is it possible for each agent in zoom phone platform to have personal business hours and 3 different geo numbers US/CAN/UK? 

Hello , we have US/CAN/UK numbers registered in twillio . Is it possible to port them to zoomphone platform ? 

After porting in our numbers no SMS traffic was making its way in or out of our SMS inbox/outbox. After more than a week of doing the slow dancing with Zoom Support we finally got the support ticket escalated to the "Engineers" It took the Engineer 4 days to get the inbound traffic to start reaching our SMS inbox.  Outbound is still not working. Do any other Canadians have anything similar experiences ?  If So what was done to fix the problems  

I'm sure the Contact Center offers auto logout of agents that forget to logout to prevent future inbound calls from hitting their phone.  Has anyone found a work-a-round in the standard Call Queue's to auto logout agents that forget to logout?

Hi, I'm new to Zoom Phone.  In the setup process, I inadvertently skipped over the section regarding assignment of a direct business phone number.  I cannot figure out how to get back to the very first step and edit that so that there is a main business number.  

Hi, We have been using Zoom VDI client for many months.  VDI offloading to the client works great.  Today we started a demo of Zoom phone.    Zoom phone media however is not offloaded to the VDI Plugin and calls fail.   Do I need a registry key or something to force the Zoom Phone media to offload audio to the VDI plugin?

I am trying to find and send a recording.  I have a number but the website won't let me access it.

I downloaded the "pro" version but when i try to download onto an additional device, zoom wants me to just provide me with the regular free ware version, rather than the original download version.Sorry if these seem like rather simple questions but just trying to get going with thisthanks in advance for anyone willing to help a newbie

Using the Windows client we are still receiving calls while in a Zoom meeting even though we have the "Hide incoming calls while in a Zoom meeting" box checked.  This is not limited to call queue calls.  What am I missing?

Good afternoon, Does Zoom offer a service where I can schedule conference calls, see the names of the people in attendance, have them raise their hand for questions, put them in break-out groups, record the whole thing and obtain the link  so I can have a copy?

We have had clarity issues with Zoom phone for over a year, has anyone come across the same thing and if so were you able to fix it somehow? We have tried many different things over the yr from trying calls on different Wifi's, different devices etc. but it hasn't helped. There is a tiny bit of a lag too on many calls, its a split second but its enough for my sales team to not want to use it with clients. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have done a factory reset and added the phone to the devices on my Zoom app. But how do I get the actual phone synced up? Don't I need to sign in somewhere on it? Desperately need help PLEASE!!

Our organization is new to Zoom Phone, I'm amending my disaster recovery plan for the organization.  What happens to our phone system if the internet in our local area is down? 

The storage period for call recording files is indefinite, but is there a possibility that this will change in the future?Is there an SLA that commits call recording files to be stored indefinitely?I am afraid that there is a danger of change due to the current situation.

I seem to be receiving 2 emails for the same voicemail left.   With 50 numbers in the call queue and each of them receiving 2 emails for every voicemail left, it can start clogging up the inbox.    Does anyone know how to stop 2 emails coming through.   I am thinking that maybe I have updated a setting for voicemails to be emailed in two different areas but I cannot find where.  Thanks. 

Hi Team, Do we have any policy which we can apply to allow the calls from specific number range (office numbers range) to zoom phone.  We have a request from user, that he wanted to receive call only from office number range  and apart from this no external call should receive to user on zoom phone, do we have any policy which we can apply to allow the calls from specific number range??. 

'Automatically Call feature has not been enabled for this account' error popping up when user tries to end a Zoom call via Salesforce. He can end the call in the Zoom app, but not via Zoom keypad in Salesforce.  Zoom 'Automatically Call' feature is enabled and confirmed by Zoom admin.  If the box is checked, why would the user still be receiving this error? @salesforce @integration @automaticallycall @automaticcall 

Hi,I am trying  to Forward calls to external number when the call is not answered. I want this number to be a 3digits number (I want actually to send the call to the SBC and from then route the call to another analog phone inside the company) .The problem is that I get the message "invalid number"  when trying to enter the 3digit number in the field.i have also created the relative routing rule for this purpose. thank you, 

We have a customer that just migrated all services from Google to Office 365. They are currently using Google as their SSO. What's the best least impactful way to convert them to SSO for O365?  

We have been with Zoom for about 3 years... That being said - this issue just started for one of our Executive Assistants.  She attempts to transfer a call to our managing director and Zoom is saying "transfer successful" but the call doesn't go through to the recipient. I checked all of her settings and she is authorized to transfer calls and he wasn't in a meeting so the settings for DND weren't applicable. Has anyone else experienced this with a user? Any setting suggestions? I haven't changed anything in our system that would cause this. Their apps are both up to date as well. 

Is there a way to bulk assign phone numbers to users in a single spreadsheet? I know have to first import users using a CSV, assign them licensing and build the account. During this process Zoom will auto assign them an extension. Now how to I find these new 100 users that don't have phone numbers? I will need to export them, then put their extension into the "phone number import CSV" that will assign a phone# of my selection to a specific user's extension.  Seems like lots of steps for a product that uses CSV's for import. can't believe there isn't a single template to do this.  would it be faster to create a site called Import-Temp assign all users to that site, then filter them, export/import them as needed then re-assign them to the master correct site?  Thanks
