Today we hosted a webinar where my account would record the event. We ran practice sessions before the event in which I was given recording privileges. Then, once the real webinar started, I began the recording 10 minutes before the practice session ended. Once the whole event was over, I got a notification saying that the recording failed since there was a previous one going on (a 6 second recording from one of the practices). I was then told to go into "meetings" or "recording," I forgot, but the webinar never told me this once the recording started.  This is extremely problematic as we promised the video would be recorded and Zoom never said to finalize the 6 second video processing in the background. What can I do? I need the recording please.

I have already told people to check spam/junk folders; I have already DOUBLE checked their emails. I have already gone into zoom and RESENT confirmation emails to all who have registered - and I still have people emailing me that they have NOT RECEIVED the link. Not sure what is going one. We have been using ZOOM webinar features since April of 2020 - and this has never been an issue before. Need help!!!! Webinar is tomorrow.Thank you 

Hi All, I have recorded a webinar to the zoom cloud and set the recording so that to view it you need to register. I have also setup a registration page where you can register. My question is how can I add the recording to the registration page? i.e. Once you register you can then view the recording of the webinar on-demand Thanks!

Can I ask if Zoom has function to pick webinar slot (like 2pm or 3pm) and directly send to audience's email?

I want to create a single event of 3 days, 2 days of them will be seminars and 1 day of meet. I want this to be created with the same link. It's possible?additionally I want the meet me groups to allow.Any recommendation?

We are finding that many of our potential webinar registrants are not scrolling down far enough to see the bio on Speaker(s). The registration button is above this area so it's not obvious that the user needs to scroll to see more information. Is there a way to move the placement of the speaker bio on the registration page or otherwise make it more obvious? If not, please consider this a suggestion for future development.

Can I change the recording and Q&A settings of a webinar after it's been scheduled? Or will the changed settings only apply to webinars scheduled going forward?  If the changes only apply to webinars scheduled going forward, is there any other way to change these two settings once the webinar has already been scheduled and links sent out?

Dear Community,I held 4 Zoom Webinars with interpreter last week, 1 of which, no. 3, went so wrong that I had to cancel it before it even began.I had set up an interpreter, but she could enter as panelist only, I wasn't able to give her the interpreter function, and the Zoom popup told me that the interpreter (i.e., her) had not entered yet.I then asked her for an alternative email adress and additionally entered that email adress as interpreter, and she received the invite, entered with that second email - same issue. The next, and last, webinar then went smoothly, with the same interpreter and her same email adress (the one I had used originally in the webinar that went so wrong).I have no idea what caused the issues in no.3, since I used the same settings on all four, as far as I can see. I scheduled these meetings for my colleague, he was moderator, I was alternative moderator. The interpreter told me that the invite (for the webinar that went wrong) was unusual, it

Hi there, I had recently scheduled a webinar for my nonprofit to take place on Aug 24, not knowing that my purchased webinar plan expired on the 21st. I can still see my meeting when I log into the zoom app on my computer yet I no longer have access to the registrant number nor does it show that I have an upcoming meeting when I log into zoom on the website. I was wondering if my meeting will still be able to be good to go? I had set up the webinar before the webinar plan expiry date so I'm not sure if I'll still be able to host it.

By mistake lots of people received the wrong registration link for our upcoming large webinar and registered with it.  Is there any way to automatically redirect them to the correct webinar without them having to register all over again?

Why I can start Zoom Webinar with Zoom Error Code 1,122? I have paying for an upgrade but I can create a zoom Webinar? How I can solve this problem??

As the webinar is for internal staff only so we restricted attendees to join the webinar with domain "ha.org.hk".  More than 100 staff successfully registered the webinar with the domain. However, a staff reflect that he cannot register the webinar with domain "ha.org.hk".  Is there any solution? Thanks!   

Hi, I have a webinar planned and approve manually each registration. I would like to export the current registrations list (pending and confirmed ones) but did not find how to proceed. I used to do it in the past: is there any change on that feature? Thanks a lot in advance for your help!Charles

We are hosting a bilingual event, using interpretation services. According to what I read, only the original language of the webinar can be recorded through zoom. Is there a way to have one of the panellists or another staff person log in and record the session in the 2nd language being translated? 

Is there a way to have multiple registration forms for one webinar? I would like to have each source link have its own registration form.We have one webinar, but two audiences: Our constituents and subscribersFriends/family/colleagues of the featured panelistsIdeally, we would like the friends/family/colleagues form slightly different from our subscriber form. I've been playing around with the registration settings but no such luck. 

how do you have all attendees remain anonymous for a zoom session? I have selected the attendee turn-off video but am not sure this means their names won't populate on the call. Also, how can they ask questions anonymously during the zoom?

With the PRO account, can I just add the Webinar add-on for a given month that I need it? Or do I need to add it for an entire year at a minimum?

When I am on a webinar the hosts video reception blinks very rapidly only when it shows them, not a screen share.  It has been doing it for about 1 month and is very annoying.    My user ID is Gr8money.

Hi - I've created a survey using the single answer response allowing me to create a customized survey that registrants must complete to register for our event. We would like to add an additional question to learn a bit more about where registrants are from. It appears that Zoom will not allow me to add a question now that people have registered and completed the survey. Does anyone know if it's too late for me to edit the survey, or if there is a way to still do so?

If I've added in name tags for my panelists and have updated their name and description, but part of their name is showing up, not the description. How do I make sure both are shown in the webinar? Thanks!

Is there any way to pause a webinar, i.e. kick attendees out and return to practice session?  If not, there should be as that would handle executive session in meetings really well.

We are setting up our first webinar and am trying to understand some things around registration.  We want to request registration to have an idea of how many people will join.  However, we want some flexibility.  Is there a way to set it up so that we can also send out the Zoom link on the day before and allow people to jump in without registering?   Or would we have to send out the registration link the day before and then people will just have to register and get the Zoom link via email?
