When sharing a video in full screen, how do you hide the panelist screen?  Although the panelist video is off you can still see the frame.

Hello everyone,  I am new to Zoom webinar. I was wondering if there is a way I can link up a direct room link to an email for people that have not registered yet for the event through Zoom.  I have a registration page I created here: Claudia Audley July 22 Online Event | Omlet. They register through an embedded form and can add the event to their calendar but it doesn't have the Zoom link in it. You have to register again when I added the invitation link here to the thank you email once people register here: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_885KZGQJSBO8uWLVTu7BCg Any suggestions?   

Hi - not sure why but created a new webinar template and tested out the registration.  Following my registration an old video recording of one of my prior webinars starts to play.  Also a custom question from an old webinar is appearing but don't see under my custom registration questions, only when I test out. 

Once the webinar has started can the panelist/hosts go back to a practice session? When the program is over the panelists like to continue talking privately, but, of course, not in front of the audience. I read that there is something like that in BETA for Zoom Events only.  Also, can the attendees all be removed from the webinar en masse?  Thanks!

If I cancel someone's registration on zoom webinar, can they still join the event if they have the zoom link?

Meetings have rooms.   How do I create rooms for a Webinar Event? Have search the zoom support center - only see how-to's for Meetings, not Webinar Events Please advise  ....sorry, Meetings are not an option for our registration/attendee tracking interface to SalesForce

i am hosting a webinar next week with three separate sessions. 1pm, 1:30pm and 2:00pm. I'm planning to have the 1:00 speaker join a practice session before i launch the webinar.  For the remaining speakers, I'm planning to have them join as participants and then promote them to panelist right before their time.  This seems less risky then having them join and accidentally turn their camera or audio on before their session time.Thoughts?

Hi there, I am planning a webinar and I want to offer full-day and half-day registrations.  The full day registrants would do both morning and afternoon sessions. The half-day registrants would do either the morning or the afternoon session.  Is there a way to make sure the half-day registrants only have access to half of the session?  I don't want to have two separate webinar links for the morning and afternoon as most people will be full-day registrants.  Is there a way to lock the half-day registrants out of the half they did not pay for? Thanks, Derek

Hi there,I'm holding a conference on Zoom Events where we'll be recording each session and giving attendees access to the recordings afterwards, via the event lobby. I'm keen to use automatic cloud recording, so that it's one less thing to do.But for at least one session, I'll also be having interpreting. And I've been told by Zoom that to capture the audio of the interpreter, I need to have someone select the relevant interpreting stream and record it, saving it locally to their computer. But I also want to record the main audio. So for at least one session I need to have two things recording: the main audio (ideally via automatic cloud recording) and the interpreter audio (via local recording). I can figure out how to do the former, but can't figure out how to do local recording at the same time. Whenever I try in test sessions as the host, I have to pause the main recording. I have a webinar panelist using powerpoint slides as a virtual background. She cannot find the control/play button to play a video embedded in her powerpoint presentation. Is that an option or is it shut off when she's using slides as a virtual background? When she is just sharing the slides normally, the control/play button is there and she can play her video.

Not sure if this is something that isn't working, or just isn't a feature of Zoom. We hosted a webinar and had a post-webinar survey (in Zoom, not third-party) and then had the option to have the link sent out after the webinar ended as well. We didn't use the follow-up email feature in Zoom and instead pasted the link to the survey in a separate email we sent out to participants ourselves as follow-up. I just went in a submitted a survey response myself. When I went to the "Reports" tab and downloaded a survey report, no new responses had been recorded. I believe only the responses that happened the day of the Webinar were recorded. Where did the other ones go? I know at least 1 other one was submitted (my test one) and I'm worried we are missing data from other people that responded.

Is it possible to make the text of a webinar registration form larger? I am working with a visually impaired audience who struggle with reading small text on the screen.

We want to host a Hollywood Squares event for our organization and I wanted to make sure I can create the functionality. We are creating a webinar with 9 panelists; however, we're unsure about adding two contestants. The panelists would be spotlighted so that they appear on the screen at all times, but we do want to see or hear the contestants as well as the host. 

I have created a Webinar to use with "Webinar on Demand."I have also created the necessity for registration and approval to be able to watching the recording.However, once someone registers, is approved, and the receives the link to watch the recording, is there a way to disable the ability for them to forward that link to someone else (who hasn't registered and isn't approved)?What's the point of registration & approval if only one individual is necessary to register & be approved and then from that point they can can simply share the email link with whoever they choose?

I learn that the number of sessions we can hold at the same date&time is 13. It's the limit.However, in the hub (or the admin page), it seems like we can create more than 14 sessions on the same date&time.So what will happen if we publish more than 14 simultaneous sessions? Is it gonna be just an error when attendees try to join the 14th session? Your feedback is much appreciated.

I have set up a webinar with mandatory registration. Unfortunately, the registration page looks buggy (see attached screenshot). It looks like the labels for first name, last name and email adress are white-colored on a white background, so they are invisible. Happens with different browsers (Chrome 102.0.5005.63,  Firefox 101.0.1) and from different networks. Is there anything I can do?

Dear sir/madam, I don't know why the name of attendees can't be shown in webinar mode recent months (but Panelist detail can be shown and working fine). Is it a bug now? Please advise. Regards,Alan Chan

Hi there Can a Webinar host screenshare with their camera off?  I'm hosting a Zoom webinar with a 3 panelists discussion (I remain with my camera off and behind the scenes).I will spotlight the 3 panelists throughout the webinar for all attendees to see at the same time.For about 10 minutes of the webinar, we want to show a short film. **I only want the attendees to see the video, not any panelists or myself alongside. ** Can I as the host (with my camera on), screen-share this content from my computer without turning on my camera? Do I need to UNspotlight the 3 panelists before screensharing? Thank youKhd1

Is it possible to allow webinar attendees (not host/presenters) to see the list of other attendees in the webinar? I know often times when a participant sees a name they recognize in a chat or Q&A box it spurs engagement, but prior to that, it would be helpful to allow them to see the attendee list. Is that a permission you can turn on?

Has anyone found a way to restrict the Q&A in a Webinar so that only Attendees and Host / Co-host can see it?

Hello! I would like to activate 720p HD for my webinars

I had registered to attend a Zoom educational seminar, but finally could not attend the session. Is there a way I can watch a past Zoom event, which, however, was not recorded by the host? Perhaps by purchasing a Zoom premium account? I  do have the meeting ID and the access code. Thanks in advance.
