 My zoom can't change the background, when I kick in the green background, I lose my whole body, if I don't kick in, I have the blue background, it can't be replaced. Is there anything related to the zoom version that is not compatible with the device or is there a way. I don't have to zoom in, I have to change the background to synchronize with the whole class

Hello all,I would ask if is possible setup the video layout as Gallery View into the admin console so that all host will have this option already enabled when joins a meeting.Otherwise, if this option will be set via API integration.Thanks in advance. 

We currently have a Zoom Room set up for our school board meetings. We have a second location that is used for school board committee meetings. We would like to use the same Zoom Room credentials for this second location. We are using a Promethean board with a PC attached. Can someone explain how to add this second location to the Zoom Room?

Hi!We are using Zoom Rooms with O365 resource calendar integration. When we create our appointments by ourselves all works fine but when we forward external (teams) invitations to the room resource, the meeting event appears but does not have the link to open the teams meeting from the list of events.  Here is the question:Which are the technical requirements for a meeting link to appear correctly? - Teams-link in location? Any special characters or keywords?- Teams-link in description? Any special characters or keywords?- Teams-link in attribute onlineMeetingUrl?- Must the attribute isOnlineMeeting be true or not? Please help with a detailed definition of how do you interprete the meeting links from the events...

Hello communityArticles like https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203689369-Configure-Auto-Login-for-Zoom-Rooms describe how to start with Zoom Rooms on a Windows Platform but I have yet to find info about how to make it more secure.For comparison MS Teams Rooms use a multitude of Windows features like Assigned Access, no shell for the user, etc.Is there anything similar available for ZOOM Rooms? The obvious plan is to make the Zoom Room PC as less PC-like as possible and towards an embedded appliance.How about the preconfigured systems like the ones from Lenovo, Dell, HP, etc.  Do they use any special tricks to tackle this?thanks in advanceHST

Hi,  I created a zoom that guests would need to register for. I have had several emails come through showing that folks have registered, but when I go to the meeting to approve, they are not showing for me to approve. Any suggestions?

Lately whenever I've been assigned to a breakout after about 10 minutes I get kicked off of Zoom entirely. I have upgraded to the most recent version. I don't know what else to do.  

I would like to begin testing the NDI output options in Zoom.  The Zoom Room is up to day with 5.8.0 but the change view button on the interface does not have a Add Output option as discussed in the getting started with NDI guide.  Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have updated Rooms to 5.8.0 and enabled NDI in the Room configuration and confirmed that it is set for the particular room we're using for testing.   According to the NDI setup guide we should see a Live On NDI tab on the Change View button on the controller for the room, but we don't.  Any help would be appreciated!

Hello Is there a way to access and amend the options for break-out rooms once you have opened them?  For example, I allocated these this morning and sent everyone off, then realised a setting from the day before had been applied to "automatically close" within 20 mins.  I couldn't see a way to override this so simply had to wait for them to shut and then reallocate and remove this option. Also it would be good to be able to apply some settings to some rooms but not to all, perhaps that is a separate question...   ThanksSue

Since updating the Polycom Group Series 500 to the current firmware release of their code (Release - 6.2.2.7-660023), the GP500 is no longer 'Registering' to Zoom.  Is anyone else seeing this?

We use Mobile Iron to place into and out of Kiosk (Device Management) When we update the iOS on the iPads they always come to a screen where you have to (Physically) press the 'Home' Button on the front of the iPad, and then 'Continue' like 3 times before it will proceed to Kiosk-mode and run the ZoomRoom Controller Application. Is there a way to bypass those three screens on updating the iOS so we do not have to physically touch each iPad in our organization? (like 67 of them)

Hi, Community.I want to make it impossible to access through the mobile app.Can I set it up so that only PC can access?

I would like to know if it is possible for the host of a meeting to be1-able to present in 2 breakout rooms at the same time 2 -is it possible for the host to see the participants of both meetings at the same time thank you very much and would really appreciate your input.

I used the reports tab > Usage Reports > Usage and click the participants (hyperlink) to get the record for participants.But when I click the participants, there is no data in the topic.another topic is not a problem., only this topic has no data in the reports.How do I get the information about participants logs?   

I'm having some issues getting the Zoom Rooms / Zoom Rooms Controller on the same Windows 10 Machine (We're using 4 displays, the last display is for the controller).Can anyone confirm that it is possible to run the controller on the same machine?
