Scheduler

Hello, every single time I create an availability poll and try to update it, the scheduler freezes and never updates. I just get the spinning wheel forever until i force quite out of Zoom and log back in. This has been happening every single time - for months - on the Zoom App for Mac. I've tried making sure my laptop and zoom are on the most up-to-date system but I've never gotten it to work. My workaround has been to delete the entire poll and make a new one but its a horrible option when the link was already sent to clients. Any troubleshooting tips?

Subject: Zoom Phone Setup – Verification Screen Frozen & Local Dialing Misrouting (AU/NZ Metered Plan)Message:Hi Zoom Support,I'm configuring Zoom Phone under an AU/NZ metered plan and have encountered several setup issues that are preventing basic functionality:Phone Number Verification LockI assigned the internal Zoom Phone number provided by the system.Upon doing so, I was prompted to verify the number — a code was sent via SMS or voice call. However, the verification screen froze and blocked access to the Zoom desktop app, preventing me from checking whether the code was received.I canceled the verification box to regain control of the app, but now I'm unable to enter the original code or trigger a resend. There’s no indication of where the code might have arrived — my number may not support SMS yet, and I haven’t received a verification call either.Local Dialing IssueI'm located in Victoria, Australia and using the AU/NZ Metered plan. When I dial my local landline using the corre

Just today when people were schedule meetings with me via my Calendly link I got the error message from Calendly that Zoom was not connected.I chatted with the help bot; however, was not able to complete the instructions to reauthorize the integration as there was no setting option in the upper right corner after I clicked on scheduler so I was stuck.  I have also reached out the Calendly as I am not certain which side of the equation the issue resides.

I recently joined Zoom and linked it to my website.  When clients book appointments they get a calendar invitation but the Zoom meeting link does not appear when booking the appointment.  It just says "URL will be provided when booking is complete."  The meeting link will show if I manually create a Zoom meeting from the Zoom site.  Also, my Website (go daddy version) says the website is connected to my Zoom account.  I want the client to be able to book a session and then the appointment/calendar link is automatically generating with the Zoom meeting link.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

Problem: (1) Available time on the calendar is not showing (2) I believe buffer spacing has become buggy / is causing issues Situation:I have a calendar hold that offers 30-minute calls, but these calls can not have another call within 15-minutes before or after this call In the past I have leveraged the "buffer" feature to not schedule calls within 15 minutes on either side of the calendar hold. I also set up the calendar to schedule calls in 15 minute increments. Historically this has allowed calls to be scheduled every 45 minutes, IE: 8am, 8:45am, 9:30am, etc. Recently, it seems like the buffer times are recognizing each other, and will not allow a call to be scheduled within 30-minutes of each other. IE: a candidate schedules a call at 8am and the calendar hold does not show that an 8:45am is still available. OR a candidate will schedule at 8am and another candidate schedules at 9:30am, but there is no availability shown for 8:45am. Is this an update in the syst

I have 6 different meeting types for my clients to book on Scheduler. I added them in a random order. I have noticed that the newest meeting is the first to display on my booking schedule page and my public page. I want these schedules to display on my public page in a specific order. Is there a way to do this?

Pretty sure this is a feature, not a bug, but wondering if there is a workaround as it causes some issues with end users in my company being unsure of if they actually sent the invitation. Issue detailed below ('I' means anyone in the company). When I send an invitation to a meeting I am hosting through Outlook, the invitation gets sent to me, but immediately is put into the deleted folders. The other recipients receive the invite no problem, but since I'm the host (and I believe it auto-accepts the invite) it goes directly into the deleted folder instead of my inbox. Unchecked the option in Outlook that will send accepted invitations to Deleted, but no change. This occurs whether the invite is sent from the Zoom app or directly from Outlook. Also tested with multiple accounts. We don't use Gmail or another mail service, so using anything other than Outlook isn't an option. Thanks!

Hi, has anyone experienced zoom sending an invitation to someone on its own? A client forwarded a zoom meeting invite from me that i did not send or create that meeting. This meeting is not in my zoom account.

I set up my Zoom account with a particular email account for my log on and profile.  But when I schedule a meeting a different email appears as the host of the meeting and the invite is sent out from that different email account, not the account which is on my profile.  I am fairly sure I didn't make this change and I can't work out how to change it back.  Any ideas?

I am trying to figure out how to work in Zoom scheduler/meetings.  My firm has several types of meetings and a few different people who rotate taking meetings based on knowledge and capacity and we are trying to come up with the best way of handling that without the need for an ungodly number of booking pages.   I tried setting up a booking page for one meeting type as an "any host available," but it defaults to only one of the group of hosts no matter how many meetings I schedule.  Fine, but when I edit the meeting to make someone else the host, it doesn't remove the meeting from the original host's calendar, notify the client, or notify the new host.  Is there a way around that? The booking pages are also allowing for overlap between scheduled meeting types.  While testing this I was able to book more than one meeting at the same time for the same host.  How do we ensure that doesn't happen? Thanks!

