Initially, I launched a webinar with the registration and observed expected participants to be registered, but for a convenience to instant participants, I switched to no registration required just before the webinar. However as a result, I now not enable to access the registered participant data.Is there any way to access the data registered before switching?

Dear community, whenever I try to open a poll during a webinar the original presentation (in my case Keynote) is closing down - doe anyone have an idea why this keeps happening? I generally share my screen with the advanced and portion of screen option. Keynote is opened in rehearse slideshow mode. I then click on polls and when I try to launch it keynote is closing down completely.  I have therefore given up on using polls, which is not really the perfect solution. Thanks so much for your help!

Hello all, An invitation: I am running a test event using OnZoom today (Wednesday) at 12PM (noon) CST/US. It’ll just be a meeting (or rather Webinar) to exercise the ticketing and entry (free) and the OnZoom wrapping, and any differences actually in Zoom when in an OnZoom event. The meeting (webinar) itself will be a discussion about the findings and results. Tickets are free. Anyone is welcome to join, and to come in as a panelist - or to remain as an attendee. Entry either way is free (OnZoom can be used to charge). To join the panel, you can either raise your Zoom hand once connected as an attendee or let me know in advance – and we can test out the panelist pre-invitation mechanism. (you can let me know here, or by DM) The event will also be in Full-HD at 1080p. So it will be a useful way to see that quality, if you haven’t already, and to test your cameras and setup

Under the Webinar section in my web Profile, it says:   "You can host a free 30 minute webinar today on OnZoom! Contact your IT Admin to enable you to host. Learn more about how to get started here."   When I go to https://on.zoom.us and go to "Become a Host" it says:   "If you are the owner or admin of your Zoom account, go to the account’s web settings to grant your account access to become an OnZoom Host." I am the account Owner and Admin - on a Business Account.   But where do I give myself the OnZoom Host privilege, so I can use my free 30 minute OnZoom webinar?   I do not see it under Settings or Role management.   Thank you.

During our Webinar, we had a few good questions come through our chat - sent to hosts/panelists only - we did not have time to address them, but I'd like to respond to them now, after the fact. I can't seem to find the chat again. In the recording chat file, I only have the 2 chats that were sent to everyone at the very end. The ones that engaged in the middle of the webinar are not there. Is there any other option to finding these folks?

Help   I am totally lost....How do I send a link to a potential attendee so that they can register for an event???

Every month we update the minimum version required for our webinars (which we do for public city governmental meetings). Every month right after that, we have staff and members of the council that are sent panelist invites that come in named correctly, but show up in the attendee list and have to be promoted. Anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?

I created a webinar and invited a number of attendees via email (copied the details). However, they were not asked for a passcode before they could enter the webinar.  As this is not a public webinar, the participants may only enter the webinar with a passcode. 

We need some advice on a situation in which we find ourselves.   We have a Webinar set with a speaker tomorrow (Nov. 3rd) and currently have 140+ registrants.   He is a trial attorney and contacted us late yesterday saying he's been called to trial and is unavailable.  He does NOT know when he'll be available yet.   Questions are:     How long is the webinar link good for if I have to set a tentative date?  Can I set it for sometime in Dec. or does it need to be within the next 30 days?     If I set a tentative date (say 2 weeks in the future), can I change that date again to another 2 or 3 weeks in the future while retaining the webinar link?     I understand the registrants will get an email when I change something in the webinar, so I'm not concerned about that.  My main co

Is there a way to let someone into a onzoom webinar room with a link versus having to register for a ticket when it is set to free? Can we link onzoom to Calendly?

Last week, I had a webinar for a client.  When I went to download the cloud recordings, they were not .mp4 files - they were PDFs.  I downloaded them and then had to open them with the Windows Media Player per support.        There were still issues with the recording so I had to get creative in editing them.  Has anyone else had any weirdness like this happen? I work for a firm that is required to capture written communications from all meetings.  We have journaling turned on in Zoom for Webinars (to Global Relay) but the journaling only captures chat, not Q&A.  When will Q&A journaling be supported?  Because this feature isn't available our users are not allowed to use Q&A which is a big issue in webinars.

Hello!   As a host of the webinar, I want to be able to introduce the webinar, manage chat and QA, and all the other items.   AND - I want my Panelists - to be able to manage the slides when ready  (advance slides, share their screen if needed, etc...). The only method I see for doing this is to Share my PPT; and give Access Controls of my mouse over to a Panelist.   There has to be a better way, right?     Isn't there a simple way to "give presentation controls" over a Presenter?   What am I doing wrong?   Thanks much!!! 

HII am running a 5 days conference in late October with zoom event. However, while I am testing the screen sharing and I found out a very serious bug. Often, when you try to share a presentation, it allows you to share the first page, then it is PAUSED in yellow bar message saying the screen is now in pause and you need to move the window to the front. There is no way I can move the window or undo the pause (the pause button is not working) and the attendees are not able to see any further screen sharing. I have tested this many times and 5 out of 10, this problem happened.Can anyone else tell me if you have encountered this problem and how you solve this issue?

How do I make sure that the chime sound is disabled? 

We have a webinar set-up for next week and a set of panellists/hosts for the webinar.  Are there any privacy/GDPR issues with sharing the names of the list of people who have signed up for the webinar with the 4 panellists/hosts 'chairing' the  webinar?

Hi - I didn't receive any responses and am still struggling with how to best set my next webinar up!My question is if I manually upload a CSV file to Zoom with registrars from another source will each participant receive a Unique URL/Link as they do when they register directly through Zoom or will it send a general link to each participant? Thanks in advance!Robbi
