It would make the life of many of us who schedule other folks meetings so much easier if we could: hit a toggle or select a drop down option for their hosting status (and to remove ourselves)make changes to this designation after an invite has been sent outschedule a meeting for others without it ever being on our calendar or making Zoom unavailable for our use  

It appears that the Zoom Scheduler no longer sends an e-mail invitation with the meeting link to everyone when I schedule a one-time meeting, even though it asks me to put in their e-mail addresses.  It used to do this.  But now I have to create an e-mail and cut&paste the link into it.  I want to send an actual e-mail to them, not just a calender notification.  Was this option removed, or can I turn it back on somehow?  I've seen conflicting info (e.g. that you can do this for recurring meetings, but not for one-time meetings).  Can someone give me a straight answer?  Thanks.

When I try to arrange a meeting through the application on my computer, it shows me that the host of the meeting is not the visitor from which I am connected to the application.

I've had two instances where my scheduled appointments were cancelled, but they still show as busy when others try to book an appointment with me. This is becoming a problem. How can I fix this and what might be causing it? The opening

I get invites for Zoom meetings from other account holders. How do I add them to my scheduled meetings?

In the scheduler feature, in notifications, I'm creating a custom email, And where I want a new line, but not a gap, I insert a soft return.The preview of the email before saving is showing the layout with soft-returns correctly. But after I hit "save changes", the preview removes all the soft-returns so all the text appears on one line.Then when I edit it's the same poor layout as the preview. This feels very buggy and obviously a poor experience. Can anyone replicate, and how do I get hold of support to fix it?

I'm not sure why ZOOM keeps screwing with the scheduler, but when they push an update I bite my nails because they have been screwing up the scheduling feature over and over for the past two years.As of today's pushed update they, once again, made it impossible to enter a custom START and END time. (IE: START at 6:05 PM and end at 7:20 PM) You can TYPE in the custom time but ENTER does nothing.For me and, I'm sure, many others, this renders the scheduler useless.I can't properly schedule my many meetings. The dropdown options, in quarter hours, are not acceptable for my meeting schedules. I have created a booking page (and re-created it several times).  What I want to do: offer 2-hour time slots on select days across two weeks. This is a one to many schedule setup. When I view the finished booking page, there is one day/date when the time slot repeats twice. For example: the 11 am sign-up slot is repeated a second time on the same day.  I've tried seemingly everything but none of my attempts to fix this are working. Is there a bug?

Around 2 weeks ago, seemingly without administrative changes, the TV stopped showing the upcoming meetings. The controller shows the upcoming list and is working and the TV works, but the schedule of upcoming meetings does not show on the TV. Anyone else seeing this?

Since Monday 9/16 everytime I try to schedule a meeting with a specific meeting name I get an error "zoom Request failed with status code 401" Tried the chatbot but they were useless and very frustrating that I was directed to the Community to solve my problem given I pay for this service. Not sure its worth paying for if I cannot get this solved ASAP!  Any insight on how to fix would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 

I have meetings that must start at, e.g. 3:15; 21:15; -- but system won't accept. It keeps saving at a "rounded" time e.g. 3:00pm, 21:00. How to get it store/identify the more precise/accurate actual meeting times (not "rounded" times)? Help. Thank you.

I've got a Scheduler event set for 75 minutes. In a competing product, my available times might look like this: 10am1015am1030am1045am11am1115am1130am The user can then select exactly what time they want, and the scheduler will block 75 minutes from their selected start time. In Zoom scheduler, the available times INCLUDE the 75 minute block time already built in, meaning I get availability like this: 9am1015am1130am1245pm2pm315pm Is it possible to offer every-15 increments like the competing product, so the user can select the start time, and Zoom can block starting from then, rather than blocking BEFORE the client books? Thanks.

zoom scheduler does not allow invite from outlook. Outlook shuts down

When I used to schedule meetings from my Zoom desktop app I could choose the type of meeting in my iCloud calendar. Now it only gives me "business", which is not one of my iCloud options. It also won't let me put in two reminders. WTF is up with this company? I'm unable to get even chat support so am canceling my plan (in 5 months). In the meantime I need this to work how I need it to work.

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Zoom meetings scheduled via Calendly. Twice now, when my interview time arrived, I received a message from Zoom saying, “Your host has joined the meeting, please join here.” However, every time I clicked on the link, I was redirected to the Zoom homepage with no meeting ID or joining link.This issue has caused me to miss two important interviews. It’s incredibly disappointing, and I hope this problem can be addressed soon. Has anyone else experienced this? 

So,I had a meeting scheduled today ,scheduled on Zoom scheduler via Calendly ,when the time of meeting arrived  , zoom had sent me a message saying - your host has joined the meeting ,please join 'here' , as soon as I clicked on the word 'here' ,I was redirected to zoom.us web page and That's it , no meeting id ,no joining link, what is going on man , atleast give a proper working link which takes you to the meeting.   I had also checked my meetings, and scheduler section on my Zoom profile , nothing was there.IF anyone KNOW what is it's SOLUTION , then please tell me , it will be really HELPFULL. 

Hi,  For some reason, as of last week, when I schedule a zoom meeting it schedules it across multiple google calendars not just the one I want it scheduled to.  When I unclick the other calendars in zoom it unclicks them in my main calendar too.I just want my zoom entry in my calendar to be added to the one calendar, not all of them.Can someone let me know what happened and how do I fix it please Thanks

My colleague is able to add a Zoom link on the CEO's Google calendar using the CEO's Zoom add-on, while still having access to her own calendar and Zoom.  When I schedule for my boss and add a Zoom link, it automatically populates from my Zoom although it is from my manager's calendar (I have full access to manager's Gcal).  How do I integrate my manager's Zoom into her gcal while keeping my own? I know it's possible since my colleague can do it but she doesn't recall how she did it, and I can't find a way around our systems.

i received email from zoom to join the meeting but when i click the meeting link then it just redirects me to zoom homepage instead of the meeting link!

I am the scheduler for a regular meeting.  When I set up the Zoom session, Zoom gives me a new Meeting ID but sets up my personal sign-on password, thus exposing it to every one who is invited.  Zoom used to generate a new meeting password each time but, for a couple of months now it just re-uses (and exposes) my personal password.

though I have selected PST as my time zone, my zoom clock is 1 hour ahead of the PST.how can I fix?

Hi,we have a colleague set as host and she appears in all invites as host, which is bad. This was done by mistake, but I cannot find where this setting can be changed.
