.  TIA -Ahamed

Previously, I've always had a 3rd party survey (and the same URL as a webinar exit page), but now that seems to be missing from Zoom Webinars. Under "survey" there are no options to set up a survey...  this is very frustrating. Is this feature broken? Hidden somewhere now? Mark

We have our free event listed on Eventbrite and would like to use a Zoom Events Summit for our actual event. Eventbrite does not allow for integration with anything other than Zoom Webinars (and you cannot integrate with Events). I am looking for a way to import registrants from Eventbrite into a Zoom Summit, yet cannot find a way to do so. Is it possible to manually maintain Summit registrants for a free event? If so, how? I'd like to be able to download a CSV of registrants from Eventbrite and import them as attendees into the Summit. We looked at Zapier integration, yet it appears that we can only add attendees to a single webinar that is part of the Summit rather than to the entire Summit. Have others tried this or similar?

Hi!We use our own registration page and the Zoom API.Unfortunately, everytime someone register for a Webinar gets 2 times the exact same mail with the link to the webinar.Anybody can help? Thanks!

HelloWas wondering if a glitch can happen in the Zoom log-in,log-out feature of attendees who join a webinar? An attendee is complaining that he attended our 3-hour webinar but the Zoom-generated attendance report showed that he was only logged-in for less than an hour. Has anyone had this experience before? Or can this incident even occur in Zoom?Clarification on this matter is a great help. Thanks everyone

I have to schedule some webinars for an organization but they don't want me to be the host.Once all the webinars have created, I will copy the link to the webinars in an automatic confirmation e-mail the participants receive after they subscribed to the webinars via the website.When my job is done, if I change the owner to another person with an e-mail address with the same domain name as mine, is that person gonna be able to host the webinars? Thank you so much for your feedback.Kind regards. Anne4 

Hi. I recorded a webinar two weeks ago and everything was recorded perfectly. The video of the person speaking was over the slides they presented. Last week I recorded another webinar. I did not change any settings at all. But the webinar was recorded on a wider screen with black columns on the sides and the video shows in the black column not over the slide as the previous recording. Please help what happened? How can I get the video over the slide and the screen of the recording the same width? Also how do I upgrade my package to have access to someone in Zoom support I find it absolutely horrific not having access to anyone at Zoom for any support questions at all.

When I an recording a zoom call in meetings and webinars there and sharing my screen there is always a black screen that appears/ Why is that?What does it take to not have the back screen interfere with my sharing presentation?

I'm using the Vaddio AV Bridge MatrixMix to stream different camera's in my auditorium in combination with Zoom Webinars. The video and Powerpoints all are presented perfectly on the screens and ledwall (16:9). In the Zoom meeting or Webinar, we see that the picture gets cut from the top/buttom and left and right, more like 4:3 format. What can be the cause? Any help please.

We have an event coming up and used the webinar feature last year. I am confused about the language, it says that licences are priced by view only attendee sizes 500-10,000 but we will only have 60-100 people attend. I only need the month-long, non-reoccurring feature. Can I still get this feature if we are below 500? Thanks.

     Hi, I am trying to locate my VTT  file for webinar transcription; However, when I go into my account and look at the recordings, I only see the speaker/shared speaker view and audio-only files. Additionally, I clicked on them to play and I did not see a right side-bar with the transcription as the Zoom support entry says. Can anyone help identify where these files may be or, if transcription only applies to Zoom meetings? I am currently on the paid, 500 attendee webinar plan. Images are attached to help visualize my issue.Thanks.

I was able to download the registration report for an event this week, but when I try to download the list of registrants for a different event we are hosting next week, no data is found. The only thing that shows up is the registration report I already have from the first event. Does anyone know how to fix this? It is urgent. Many thanks

i already subscribe in 3,000 zoom webinar and would like to add more 1,000 to make it 4,000 is it possible?  

Is there a way to automatically send people who signed up to attend the webinar an email with the recording link in it? I receive a link, but I want that link to be sent to everyone who signed up (whether they attended or not).  This doesn't seem to be an option in the follow-up email functionality, which is shocking.  We have Zoom integrated with Hubspot and that native connector doesn't pull the recording link over either. Am I missing something?

HelloI created a Webinar and designated multiple alternative hosts.For example:John DoeJane DowDutch SchaefferDouglas QuaidBen Richards  If John Doe, one of the alternative hosts, starts the Webinar, what happens when Jane, Dutch, Douglas, and Ben join the Webinar? Are they put in the Attendee group, do they join as a Panelist, or do they join as a co-host? Thanks

I am producing a Paid Webinar, so each individual gets a unique login.An attendee just emailed me saying that they entered the wrong email address and do not have the Webinar Link.Is there a way to change their email address in Zoom? I looked in the Webinar under Manage Attendees and Edit and can access her record, but can not update her email address.Thanks for any help you can provide!

We are holding a webinar with a group discussion amongst our panelists. One panelist belongs to a company that prohibits the use of Zoom on computers, so he will only be able to dial in on phone. I would like to display a profile picture for him in the gallery view with the other panelists. But since he cannot login, he cannot create a profile picture for his account. I tried a test where I created a named user in my account and gave it a profile picture. I then invited that user to a webinar and dialed in with that ID. Zoom did not display the profile picture in the meeting view. Can you think of a way to show a picture for a phone-only panelist?
