Hi,I wonder if you can limit the number of people who can attend a webinar. I have just set up a test Zoom webinar and can see that the webinar size is 500.  I would like to set up several webinars and then send out the Registration Link to everyone so that people can register but would like to limit the number of attendees to 20 for each webinar - therefore if the number of 20 people has been reached on a webinar and someone else tries to register they will be advised that this webinar has reached its maximum numbers and they will need to register for an alternative date/time. Is this possible or is the number set at 500 and can't be changed?Many ThanksMandy 

We have a webinar that has been created for a while capturing attendees for a few months and although we've enabled Branding in the settings it isn't coming through into the webinar.  Is it possible to force the branding onto older webinars? or will it only be available on newly created webinars? 

If you disable panelists to active their webcam before the Webinar started and after is starts can you enable the webcam usage?

can i change recoding setting while cloud recoding? changed setting can apply at recoding webinar?

Hello all,We are looking to use eventbrite for the ticketing for ZoomEvents. Is this possible?  What I see is that Eventbrite will intergrate with zoom meetings and zoom webinar but can not find anything for zoom events.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  We have already started people to register via eventbrite and had to pivot to zoom because originally it was going to be inperson.  Any ideas?

Hi! I have recorded a webinar, but now I realise that the settings were "Record active speaker with shared screen" when I really wanted "Record gallery view with shared screen". Is there anyway to change this afterwards?

I am looking to see if anyone has found a way to request a confirmation from registrants. This is a feature that Calendly has but I can't find a way to do it in Zoom for webinars (or meetings for that matter). See the image attached to how Calendly describe this. To be clear, I am not talking about the confirmation that goes out from Zoom on our organization's behalf. Ideally, I would like an email to go out to registrants 24 hours before the event asking them to confirm their attendance. I would love these to go into the event report in Zoom as CONFIRMED registrants, so this is a feature add. But for now is there a way to send an email asking them to reconfirm and receive an email when they have confirmed? I can see this is possible if I set up Zaps that add them to a group in my Mailerlite, then schedule an email with a link they can click to reconfirm that then automatically adds them to a new Mailerlite group called [Event Name] Confirmed, but that seems a

When hosting a webinar, and attempting to show a video, the participants cannot hear the audio from the video, but I can hear it through my laptop. I assume I have some audio setting not properly selected. HELP!

We have been using zoom webinars for a number of years and always worked well.Yesterday we started a webinar and all attendees kept getting a "This webinar has not yet started message", to the point where we had to create another link and email all registrants (losing some participants in the process).No idea why this happened, considering we used the same settings as always. I was wondering if someone has experienced this - I want to make sure this does not happen again?Thank You,Theresa

We are trying to present a PowerPoint slide deck AND a live presenter at the same time to our Zoom attendees.  We have searched through the Zoom FAQ's and have not found anything that clearly notes the actions we would have to take to present the slide deck and the presenter on camera side by side. We assume that this is possible on Zoom given the number of people and businesses that use Zoom. Does anyone know hoe to set up Zoom to be able to show both a PowerPoint deck and a live presenter side by side? Thanks, 

Hello, I am really new to Zoom Webinars.  I apologies if this information should be known.   I see in the FAQ's that Attendees are view-only participants.  Which is really useful.  Can someone help explain a little more detail how this works; in particular from an anonymity perspective?  Are their any additional changes that are available for options like Chat and Q and A so that one Attendee can not see other attendees name, email address and/or log in information?   Can I set the communication from attendee to attendee to be anonymous in a Zoom Meeting, Webinar, or other conferencing solution? Thanks, John Asche

Is it possible for a host to edit raw dat (i.e. voting results, char and/or q&a) before sending it to the attendees?  Is there a way the end user can tell if the file is original or edited?  We had a webinar (an AGM using Webinar format) and the host would not allow any members to talk, we could not see who was online, we could not see any other chat boxes or and Q&A questions.

