I've created a Webinar, but while I am the host through Zoom I personally will not be hosting and do not want to show up as present for the webinar. Is there a way for me to change my status to a participant, or would I have to log out of my zoom account and attend anonymously?
I want to make sure that those invited, don't share the link or their accounts with others. How do I know people won't use the same email/code and give it to others to join a webinar?
Does anyone know if we can turn off email collection for Webinar attendees? We scheduled our webinar without requiring registration but attendees have to type in an email to join the session anyway. Thank you
I know the pandemic caused most of the world to use Zoom, but as things are semi normal again, can you bring Full HD stream quality to webinars? We pay a considerable amount of money each and every month to broadcast, and the video quality is really questionable in most episodes. We keep being told to sign up for business or pro and then request it, but realistically the price for this only to have the request rejected isn't worth it. The application is great with loads of new features added regularly, but the fundamentals of a collaboration and conferencing service, video and audio quality are seriously lacking. We want to keep using Zoom Webinars going forward, but at this point it's really hampering our ability to grow.
I have disabled the options to allow meeting or webinar to be livestreamed to a 3rd party platform. But when I preview my conference page, under my conference banner I still see This event may be livestreamed. We are not livestreaming this so how do I remove this statement?
I just learned that if we are using Zoom Events to setup a webinar, we do not have the ability to use panelist name tags or virtual backgrounds like you can in simple Webinars. Why? This is a great pro feature in Webinars. I hope Zoom will consider fixing this oversight soon!
I a part of a large webinar happening on zoom. Can the person who is in charge of letting in attendees onto the webinar use a waiting room so that everyone in the waiting room can be let on as a large group rather than individually?
If I would like to allow a specific group of people to login in to watch the replay of the webinar at anytime they prefer, but also need to keep the login time and logout time for knowing their attendance, how can I do the setup for the purpose? Pre-approval of their registrations to join the replay is also needed
I created a webinar and set Mike as the alternative host. But Mike can't log in through a specific login page like ordinary participants and receive an invitation to attend the meeting. And he won't receive an invitation to the meeting before the meeting.Mike can't participate in webinar. How can we avoid this problem
Hi I have set up a webinar but people are getting this message when they try the link"Webinar is over, you cannot register now error message" Any ideas, they webinar is in 2 days and im worried people wont be able to access it!
Our Zoom Webinar is not sending out any of the registration emails or the resent optional registration emails, we have a very important international webinar and we need this working
I'd like to make my 1-4 hour training sessions to a live audience available for viewing later by new users, who would need to register and pay to take it. Is this an option with Zoom? I already keep the class available to the host agency for 1-2 weeks, but I have people asking to pay to take the same class later. I corresponded with the chat host, but the response wasn't clear.
I'll be running a 50-session webinar event with one or two different panelists for every session. Do the panelists need to register separately if they want to watch other sessions as an attendee? I see that I can change a panelist to an attendee, but since the webinar will be recorded for other viewers/listeners on other sites, I don't want to be messing with that at the start of the session (and I don't want to have to edit that out later). Also, I'm worried I would forget to change the attendee back to a panelist if their session runs later in the series. On the other hand, I'd hate to use some of my 500 attendee number for panelists if I don't have to. Thoughts? Thanks so much.
I am trying to set up a two nonconsecutive day webinar (Tuesday/Thursday) at the same time both days. I don't see an option to do this in the recurring section.

I had my first Webinar session assisting a client who checked the "Enable Host control of panelist appearance" box and indicated they had set everything up in advance. It appeared perhaps that two panelists had shared registration information, and the Host and her assistant may have also both logged in from the same URL attached to the Assistant's login. The Name Tags were duplicates, and of course changing the Display Name via the Rename menu doesn't change the Name Tag info... so after some confusion, the Name Tag info was changed under the new "Change Panelist Appearance" menu item.Unfortunately the Cloud recording had already been started... and all of the Cloud recordings have the duplicated (unmodified) information on the Host and one of the speakers. These were modified at the beginning of the webinar and were displayed correctly for Panelists and Attendees! It's like that information is passed down to the Cloud recorder in advance, and any change to
HI all, I have followed instruction to add new language to my profile settings, but the newly added language still not showing on my webinar settings. Has anyone seen the same error before? Help...
My Webinar will be expire on 8 Aug 2022, I would like to know the exact time that the webinar will be cut off. I live in Bangkok, Thailand, GMT+7 time zone.
Could a user visit a link, provide his first and last name, email and select the session on Tuesday and Thursday. Not select the Wednesday? Only having to register once and not have to register for every meeting.
I would like to imbed a link in a custom question answer in webinar registration. For example, the question "Would you like to be added to our monthly newsletter?". The answer "yes" would have a link for them to sign up. Is this possible to do?
Webinar Link Passcode: ^S^Z7Vhi This was the link and passcode to a past webinar we had recorded to the cloud that is now seemingly gone forever. We had completed a merger and needed to buy a new Zoom account. Is there any way to recover this? Thank you!
I'm unable to see who's registered for my webinar. Can you please help? Please see screenshot
When I set the in-webinar chat to "attendances can chat with no one," does this restrict the hosts and panelists from sending chats to "hosts and panelists?" Or are only the attendees ever affected by these settings?
I facilitate a weekly webinar with 75-100 completely inept students. They need to have their hands held all the time and cannot have any extraneous buttons in their screen, otherwise they get distracted. I had gotten my webinar account down to no buttons, I was thrilled! I wake up this morning to run a test and find a new Closed Captions button and a settings button that I cannot remove!! WTH??
Greetings! We host Zoom webinars with about 15 panelists and 50 attendees. We can integrate Zoom with BoardEffect (from within BE), but I don't think it will do what we want it to.Ideally each panelist would have their unique Zoom invitation, and when they were in BE and clicked "Join Board Meeting," it would use their unique Zoom invitation to connect them.I don't think it will do this. We can use ONE panelist invitation and rename each board member as they arrive, but that's cumbersome. Is anyone using BoardEffect with Zoom? Any suggestions, tips, pitfalls to avoid? Thanks!
