Webinars

I host webinars each week.  Every time my presenters speak, there is a buzzing sound.  It does not occur unless they are speaking.  It is uniform across 10 presenters in various locations using various microphones.  We are not in the same locations.  For some, the buzzing is worse than others.  In general, they use USB headset mics, the same mic I use, and I do not have this issue.  Some use old-school Apple earbuds that plug into the computer.  I asked one presenter to use her computer audio and ditch the USB mic to see if that would help.  It was better, but there was still buzzing every time she opened her mouth.  For the most part, they are presenting from an office location alone in a closed room with their laptop plugged into a docking station with two monitors.  The USB mics would also be plugged into the dock.  They are on wired private company internet.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.&nbsp

If by mistake I have selected Anonymous response in my webinar can I get the report with details from zoom support desk

I have a webinar scheduled for this afternoon and it indicates there are 100 attendees permitted.  Our IT dept. just upgraded the add on to allow up to 500 attendeees.  Will that increase automatically apply to a previously scheduled web inar or do I have to cancel the first webinar and schedule a new larger webinar?

After staff leave our organisation and I attempt to transfer their data over to a manager, I have the following message come up: 'unable to transfer data because data receiver does not have webinar licenses.'  This has been done when I am attempting to transfer data from a Basic user to a Licensed user, so this message makes no sense. I want to be able to transfer all three options to another staff member, including:1. All upcoming meetings2. All upcoming webinars <-- if I don't select this, I can make the transfer succesfully.  Under what circumstances can I make the transfer including this?3. Can I fix a row or a column of participants list in zoom webinar in all situation?I find that when I change the screen to sharing, participants list disappear during the zoom recording.I want the view like this picture all the time. When new participtant join it, they will be added in column or row. Thanks 

Hi,I'm testing to host a live webinar with a pre-recorded presentation. I've started the webinar as the host, but I can't figure out how to hide myself in the webinar? I've hosted many live Zoom webinars with panelists. Then I just click on hide non-video participants and I'm not visible for the attendees. That option is not visible in the dropdown menu when I'm the only host in the webinar? Any suggestions and help is appreciated. Thanks,Thomas

Struggling to connect with Zoom, maybe someone could help me here to understand if with Zoom webinars it's possible to hide the number of attendees (so only the host could see it) and add labels to the panelists (like to have a nice little banner saying their name on the video, etc.)? Thank you! 

When manual approval is set up for a Zoom webinar, what happens if the registrant is not approved or denied but just left in "pending approval" status?Thanks!

I have seen a feature called "reconnect" on webinar tutorials. However, I don't see that on my screen next to "record". What plan do I need to use the reconnect button

I'm hosting an upcoming Zoom Webinar and would like to be able to turn off  Video -and- my Profile Image at certain points during the webinar.  I know how  to turn off video, but how can I turn off my profile image as well?  I don't want it to be visible to me or my audience because I want the entire screen to be available for content.  Thank you!

Our company has a webinar coming up and one of the panelists said that their audio is not great on their PC, but needs that to show the presentation. He would like to join by his PC to able to show his presentation/screen but then join by phone on his mobile device and use that as his audio. What is the best way to do this?

Hi, when our attendees join our Zoom Webinars without a Zoom account created or logged in, they're requested to provide their email and name to move forward. Is there a way to turn off that? 

How can we add more slots to an existing webinar via API? Is there any end point available for it?  

I hope someone can help. We run regular tournament events with 200+ participants. When we record to the cloud the Gallery view only seems to show the active gallery of 24 users from the hosts perspective. However, our events are live tournaments where we need to do a post-review of all participant's video feeds.  My question is, Is there a way to have Zoom record all video feeds regardless of what the host is viewing?

Is it possible to have an account with just webinar access, and not meetings? I never use meetings as I deliver webinars all the time. I seem to remember that I had to have meetings to get webinars. Not sure why I have to pay £95 for meetings I don't use. Any ideas? 

I intend to subcribe Zoom webinar package but I wonder about registration data. I have used our own platform for users to register, after that I would like to import that list to Zoom in order to only registered account in this list can access the webinar. Then, I will export the data with rew Is this possible on zoom webinar? I have tried to contacted them but no one answer my problem.

I am planning to host a Townhall community meeting in rural north carolina, my understanding there is T1 line with 100 Mbps, my question is, is this speed enough for me to hosting a 600 - 800 zoom call, or the speed is too slow for that many people log in at onetime, i am not tech savvy, any suggestion would be great appreciate. jz

When I schedule a meeting or webinar, people tell me that it is complicated or impossible to register or get in.I was doing webinars with up to 160 people registered and suddenly, none.I tried moving parameters but was impossible.Furthermore, I decided to move the presentation to a meeting and again a similar thing happened. What can I do?I am paying yearly for both meetings and webinars, and it's been months since I can't use them and/or find a solution to be able to use it.What can I do?Regards.