After setting up a webinar, with registration required, the invite created has the salutation, "Hi there" auto populated - is there a way to edit this?  I know how to edit other components of the invite, but not this salutation.  Thank you.  

We have an issue where our Panelists (Speakers) enter the screen in a certain order/sequence during a webinar eg.Panelist 1 - Top LeftPanelist 2 - Top RightPanelist 3 - Bottom When it is recorded, the positions of Panelist 1 and 2 are sometimes REVERSED  in the recording? How can we LOCK those positions in place?   

I need an advice, my pro account is limited for 100 guests. On Friday I am expecting 150 guests and I wantetd to upgrade from 139 to 189 € anno. Now I found out that die Business Upgrade needs 10 licences at least, that is way to much. I am looking for a solution and am thankful for an advice. Agnes Zefarah

We have an approved vanity URL and were hoping of updating the zoom emails to our registered users very easily.Is there a way to simply implement an email template? We wanted to get rid of the very clean text emails and wanted to focus on HTML mails with branded cta and some pictures. Any help is very welcome!

Hi We are assisting with a webinar, my colleague has created the webinar and made me the co-host, however she is now on annual leave and I need to pull reports for the requester.  How can the co-host get these reports and what would I need to do to have the same access to the event as she has?  

Hi all I was hosting a webinar for our school on Tuesday night, and invited our panelists, as well as setting name tags and backgrounds for them. When the practice session started, all panelists were there, but not everyone had a background or tag, even though they were set up. Right clicking on the options for each panelist came up with different options for those without a background. With a background I had the 'Change Panelist Appearance' option, but the others, even though they were registered as panelists, didn't have that. Has anyone else experienced this and any advice on how to fix it? I thought it could have been something with which email address was used, but each person logged on with the email address that had been set up as a panelist beforehand. Many thanks for any advice.

Is there a way to allow participants to register for a series of webinars rather than each individual one? 

Hey. I need a webinar that I previously recorded and saved in my PC to be saved in the cloud. I did a mistake and recorded the webinar directly on my pc. But i need to recorded in the cloud. 

Hi - the host default for Attendee view for a Webinar is Speaker right? If I change that in the session to Gallery View and Attendee to view Host View - it still shows Gallery to Participants BUT Attendees are on Speaker View - how do I control their view and how as host can I also be hidden - so host + 4 Participants - I just want the 4 of them on Gallery View - screen split into 4 - for Attendee view too - please help as this is not working - have tested. Thanks Paula  

Our webinar has been receiving a myriad of registrations, last week it was showing all of the source names. Today I downloaded the registrants report and it won't show the source name. I have downloaded the report several times, from the webinar page and also from the Reports section.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

As a regular host of Webinars with up to 3000 attendees, I recently logged into on of our webinars on my mobile device to check the 'attendee view'. Most of our customers join on a mobile. My view as an attendee was 2 very small tiles at the top of the screen (Iphone 12) and I could not change the view on my device. As the host, I had 2 panellists spotlight side by side, and no matter what combinations of 'views' i tried from the top right, I couldn't change the format for the attendee... to make the panellists fill the screen. See attached screenshots.... Please help!

As an Admin, I create a webinar with "only authenticated user can join" enabled, and registration required is also enabled. Let's say there are two zoom accounts, a@mail(Participant A)  and b@mail (Participant B)  Participant A does registers for that webinar and gets an invitation URL (unique URL) and Participant B doesn't register for that webinar. Participant A shares his invitation URL with Participant B. When participant B tries to join the webinar using the shared URL, He needs to log in and log in using his email (b@mail). And turn out, Participant B successfully join the webinar even if he login using his account/email(b@mail) and the Participant A invitation URL (invitation with a@mail). Is it expected behavior? It seems that "Only authenticated user can join the webinar" is not validate the email of the signed user if the user using the invitation URL (unique URL) to join the webinar.
