Any advice? Wanting to get more details for searching and exporting users .  I already have sites setup. No use of site codes. Sites are mostly setup for physical offices so E911 has physical address for end user.  No physical Poly desk phones all are softclients. But 95% of my users are remote and never be going into Office Site X.  No groups yet, still fuzzy on how these could work in my environment. When I create a group, does it by default take on everything from the Site Policy?  How are you guys using groups in your environment? Thanks   I really wish that Zoom Phone had the ability for me to assign custom "tags' to each user for  sorting and exporting.  only being able to filter by group or site is very limiting in the gui.  I would like the ability to create user defined tags that are searchable in the gui.  &nbsp

When I try to set my Zoom Phone system, I am able to select the area code and available phone numbers but when I go to complete the setup it displays the error message "unable o order main company number". Has anyone experienced this previosly?  

Is there no way to put a subnet mask either /xx or full mask with 255.x.x.x. to tie an IP to a site for e911? both methods fail when I try.  any tricks I am missing?    thanks     

It appears that when checking voicemail using a desk phone (Poly VVX 450 in this case) the system does not mention time or date of when the voicemail message was left. Is it possible to change this for it to be played back to the user so they know when the voicemail message was left? Time and Date is available in the email as well as the Zoom app, but not when calling the voicemail system.

Zoom's exporting unassigned numbers by default puts in 3 spaces before the phone number.  Why is that? if I need to copy/past this info, having the spaces is going to be a problem.  how do you guys get around this. I really don't feel like having to write excel formulas to remove the spaces. other option, open in notepad++, remove space and quote and then open in excel, but why? Does Zoom need these 3 spaces if i want to put these numbers into a CSV to assign numbers to extensions, or assign numbers to users?  

Hello, we have the Problem on new Macs (M1) with Ventura that the call history is not reloaded automatically.I need to shut down Zoom and start it again, then the History will be updated. Is this just on our side or is this a known issue? ThanksStephan

Is there a way to set our internal phones/extensions to allow to call each other outside normal business hours? Once our normal business hours end, we are unable to call each other.

Can a call made from a WhatsApp client be received and answered through the Zoom client? Is the Zoom and WhatsApp interoperability available?

Hi, Our missed calls log and call history is not being updated for up to weeks sometimes, this makes it very hard for us as a team to call back missed calls or to reliablily look up past calls/who picked up. Anyone have the same issue and know how to resolve it? Thanks.

I have a main Corp site Corp-Main, with several sub-sites, corp-fl, corp-ny.  Each sub-site  "almost" has the  same settings for users vm, hold music etc as the Corp-Main. I want all sites to have same settings as Corp-main.  If I move Corp-FL into Corp-Main, will Corp-FL take on all the setting that Corp-Main has?

Hi there, I have a user that is having issue with her zoom phone app. On the mac desktop app, after a couple of minutes on zoom phone, the call doesn't actually drop, but you can't hear her, and she would put herself on hold for a few seconds and then she eventually is able to be heard.  This doesn't effect her android zoom phone app while she's on wifi as well. Both apps are updated. Was wondering any other troubleshooting steps I can do other than nuke her laptop?

is there some report I can run to see how many hits, or who is actually calling my unassigned numbers. we ported over several hundred and want to delete some since we are paying extra for them.

with cisco call manager, I could have it so that any number not assigned to a physical phone on my system, would ring the main number/ auto attendant.   I don't think this would be possible with Zoom Phone, but wanted to ask anyway. thanks 

I have enabled SMS on my Zoom Phone number. I can text out from the Zoom app, but when I try to text my Zoom Phone number I receive a text from +90 (008) 000 42 42 saying that my number "is a landline #. Reply Y to send all TXT messages to this # as voice messages for .25/msg.+ std msg fee. Deatils @vtext.com, TexttoLandline. Anyone else have this issue and how can I fix it?

Is there a way to retrieve SMS text sent to Auto receptionist number over the last 48 hours?

Hi everyone, please help me i wanna change my existing number, i have already taken three number plan for USA and Canada, but now due to some reasons I wanna switch to other numbers, 

All of a sudden we are not receiving phone calls for our business. When we call out it says "Sorry, we are unable to complete your call at this time." I have Poly phones and tried on Zoom app as well. It has been working fine for months and all day today until now. 

I was attempting to provision a new phone I got today after successfully provisioning other types of audiocodes phones and I ran into an issue with the firmware (3.4.8.198.9) I was pointed to in this list:  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360001299063#h_01G9G51KCKYB1JX909RQK1AJ3T  After updating the phone through its web portal with this firmware I was unable to get into the admin area to do a factory reset. The phone says the password is wrong but I know that audiocodes have their default admin password set to 1234 and I haven't changed this. Additionally the IP address no longer loads the web portal since updating the firmware so I'm unable to make any changes there.  Audiocode

Hello all,   I am attempting to create a report that shows all users' total phone call time, as well as their license, to determine if a user's current license is not a good fit for them. For example, a user with a 'Metered' license having 2500 minutes called would be better off on an 'Unlimited' license (and vice versa).   I don't believe such a report exists; but if such a report (or combination of reports) does exist, it would simplify this process significantly. The 'phone system usage by users' report yields the total call time, but does not contain the users' licenses. I am unsure if the desired report would require use of the API, which I am inexperienced with.   Any insight would be greatly appreciated -- thanks for reading!

Hi Team, we have installed a poly phone (Poly vvx501) with multiple lines configured on it , now i need to do Call Forwarding for each line direct  number of desk phone for busy and unanswered calls.Can i do Call Forwarding for each line direct number on desk phone ??. Scenario :- Desk phone installed with 3 lines to it. line 1st having direct number assign 1234 and need to forward to 1111 for busy and unanswered. on same desk phone for line 2nd having another direct number 5678 and need to forward to 2222 for busy and unanswered.and on same desk phone 3rd line 90909 direct number to 33333 for busy and unanswered. can i configure the above scenario in zoom and do call forwarding??.         

Does anyone know if there is a way to multi select sms text. I see how to delete them one at a time but not how to multi select and then delete. Unfortunately i get a lot fo spam and junk texts and deleting them one at a time is too slow.TIA

Hi, When setting up I did not realize I should skip creating an extension. I am an individual user. Now I do not see a way to go back to undo this. I want access to the direct number as an individual so that I do not have auto receptionist when someone calls. Thanks. 

Hello!  Is anyone aware of a way to do group paging/intercom to users with only the soft phone? I know it's possible to do at the phone level for those who have a desk phone. But what about those without a desk phone... Thank you!
