We scheduled a webinar and unfortunately, some of the confirmation emails had the wrong meeting ID (the Hubspot emails were not sent through zoom). Is there a way to do a redirect to the correct zoom meeting?  Or provide the correct link if someone clicks the wrong link?  

how many panelists can you fit on one zoom webinar page?? I have 10 finalists and 3 emcees.. and want to have all of them for a moment on one screen for the attendees.. will they fit, or would attendees need to scroll to page 2?

Is it possible to have the panelists join a webinar 15 minutes PRIOR to the meeting but all other attendees CANNOT join until the actual start time?  I understand I can have them go into the waiting room but if there are 200+ attendees, don't I have to select everyone individually to let them in?

How do you edit a webinar? We started it way early to make sure everything was good, but really dont want to share that dead time with our clients.

We are planning to host a webinar, and want to ensure only those who have paid the registration fee can get in.  In other words, that they cannot just forward the link/password to their friends have people join for free. In other systems, we've been able to upload the list of email addresses that are allowed in, and it will keep everyone else out. This being an inclusion list versus an exclusion list like limiting the domains that can enter. Is there any way to do this in a webinar currently?

Hoping for help on a question from a vendor I work with. They would like to use a third-party captioning service for live webinars, but are unhappy with the way the captions & live transcript display in Zoom when sent by the captioning service. With the Zoom AI captions, you get a nice long block of text between timestamps in the live transcript, and the caption box is centered on the screen, however, the AI often misses product names and industry jargon. When we tested with the live captioning service, the accuracy is better, but you get these small fragments of text between each timestamp in the live transcript, and short blocks of captions that pile up on the left side of the screen. Ideally, we would like to see the live captioner's output display the same way that the Zoom captions do. Is there some parameter we can change in the API token that will increase the length of text being transmitted at once? Hi,I set up a Zoom webinar that had no registration and sent the link for participants to access on the day.We have since turned on registration for this webinar and some attendees popped up straight away as already having registered?Any ideas how this would happen?

I have recently set up a webinar and I am trying to access the questions participants have raised during the registration process. The webinar has not taken place yet but I wanted a list of questions asked before we start the webinar tomorrow. I have had a look in reports but I think I might be missing something.  I am relatively new to Zoom so I am struggling with this one.  Thanks in advance Diane 

I want my webinar panelists to use an attendee ticket for sessions other than theirs, but zoom is now automatically letting them in as panelists even on their attendee ticket----this is new, and a problem---I can't have 40 panelists behind the scenes in every session; they need to be able to watch as attendees. Is there an over-ride?

Hi-  I have purchased Zoom Events for 3000 people. We have 1500 people signed up for an event. I was told that we could start the event with a Keynote webinar, then do (breakout rooms) concurrent webinars: for example webinar A and webinar B (attendees will chose the session linked in the hub). Then we can all come together for a closing session.  Now the chat rep is telling me that is not possible? Can anyone offer guidance? Thank you

After a Zoom webinar has completed, you receive a link to download the recording. Can the Q&A and chat be downloaded? Also the Zoom webinar will have live captioning. Does Zoom generate a transcript of the live captioning? How could that be downloaded? Is that a feature that needs to be enabled before the Zoom webinar starts? I appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you. I am new to Zoom.

I tried to do a test event before my real conference and several of the speakers didn't receive their ticket, so they couldn't start their webinar. How can I make sure that this doesn't happen on the actual event. What do we do if the speaker doesn't receive their speaker ticket.  Thanks,  Nicohl***********

We are a paid membership based medical society.  Our members get confused when they try to sign up for a webinar and get the message that reads "This meeting is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email address. Sign up free.". They think "authorized registrants only" means that their membership has lapsed or that they are using the wrong email (not the one attached to their membership account).  Can this message be modified to read something more clear, like "You do not have a Zoom account associated with this email address.  Sign up free."?

We recently had a webinar and the panelist is hoping to view the recording. We have it set for on-demand viewing, public, but when he goes to register to watch it, it says that 'Host can not register'. This is because he's using the same email as the panelist invite email, but shouldn't panelists be allowed to watch recordings since they don't have access to the Zoom account? Hello, i have a problem: we need to make a webinar where part of the audience understands portugues and part understands italian. The speaker speaks spanish. We have the interpreters for each language but we want the participants to listen, not only to the interpreter but also the speaker, but the automatic audio volume reduction of the speaker compared to the interpreter doesnt allow us to do so. Is there a way to disable the automatic volume reduction of the speaker when you, as a participant, are listening to an interpreter? please i need help. If i didnt explain myself tell me and ill try to rephrase it better

We are forwarding from the URL "collegedreams.us" to a Zoom webinar Registration page. When the URL is clicked, it redirects first to a page that says, "This site can’t be reached". When the Enter key is clicked again, it connects properly to the Zoom Registration page.I've checked with the support from the domain registrar and the forward is configured properly and it appears the problem is on Zoom's side.Any thoughts on how to rectify this problem so the forward connects properly with just the initial click?Thank you.

1.I hosted a webinar today and my webinar automatically started 10 minutes early during my practice session. I never clicked the "start webinar" button.2. My attendee report shows that no one attended in the "attended" column , even though I had over 200 attendees. 3. My "unique viewers" also says zero.  I am trying to figure what I did wrong here. 

I host a weekly webinar with an audience containing a large percentage of people with disabilities, including people who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. I have been able to find and enable the Live Transcript feature in the settings, but my trial attendee did not have the option to turn on captions until I explicitly enabled it. Is there any way to automatically enable Live Transcript/Closed Captions for the whole webinar series? Or will I have to hope I remember to enable it for each session? Thanks,Terri_O

I just now subscribed to PRO so I could conduct small webinars. I'm interested in using the practice session feature. However, after I log in and select webinars, instructions say to then select Start a Webinar. But this selection is nowhere to be found. What am I doing wrong? Does it take 24 hours for the application to recognize me as a paid subscriber? My account already says that i am a paid subscriber. Could sure use some help. Thanks!

During the ongoing webinar, I did not record the results of the survey.Although I showed the results on the shared screen, the window on the recording is not visible. Is it possible to download a csv file with the survey results?

I'm looking at Zoom Events as an option for a one day conference. We would have webinars, breakout room sessions similar to Zoom Meetings, Networking events, etc. We need to be able to limit audience involvement for some sessions and have everything totally open to them in another. Zoom Events seems to work for what we need. I've chatted with a sales person who copied and pasted a bunch of info and I've looked through all of that and the video about the product as well as the Zoom Events landing page. I have not found the answer to one of my basic questions. As I watched the video, he explained how to setup hubs, sessions, and summits. As part of the setup, you set parameters for ticketing. Can you set it up for one ticket that gets you into the conference and you can move from one session to another? Or would there be separate tickets for each session/speaker/event and the attendees have to keep leaving the platform and clicking on a new link each time they change sessions?

Thanks for taking my question.  I don't exactly understand the blank text box. Shared Screen view - webinar.  The smaller blank text box at the bottom, appeared during the transmission of this mp4 file.  I don’t know why.  I can only guess that I may have enabled translation ( in error) in addition to cc at the beginning of the webinar.  I didn’t assign a translator.Can someone confirm or offer a different reason?  How can I see what my settings were for this webinar?  This could be the template settings or any changes we made or enabled during the webinar. Thanks for your help.
