Can the Q+A, Chat, and Live Caption Transcript be downloaded from Zoom after the meeting?

After a Zoom webinar has completed, you receive a link to download the recording. Can the Q&A and chat be downloaded? Also the Zoom webinar will have live captioning. Does Zoom generate a transcript of the live captioning? How could that be downloaded? Is that a feature that needs to be enabled before the Zoom webinar starts?

I appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you. I am new to Zoom.