I am trying to set Zoom Scheduler to sync with my Google Calendar.  When I go to set up it only shows the option to sync to an iCalendar or Outlook.  I have added the Zoom add on to my Google Calendar and it gives an option to set up a Zoom meeting through Google Calendar.  I also get an email notice in my Google Email when a meeting is scheduled through Zoom Scheduler and I can acknowledge and it populates on my Google Calendar.  Is there a trick to get Google Calendar as an option in set up?

Hoping somebody can help with this as I’ve been sending multiple messages with support but I am still without a resolution. I have been using Zoom Scheduler for at least a couple of years now and I have always used the same calendar.  For some unknown reason, over the last week or so I have been receiving requests to authorise integration with my calendar, once I did this it worked temporarily but now my calendar has completely disconnected and I am unable to integrate at all.  Just to confirm that I have made no changes to my account etc but it seems after the most recent Zoom update this has caused issues. I am using Mac desktop app. Any help or suggestions appreciated.

My Scheduler calendar was working fine last week.  Now i get the following message.  What could be causing this issue? The host's availability could not be retrievedPlease contact the organizer to resolve their calendar connection

I am having the hardest time finding this solution. I, like so many others, have multiple Google Calendars. You know, Family, Personal, Business, etc. I want to automate Zoom to select my Business calendar when scheduling meetings. Is this possible? Currently, I must first select the calendar, which defaults to my Personal calendar.  Thanks, DD

Since last week, I haven't been able to change the date range in my 'Any host available' scheduler. When I try to change to the date range in the 'Availability' tab, I can no longer click on the 'Finish' button.I can click on the 'Previous' button, but not on the 'Next' button. If I click on the 'Previous' button and try to push 'Finish' in the 'Host' tab, I am taken back to the 'Availability' tab, where the same issue persists.Note that this is even the case if I remove all date overrides in the past and change the schedule to not include any past dates. The issue is the same in Safari, Chrome, and the Zoom app (Mac).Help!

Having this error in the desktop app and cannot look at calendar or schedule a new meeting. What is going on?

Somehow my picked time slots on all Tuesdays are not appearing on my planning page. Also: can I re-open a time slot which I have been using for a test? The chatbot is not helpful.

My clients and I are BOTH receiving emails for cancelled appointments or for appointments that are rescheduled for different days/times but the reminder is for the ORIGINAL date/time.  This is causing a lot of confusion with my clients and it looks VERY unprofessional for me.   How can I fix this?

When I scheduled a meeting with a recipient in the old, old interface, the attendee was invited to put the meeting on their calendar. I also received an iCal appointment on mine.  Then there was the option to send the iCal notice.  Now the only appointment for me is on the Zoom calendar, and not on my regular calendar.  I'm missing appointments by the boatload.  I'm searching for a way to do it, but I can't find it. I'm seriously considering changing to Teams, which is an idea that I abhor, but Zoom is now screwing with my livelihood!

I have the application installed on my Windows 11 PC.  When I schedule a meeting, Zoom states that the host is my Microsoft Work Account. I used to be able to use Office365 Outlook to schedule a meeting. This function is no longer available. I can only enter invitations by manually typing in the addressees. How do I switch Zoom from being associated with my Microsoft Work Account to being associated with my Microsoft Personal Account? I created my account using my email address and Microsoft Personal account.

Hello Zoom Community.Sorry if my question was asked already. I could not find the answer. My current set up is a set schedule every week on what times I am available for each day of the week. Zoom scheduler also looks at my Google Calendar to see what is open. So if I have something personally blocked off my Google calendar, it won't show up on the Zoom Scheduler availability for the users to book.My question is, how do I delete the availability on specific days within the month? For example, let's say my availability is 10am-8pm on Thursday, July 5th specific to client review meetings. How do I delete the availability on that specific Thursday but still have then 10am-8pm still be available for all other Thursdays?Right now I manually block off the time off my Google calendar. My set up is that I also have another Zoom availability for certain types of bookings I can still be available for on July 5th (example new client meeting). Is there a way to just remove the Thursday "client revie

I just paid for Zoom scheduler after a free trial and linked a Microsoft 365 account calendar to it. Initially it seemed to work fine (during the free trial period) but now it is not updating my calendar at all. I have a meeting someone booked with me on Scheduler, and I received the email but no invitation and no calendar entry. I can't even save as a meeting, I have to recreate the event in my calendar and copy the entire message into it. This almost entirely defeats the purpose of paying for this product? I guess I can try removing and reconnecting the 365 integration, but Zoom says it is still connected. So frustrating to pay $100 for something that doesn't even work.

Why are  my scheduled meetings past July 2025 not showing up. I just scheduled one for

Hallo, ich möchte im Buchungskalender/Scheduler folgende Terminserie (analog Outlook) anlegen: jeden 2. Dienstag in jedem 2. (ungeraden) Monat von 15 bis 16 Uhr. Geht das überhaupt mit dem Buchungskalender?GrußKnut
