Hello - this may have been asked previously but I could not find a direct answer.  I have a group meeting that requires new registrants to fill out a form.  But I would like to be able to add prior attendees as ongoing "permanent guests".  Ie I DO NOT want to force everyone to fill out a registration form every time.  Ideas??  Thank You!

I recently hosted a webinar via zoom and everything went smoothly, including panelist video/audio. However, when I checked the event cloud recording after it was processed, it was glitchy. The video froze multiple times while the audio played smoothly. This applies to all recording views (Gallery View, Speaker View.. etc). Unsure of the reason why there is a discrepancy between how the webinar went vs webinar recording. I've hosted webinars before with the same recording settings, and the videos have turned out good.    What steps would I require to take to prevent such incidents in the future? Is there anyway to re-process the cloud recording? Does the cloud recording quality depend on host-bandwidth? Does CPU/GPU cause any difference? 

dear all, I have scheduled a meeting without registration and shared the link already with the audience. Now it seems I need to convert it to a Webinar with registration (as we need to know who attended, name and email).If people will click the initial meeting link without registration, will they be asked for name and email and will be able to join? Or will this not be possible as it is the meeting invite link and will be invalid? warm regardsmarjolijn  

In a webinar, can I have panelists and select hosts show up and hide other hosts? And when I say hide, I mean no trace--no black box, name, profile photo. We need one or two cohosts to be behind the scenes, monitoring chat, q&a, etc. These people should not be on view to the attendees.Thank you!

Hi! I have a few webinars scheduled, and I have a nice list of them in https://zoom.us/webinar/list#/upcoming. Is there a zoom widget that allows me to take that updated information to show on a website? So when one webinar is done or added, I don't have to manually update the page. Was wondering if there was a built-in html embed or something else I can use to incorporate something like that - thanks!

After my on-demand webinar will a link be automatically sent to those who registered but did not attend? Or do I need to share the link with them myself?And will the attendees be auto-notified/sent the recording link as well or this is something that needs to be done manually?Thanks,Trina

Good afternoon - I need your assistance. I am setting up our next webinar and on the bottom of the page where I typically select SEND ME A PREVIEW EMAIL so that I can see the email that attendees will receive when they register - I am not receiving it. I have logged out, come back in and resend - three times. Nothing. Please help. Thank youCarmen

I know it’s possible to get detailed attendance reports when hosting a traditional meeting/webinar, but does this exist when hosting a conference with Zoom Events? We need to know that specific attendees were in specific meetings/webinars for specific amounts of time in order to give continuing education credits.

My team has successfully integrated Zoom Meetings into our LMS, Brightspace. I can set Meetings up in the LMS and launch. However, I don't see the ability to add or launch Zoom Webinars in the LMS. Does anyone know if the LTI integration allows for that?

I recently hosted a zoom webinar. I used the cursor often during the webinar to point out specific details in my power point presentation.  The viewers were able to see the cursor as part of my presentation. Now, I've downloaded the webinar to create a YouTube video from, but the cursor is no where to be found in the recorded version. Can I still have the cursor appear in hindsight? If not, How do I make the cursor part of the recorded webinar in future trainings?

Hello, I am presenting a webinar which includes live sign language interpretation of content which includes a brief live panellist introduction and then shared pre-recorded video content.Sign language interpretation of the live panellist introduction is the easy part - where I am getting stuck is how to optimally display the sign language interpreter's camera while the pre-recorded video content is shared. The sign language interpreter's camera can be spotlighted so it remains on the screen for the attendees, but my concern is that it's too small alongside the shared video content and may not be clearly visible to attendees watching the sign language interpreter.Is there a way to increase the size of the sign language interpreter's screen, or enable attendees to increase the size themselves?

HelloI have 02 concerns:- I took a zoom events license and I linked to stripe but I can't activate paid tickets- is it possible for participants in my webinar scheduled on zoom events to pay for their tickets anywhere in the world with their visa card? for example from Africa?thank you

In Zoom Webinar - if I'm sharing my screen with slides on how many panelists can be viewed at the same time? I need the slides and four panelists to be viewed at the same time. Is this possible?

Two of our training webinar panelists have reported issues with the Q&A text box disappearing while they're typing responses to attendee questions. Has anyone experienced this issue? Zoom folks, do you know why this would be happening? Seems like a bug. It's important for our panelists to be able to answer questions from attendees, so this issue causes problems for us. Thanks for your input.Lisa

How can participants in a "Zoom Webinar" attend without entering their name and email address? I unchecked the "register" box when creating the schedule, but participants had to enter their name and email address.I would like to know how to eliminate the need for input at this time.

I work for a comapny that has a few different users on business account. I have a webinar scheduled under one name but I want to transfer the rights to a different user. Will this cancel the webinar that is already scheduled should I do this?   thanks! 

Hi,we are selling live webinars (fixed dates) and coaching (individual dates). We need a WP plugin that works at best completely automated with Zoom. That means,- we sell the webinar through our website or (for coaching) the customer chose a date and time- payment- after payment, customer gets the zoom link for the webinar or a zoom link is automatically created for the coaching time- incl. calender entry I know that works half way with The Events Calendar (with WooCommerce) and Simply Schedule for the coaching (without WooCommerce) . However, we want just ONE  application for both services we offer - that works just fine with ZOOM. I would appreciate it if you have a recommendation! thank you.   

dear people,   we are a group of artist that is working on an event that would like to combine zoom experience with a live physical co-presence of a larger group of people. In other words we would need that a group of 60 people/audience is able to access zoom session while sitting together in a same room. Problem that we are encountering is that we are imagining large group of participants hooking up to zoom through the same router/wifi connection. The connection should be strong and stableenough to host 60 people in a same zoom session from one location, through the same wifi connection and allow hosts to share screen and stream audio and video with everybody. Is that possible and do you have any advice how to go about it. It is an urgent question and we would really appreciate some feedback about it. Thank you in advance!

Posting to see if anyone is aware of an issue where panelist see no activity in the Q&A window and the above bar says "Connecting..."Occurred during a live webinar, only impacting one panelist. Any reports/fixes would be helpful. Thanks!

Hi,This morning I've organised a webinar with 50 pax.After the webinar I'va visited de usage report but is empty, without any information.The system show me the total users (53) but impossible to now who was connected in this session.Any ideas to solve this? Thanks!!!

I've set up a webinar to allow a Practice Session in advance. But, Attendees logged in early and were shown as Participants/Attendees. Can I allow Panelists to automatically join the early Practice Session, and keep Attendees out until the webinar start time?

Hi all, we have a Zoom One licence and also the smallest webinar licence. We have one admin account. Now we want to add a second admin account that also has access to the same webinars. Both administrators should manage the webinar (edit, start, etc.). Is this possible? If so, which licence is it?  Best regardsMoritz
