Hi, i signed up to zoom months ago from Turkey, then i uninstalled the application. Now im in Iran, and want to installa and sign in again, but i should receive a SMS and i cant because turkish simcard doesnt work in iran. Can you help me signing in via email?

Small business that uses text only for two factor authentication for business login accounts.  In other words we receive texts but never send text.  Do we need to do this campaign nonsense?  

Has anyone tried porting an already active zoom phone number that is owned by someone else? This person has agreed to give me the phone number but I don't know what the next steps are.Do we have to call together to zoom?What information will Zoom ask of each? (We don't want to provide confidential information in front of one another)Could the porting be done by the phone number's owner through zoom.com?Thank you

Calls directing to users primary phone number to be forwarded to mobile phone.  I added the mobile phone # to user but can't find a way to forward.

If I am not sending campaign SMS text but just basic text to my users do have to give out their cell numbers are we still required to setup a campaign ?

We recently installed the latest Zoom upgrade concerning Oauth changes into our Salesforce FinanciaL Services Application. Now the Call history is no longer showing in the Phone pad as it used to. The history is being logged in salesforce correctly but when the History buton in the phone pad is pucjhed no history is displayed. Anyone have a solution or path to a solution so the histopry is displayed as it used to.

Is it possible to have your Zoom phone line only ring on your delegates phone/device? My user is a delegate that screens her delegator's line and would like to know if this is possible.

My phone number will not update. I enter the country code (United States) and the phone number (land line in the 'Home" field). and it is not accepted. 

I am trying to access the recordings of my zoom phone calls, but I cannot because zoom says that I need to be an admin. The problem is I am the admin, "super admin" of this account...? Can anyone help me here? As you all know, this is a very robust and NON-USER friendly system. I've literally click every link and given myself every permission possible and still cannot gain access to my recordings.  Please help!

Hi. I had another question about Zoom. Can I make calls using voice network if data is slow? It looks like there is a switch to carrier option. When this is enabled I apparently get put on a metered plan. Is this the case even on the unlimited plan?

Hi,What is the best way to do the following? Some users need to be able to receive inbound calls but not be able to make outbound.I have tried to play with "  Restricted Call/SMS Hours" but obviously this feature restricts both, incoming and outgoing calls. There is, of course, a way to do that from the Phone number perspective but I am looking for a way to do that at the user level. This was very common in PABXs. I am looking also for something like Class Of Service. For example users with COS=1 can make National outbound calls, while users with COS=2 are allowed to make Mobile calls, and users with for example COS=3 are disallowed to make outbound calls at all.  (numbers are random just for example) Is that possible? Thank you in advancedAlex  

I have two licenses for phone system.  During Initial setup I did not configure it correctly.  So deleted phone numbers including and company phone and the active user.  Now I tried to complete the setup, I am unable to add the user because the message says I used up all licenses and should by additional license to add the user.  Any help is greatly appreciated. Regards,Suresh

We're considering the video greetings and video mail options but can't find information on our account' storage limits for these options. I see a table for voicemail, but not videomail. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360060661511-Cloud-recording-storage-capacity can someone help me understand what the limits are, and if there are limits less than unlimited, how many videomails in a Gb, etc., to get a sense of how often we'd have to clear space. thanks,Chris

I attend Zoom meetings from a Moto g power cell phone. Sometimes I have problems with sound where I can barely hear. When that happens the usual microphone shaped audio icon has turned to a headset. What does it mean and how can I reset it to the original microphone icon.

I am having an issue in my home office using Zoom Phone where I am not able to receive incoming audio.  This only happens with Zoom Phone, when I get on Zoom video calls incoming audio is fine. The extremely strange thing is if I unplug Ethernet from my computer, so I am only on WiFi the audio problem goes away. Fact everything is fine on Wi-Fi seems to indicate this isn't a firewall issue, but maybe a specific router port setting?   This didn't start being an issue until I upgraded to a new Verizon router, model G3100.  I've configured this router the exact same way my previous Verizon router was configured, so I am at a loss. Any suggestions that could cause this to be happening? Zoom is on Version: 5.13.5 (12053)ISP Router - G3100Wireless Mesh Router - Amplifi HDWired Switch for all hard-

I've recently started experiencing some speaker issues on my desktop Zoom usage. 1) When dialing out, I hear the dial tones fine, but then can't hear the line ringing prior to the other end picking up so I have to watch the screen to see when the timer starts to determine when someone picks up on the other end.  2) When I go into Audio settings and run a "Test Speaker", I get an initial sound and then it drops out altogether even though the output level indicator is still fluctuating.  I've reviewed all the troubleshooting and proper setting functions provided on the website, but nothing is working. I thought possibly it's an issue with my computer's built-in speaker, but when I play music (e.g., Spotify) on it the sound is fine and works every time.  I'm running in Windows 11 and on a newer Asus Vivobook S.  

I use my Zoom phone/SMS for 3 different side gig communications with clients. (Hypnosis, Grief Consulting, Dove Release). They are all DBAs (Doing Business As...) under one LLC. Each has a different website associated with it. Is it possible to name a 'blanket campaign' for all? I don't have a website for the LLC itself. --Or do I have to pick one? If that's the case, having a Zoom number for business is no longer 2/3s as useful as it was, and I'd probably drop it.
