Hello, I'm trying to set a webinar with a start time of 11:15am and it keep auto correcting to 11am - is it possible to set a webinar to 11:15am please or is it only 11am, 11:30am etc?Thank you!

We are facing an issue where Zoom Webinar licenses are “falling off” users when set in Zoom. Essentially Okta is matching the user to “licensed” and then removing additional licenses not set in Okta.Is there a way we can have Okta set the license, but allow Zoom Webinar license to be managed individually in Zoom?We’d really like to avoid using Okta to assign the Zoom for Webinar license as we sometimes have to add 25,000 member Webinar licenses on the fly for a single event.Thank you so much for any input.

Is it possible for panelists to unsee the attendees count number? i would like to hide my attendees count number for privacy purpose for my webinar

I am about to suffer copyright violation in a scheduled webinar, in which my co-author intends to present the thesis we thought together simply ALONE.  I have already notified her, telling that she cannot present OUR work alone in this webinar, but she ignored my alert and did not take any measure in order to effectively include my person in the presentation of our work.  To make it short, I already have the Zoom Meeting number, and I need information on how to prevent this presentation to happen without me. Since it is urgent, I ask if can Zoom act and prevent this violation immeadetly? Hello everyone,in my last event there was a lot of problems during the session, we already bought the event plan to make sure that everything works smoothly.First Problem, when the host spotlight his account on screen, all the attendees and panelists should see the account that is spotlighted, but unfortunately the attendees were seeing the screen duplicated, the spotlighted account and the panelist that have his camera on. The second problem is with all updated version of zoom on IPHONE'S. I have tested the recording function at Zoom (for enterprises) and found out how the HD recording works. However, I still have one problem: As soon as a presentation, screen, etc. is shared in the webinar, the speaker video is automatically in small sized in the recording because the shared screen is then automatically displayed in large size. However, for a later video editing, I would like to record only the speaker with the best possible resolution, but not the shared screen. How can I solve this problem?

We won't have a licence come December, but wanted to use Zoom to run a webinar for a minimum of 500 or so delegates.. but Is there a 'max capacity' of delegates for a webinar if you don't have a licence? 

We would like to extend our Zoom Pro subscription with an add-on option for simultaneous interpretation (we do have the interpreateur) for one month. What would be the methods and the cost of this? Thanks for any ideas!

Hello, Community Members I am setting a meeting for a non-profit event, with registration. The registration includes "role" as one registration parameter. And a registrant, with the same email address, can hold more than one role. Ex Mr A can be officer and VP. The problem that I have is, when Mr A registers first as officer, and then re-registers as VP, it seems that the last registration overwrites the first one, in the registration report.Is there a way I can set up meeting registration, and allow a registrant, with more than one role, to register more than once? FYI, event is for a non-profit election event, and we are looking to identify count of officers in attendance via the Zoom report, for election purpose.  And as mentioned above, one registrant is holding more than one role. Thank you for your help.

Hi there When hosting a webinar with a main speaker sharing a power point, how can we record only the main speaker and the presentation, but not the panelists?  

I'm sending a post-webinar email to attendees and absentees, but the Preview Email is not registering the recipient name. Instead, it says, "Hi User Name."  What am I doing wrong?

Hi, all! We are hosting a virtual conference and already have our conference platform (so not a Zoom Events candidate!). I am not understanding the licensure requirements to run 5 simultaneous webinars.We have a Zoom biz account but need to use 5 additional Zoom lines with hired contractors acting as hosts to help us run this conference. There are 4 sets of 5 simultaneous webinars for 2 consecutive days.  After the conference, we will not need the extra 5 lines, nor do we want the contractors to have access to the information. During each 1 hr webinar, each host will share their screen to show a precorded video. During the video showing, the speaker will run the chat session. Once the video is finished, the speaker will then appear live on screen and run a live Q&A session. We are not intending to record the webinars. We are intending to post the chat transcript for all attendees to access. Is it correct we need to buy 5, one month webinar lines? And then how do

using Zoom Events On 9/2, I downloaded a registration report.  From events.zoom.us, I navigated to my event and went to Analytics, Registration & Ticketing.  At the far right, I chose Download CSV and selected Registration Report.   That report had 76 records. Today, 9/7 when I downloaded the report using the same link as above.  The report has different fields and has 10 records.   Has there been a change in reporting?  I need a report that has the email address, ticket type and registration date/time. I've checked under zoom.us / Reports / Webinars (and other options) in an attempt to search for other options for reporting but didn't find any reports for the EVENT.

Hi hive mind,  after my last post, I've had a bit of a play and I think I'm getting the hang of this Zoom events thing! We have a conference in two weeks and we've finalised the programme.  I have a couple of questions though: 1. We have two points in the conference where we have multiple sessions going on at the same time. - I've just created three different sessions at 11.30 so I'm guessing people will just join the room they want to attend from the lobby? - Can everyone see how many people are in the room or is that hidden for delegates? 2. We have a session where the speaker wants to put participants into a breakout room.  When I've started a practice, I don't have the option for breakout.  Does it matter whether I've picked Webinar or Meeting?  3. How do people join the practice sessions?  Do they just join the lobby and then join their session once I've started the practice?  If anyone in the UK wants to h

I am hosting a webinar and will be using a sign language interpreter. Two of the presenters are using a powerpoint presentation. When they screenshare the SLI screen becomes very small. Is there a setting that allows the SLI be at 50% and the powerpoint at 50%. Any help would be appreciated as I need to make the SLI as large as possible during the presentations> Thanks

Can an alt host be signed into a webinar via laptop and mobile app? Does the mobile app have the capability to run a webinar? 

I did a webinar last Sat and it was originally set to record. having retrieved the recording, it stopped after two minutes. The webinar went on for a few hours successfully. Any idea why the recording may have just stopped or how I can retrieve the missing part ? Thanks

Hi There, I have created a Webinar with compulsory registration questions. I've had over 300 people register for the event but not all of them have completed the questions? It's all been set up correctly on my end so I'm not sure how this is happening?Thanks, Emma

Twice it has happened that persons have participated in my (test) webinars and I cannot see them in the participant's list. How is this possible, and what can I do to avoid it? Is it because they are joining from a browser?  Also I have noticed that participants are asked for their name and email before being allowed into the webinar. I already have their emails from when they registered for the webinar, and I want it to be as easy as possible for them to join the webinar. Is there some way to shut  that extra email registration off? I suspect this is Zoom collecting contact info and I am paying for it 😀    All the best! 

I've set up a test webinar and successfully registered two test users.  One with a Comcast email address and one with a Gmail address.  Both were automatically approved.  The link to add the webinar to my Google calendar worked.  However, the registration report only shows the Comcast user as registered.  The Gmail user is NOT listed at all.  Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

I have a Panelist when logged into a Webinar, who can see the number # of Attendees joined but unable to view who is logged (no names are listed) and unable to chat to handle that portion of the meeting. She did log in as a Panelist (sent from Host) . Host made her panelist from the get go. Users were registered for meeting. Other Panelists can view the Attendee (names) list but this one Panelist in particular cannot. She's using Zoom Client with most updated version.  Anyone come across this issue? 

Hi We intend to schedule a (recurrent ?) webinar for which people should register. We invite persons worldwide but for different time zones  reasons, we plan a first session on day 1 at time xx, a second session on day 2 at time yy and a third session on day 2 ( same day !) at time zz.How to schedule such a webinar so that registration is mandatory  with  a single registration link ? Thanks or helping me out . Eric
