Hi, ever since our Zoom Phone Appliances got updated to 5.16.0 the incoming call notification is now a small popup, instead of displaying in full screen like it used to. Current notification.  Especially in the second photo (a Poly CXX 400) details are missing from call, like actual caller ID number (something we like to see a lot) Does anyone know how to get it back to the old full screen notification? RegardsDamien

This is going to be a pretty niche issue. So lately, users in my company have been having an issue where if they call some one or receive a call, they can hear the other person but the other person cant hear them, most likely the mic not connecting. Our setup is using Wyse 5070 Thinclients to RDP into vms, each vm is specific to one user. The biggest problem with this issue is that its intermittent and cant be recreated, it just happens randomly so its hard to troubleshoot. And apparently after today, we found out its not creating any event logs even though when the issue occurs, if you try to open the sound settings on windows, the settings app freezes and then you get kicked out of your vm. I have posted the same problem on Dell forums and VMware forums and awaiting more solutions, BUT, in the dell forum, a user told me to update the thinclients BIOS, thinOS, microsoft AVD, and zoom AVD package. I have turned on Call Control on the Zoom Portal, but the phone (Poly Edge E320) doesn't seem to work.  I clicked on the Zoom app, went to the settings - Phone and Call Control, and clicked on the Poly Edge E20, but it timed out.  Has anyone run into this issue?

I've signed up for zoom calls to take incoming calls form our company but I've not been able to actually receive the calls they just appear as missed calls, and I setup a time block to recieve these calls but am getting calls outside of the designated call time block as well

Hi there i have recently purchased Zoom phone.Number 1:  Is that whenever i send a text message there is an error occur that says " Your message cannot be sent as you do not have a valid 10 DLC Brand or Campaign"  I have created the campaign also provided information on 10 DLC. On the profile setting it says that text messages are active and enable but when it come to use that service same error occurs. I have send a request to support as well 2 days ago but haven't received any response from them. Number 2:  Whenever I dial a call and someone answers it there is an automatic voice message starts the this call is recording. I'm trying to turn this voice message alert off but there are hundreds of options I don't know where to find this option. Thanks!

My Zoom app is partially working. The video is working fine, but the phone app disconnects after a random time. I use the phone on a Windows laptop. Sometimes it will be connected for 30 minutes, Sometimes it will be connected for 2 hours. After a set time period, it will give me an error of "Not connected". I restart the computer. It fixes the issue for a random time period. I restart the router/modem, if fixes the issue only to be disconnected at some random time interval. I shut down the app completely with the task manager. It fixes the issue only to disconnect some random time period again.  The video feature doesn't have the same issue. It is only the phone. The phone will also disconnect mid-conversation. How do I fix this? The firewall settings work for Google and Microsoft. Also on a different windows laptop.

Hi, Is there a wayfor to show which option the caller has selected when a call comes in?

The line rings and rings after pressing extension 1 or 2 before getting to the line or voicemail of the people on the extension. How can I shorten the delay?

Is there a way of making sure phone recordings are not massive? Phone recording voice/ speech does not need a recording studio's precision. I would rather have a smaller size file. Does anybody know how to set the phone recording file size? Many thanks

Perhaps it's just me, but the inability to 'favourite' a contact in my mobile phone contacts directory on the zoom phone mobile app is very irritating. Having to 'invite as a zoom contact' to enable this capability is ridiculous - I can hardly invite a call centre!

I have two phones that are provisioning and are indeed connected to the network but it will still won't receive any calls.Upon checking the admin portal I found that the devices did not show any IP addresses.Factory resetting also didn't helpWe tried connecting the phones to a separate network - that works.

Hello,I have my 10DLC and the Campaign approved.We are using verbal onboarding campaign with only allowing web links. That being said, what kind of verbiage should we be putting out to our Faculty and Staff that are going to be leveraging SMS to students?I am hearing that we may be required to add "reply STOP to stop receiving SMS messages.   Beyond that what or how should we "train" our users to send SMS the correct way so as to not create an issue.

Looking for the admin option to turn off that controls the Display Name.  We have people changing their display names and I'd like to block that access off. Any ideas? Joe

We have had users who recently experienced the Caller ID setting change from our company number to their individual number. At least 3 of us have had this happen, but none of us changed the setting on the Zoom platform. Is there something that can be done to ensure it doesn't keep happening?

Good day! I'm wrapping my head around the Zoom Call Log report to understand how best to accurately filter the data for our company's needs, and I was wondering if someone could please shed some light on a few things: 1. What is the difference in the Event tab between "ring to member" and "incoming". Which means that the person took the call? 2. What does the "operator" column tell us? Is it the person who dialled? Or... I'm not sure? We've got groups set up too, but occasionally in the data I see the person's individual code rather than a group and I'm not sure why. 3. We need to filter the data to note all answered calls that were incoming rather than outgoing. What is the best way to filter the data to achieve this? I have some ideas, but I'm not 100% sure... Any feedback or assistance in understanding this would be greatly appreciated!

I am new to the whole Zoom phone platform.  I've been circling for days trying to find the answer of how to add two new users to the auto receptionist greeting. The new users are set up in the IVR menu, but the auto receptionist only reads the original names to callers... how do I add the new options?

I get the calls on my mobile app, but I don't receive the voicemails. My zoom phone on my mobile device and my desk phone are connected, so I can see from the desk phone (which isn't in use) that I've been receiving messages. On my zoom phone app, it shows that I have not received any voicemails. Can anyone help me on this matter?

Hello, I just forwarded one of my DID still at VoIP.ms directly to my zoom direct line and those calls goes directly to voice mail. The call will appear as "Missed" in the history. Do you know why? Kind Regards,  -- Benoit

I have a desktop phone that does not ring, but the app on my mobile phone rings. I would like to have my desktop phone ring a couple times and if not answered then my mobile phone rings. How do I set this up? And also set hours for calls to be answered. Desktop phone: Ploy WX-250Apple iPhone 14
