My apologies at the outset, because I'm sure this is a dumb question, but here I go: I am hosting my first webinar, and I have the instructions for inviting the speakers and sending them invitations with unique links. However, how do I as the moderator join? Do I simply use the link for the event? thanks, wil burns

Hey thereI have a problem when I use webinar and sending the link to  the attendees requires them to register with their  email and names. Is there a solution for the attendees to join without registering by email or something else ... ?

Hi- Is it possible to upload preregistered (or elsewhere registered) users via .csv for a conference? Or is this feature only available for webinars? Thx! 

My Zoom Events account is capped at 500 attendees. I would like to use some of the Virtual Event features not available to Webinars. My events are free, which means I need to give away about 1,500 tickets in order to get 500 people to attend. Is it possible to allow more people to register for tickets than are allowed to attend the events? 

I recently created an event (one-time Zoom event, not a webinar or meeting) for a large investor meeting and after I set it all up and we sent out the invites, my boss told me that we need to add a survey to it. I cannot find anywhere to add a survey. I talked to Zoom chat support and they said I need to set up a conference event to use a survey (and then the chat box stopped working and I wasn't able to type and continue the conversation unfortunately). Is that true or can I add a survey to an event after I have created it? Or are there any workarounds?

Hiya Kind Zoom Community, I need help, I recently upgraded to 1000 attendees webinar for one month, my previous plan is annual 500 attendees webinar for an event, it shows my subscription is active. However, my webinar that I made a week ago that already have registrants still show maximum capacity is 500. Does anyone can help me with this problem? Hi, I've set up a recurring webinar. I want it to be available on-demand after the live sessions but I don't have an option to do this is set up. Anyone know a way around this? Thanks

HI-  I've been trying to contact Zoom for days and no luck. I want to host a webinar where the attendees can seld select 1 of 2 break-out rooms. Is that possible? we are expecting 2000-3000 attendees.  Thank you  All suggestions welcome

How do I prevent webinar attendees from seeing how many participants are in a webinar

Hi, I've read this topic: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360036179892-Importing-webinar-registrants-by-CSV-upload, but there seems to be no such option to import the registrants when I look at my planned webinar?! And yes, it is a recurrence event. This must be possible! I must be able to import registrants who can attend both occurences! Please help! This is too bad! What is the problem? Katie

I have been researching workarounds to create a waiting room in Zoom Webinar (I know, that option isn't available to have  a pure waiting room in Zoom Webinar) Here's what we'd like.  An EASY one click way (not a unique link) to get a group together.  We had a scheduled webinar we were planning to record this past Tuesday. Due to issues with the unique links (I actually think it was more just a zoom link issue as I think the company wasn't allowing zoom meetings in general due to data privacy) - but anyways - we weren't able to get everyone on.   We'd like to have a gathering place (aka I think Meeting) and then push those people into a webinar together.  Has anyone figured out a workaround like this?  We don't want to do a practice webinar (that involves unique links - don't want that - rather more of a generic "jump in this room and then we will move into our webinar")  Is this something anyone has ever figured out? I scheduled a test webinar for the first time.   Myself and 1 other person registered for the event. I was never able to see the registrants listed.  Any suggestions?

Hi all - I am a newbie to Zoom Webinars.  I participated in one last week.  I have asked for the recording and the data as it was for an AGM and voting was involved.  Can someone advise if a host or user can edit the raw data before sending it to the attendees?  How can I ascertain if it is original data or manipulated?  How long does it take to have the video recording available for attendees?  It has been a week and they are saying it isn't available yet.  Any advice would be appreciated.  MichelleM

We have organized a webinar on zoom and I have a question regarding the settings. I have already generated a link on the zoom and I would like to add the option to mark the privacy policy when individuals are registering for this webinar. Do you know if this is possible?  

can someone help me? I can't find one of the email templates I want to edit. For webinars. I can find all of the other ones in  Admin/Account Management/Webinar Settings. But the email template for the message that goes to a webinar registrant who cancels is not in the list will all the other email templates. Can you help me find it? Thanks.    

Today during a Zoom Webinar, certain members of our panelists were sent to a preset, private Zoom Meeting.  A few moments after they left the Webinar, they came back indicating they were not able to join the Zoom Meeting due to a notice, "Cannot start Meeting, waiting for host to start". We've done this multiple times and weren't sure why they were suddenly unable to join.  As I was the one who created the Zoom Meeting, I was asked to join and act as host so that the others could join and I would leave once it was started.  When I clicked on the private Zoom Meeting link, I received a message indicating that I could not be in two meetings at one time and I would need to "Leave Meeting", which was fine - I would return to the Zoom Webinar after starting the Zoom Meeting.  However, when I attempted to log on as host of the Zoom Meeting, I too, received the, "cannot start meeting, waiting for host" message.  It was then that I realized I had been completely logged
