Hi Team,  We have configured one Zoom room, Video calls are working fine from zoom room but for zoom phone getting error on screen as "transport failure no transports left to try" Can you please let me know what could be the cause of it.

Hello - Not sure if this is the correct place for this, but I would like to request an enhancement to the android app. Currently there is no way (that I could find) to copy the transcript of a voicemail. I know I can receive those transcripts in email, but a method for copying them straight out of the Android App would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you 

I have encountered an issue related to the notification behavior in the Zoom Android and Windows apps, specifically when receiving calls from my team. I have set the notification preference to "Always, even if I am active on desktop," but the behavior is inconsistent.The problem is as follows: When someone calls me in Zoom from my team, the Windows app rings, as expected. However, on my Android device, instead of ringing, I receive a notification. Ideally, in this scenario, both my phone and PC apps should ring simultaneously to ensure I don't miss important calls.This inconsistency can be frustrating and may lead to missed calls, which is especially problematic for those who rely on Zoom for work. I need help to fix this issue. 

IS THERE ANYWAY TO SET UP THE PHONE TO RING ONE WAY FOR OUTSIDE CALLS COMING IN AND ANOTHER RING TONE FOR CALLS COMING FROM INSIDE THE OFFICE?

I canceled my pro subscription back in May when I closed my business for Maternity leave. I am not planning on reopening my account when I go back to work. I still have the app on my phone but my account is now basic so there are no icons to call or text people. However, people are still able to call me as my phone will ring on the app but I can't answer it. They are able to leave voicemails, I don't get a notification but I get the transcript via email. They are still calling to book my services so I assume my voicemail is still active. I have taken down my number everywhere I had it advertised before. How can I cancel this number? Now that my account is basic I have no access to phone settings on my account (as they shouldn't exist but clearly it still does) and I have no access to support to solve the issue. Has anyone had this problem and been able to solve it?

I am trying to reset a user password and following the below instructions. I do not see the option mentioned in step 4. Can someone post a screenshot of this, as I don't see it as an option. I'm using Zoom 5.16.2 (23409) and macOS 13.6 (22G120).  Most of my Zoom use is for video meetings, launched by links from Google Calendar.  So most of the time I keep the main Zoom window minimized and the whole app hidden.  I like to keep it that way to reduce clutter on my screen. My employer added phone service to our Zoom accounts a few months ago.  In the past 2–3 weeks, I've started receiving more calls.  Again, to reduce screen clutter, if I will not use any Zoom functions during the calls, I minimize the window and hide the app.  That gives me screen space to use other things while I'm on the call. It all seems fine until…  the remote party disconnects.  When that happens, Zoom plays its "call ended" sound, and then… ZOOM CRASHES! The next time I start Zoom, it prompts me to report the crash, which I do,

We are having major issues with our Poly vvx 250's rebooting after internal and external calls. It is not all the time and not all of the phones. Is anyone else experiencing this? We are working with Poly and Zoom.

My bluetooth headset isn't working with zoom. It works with Microsoft Teams and Google meets, just not zoom. This is since the latest update. My settings all seem to be correct. Please advise

Started recently, perhaps version 5.16.1, we're starting to see the following.  Once the Windows 10 Zoom Widget is opened, it can't be moved on the screen.  The functions all work, and it can be closed.  The window, however is unmovable.  If the user moves to a new machine, the widget works.  But once this starts happening on a machine, it isn't unrecoverable and will keep happening.  We've tried logging off, and reinstalling.  Anyone see this?  Any suggestions?  We have just opened a case too. 

I am getting a specific error saying "Failed to get response from pbx country api: null". I am getting this error while i want to add emergency address for activation of Zoom Phone. What should i do?

Is it possible to opt a CAP member in and out of a call queue? We are setting up a small queue with simultaneous ringing that will have two CAP phones as members for when people are sitting at those positions. There will also be individual user members who can opt themselves in and out using the app. When no one is sitting at those phones, we don't want calls to ring there, especially if no one is available to take calls on their app (either busy or off shift). Is there any way to opt those phones in and out using either a key assignment or touch-tone code?

I am looking to see how to do this or if even Zoom supports this. I am inquiring because we want to capture SMS texts on user's iPhones (we will have iMessage disabled). This is for archiving SMS texts for compliance reasons. Thank you,Todd

Hello all! I have a small law firm with a virtual legal assistant based in Argentina. I would like her to start answering phone calls, forward them to myself or my paralegal, and return some calls. How would I set this up so she can answer the main phone line and how can she return calls to the US? Right now we use the auto-attendant. I would like that auto attendant to pick up if she is unable to answer the phone. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!  She is using the desktop app.

I have a polycom phone that I am unable to configure with Zoom so that it can make outbound calls, inbound calls and communicate with other polycom phones in my office in the same network. Model of Polycom phone is VVX300

The ringtone choices are terrible.  We have the Yealink MP56 and wondering how I can upload a custom ringtone so I can just get a normal sounding phone ring.

Hello everyone! I'm dealing with a Poly Edge e350 hosted trough zoom that I have to make the path to transfer an active call direct to the voicemail shorter.At the time I have to hit "More>more>T2VM>[extension]>transfer". And I would like to have it on my first options or maybe replace the function of one of the default buttons, like the one to access the messages and put it doing this function.I also know that transfer the call to **[extension] would work, but when you hit the * twice it will give you the + signal. What would make you have to wait like 2 secs to hit the * again.It can look silly but when you are all day doing the same thing you see it's going to help a lot.I was able to access the configuration file and change the order a little bit, by replacing the position from the "Park" option for the "T2VM" so I am one step closer.Does someone know a way to deal with this?My current software version from

Hi,  I'm unable to connect my zoom app with the Phone to the exchange calendar. Please see screenshot attached for reference.  Upon entering the EWS URL, I get an error message which says: The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unatuhorized. If your Exchange server is undiscoverable from the internet, you can also input your calendar resource (your email address) to sync up your calendar.  FYI:Device Type - iphoneZoom- Phone app Error code: 401 Best regards,P

Hello,We recently moved over to Zoom phone from Mitel. We have a door call box that we use for security to unlock the door to allow access. Worked great on the Mitel. I'm looking for instructions on settng this up on zoom phone as a generic SIP device. All I am able to find is a generic SIP H.323 zoom room instructions. If anyone knows of instructions for something like this, please let me know. I did not try the zoom room instructions as it seems to require some type of cloud room connector license.

When porting a small number of DIDs to Zoom Phone, new extension numbers were auto-assigned.  How does one reassign those extensions back to the actual extension number.  Ex. 816.607.5431 was ported and while the DID is valid and usable, a new 5-digit extension was auto-assigned.  How can it be changed back to x5431?

Hi, I am having trouble with getting incoming and outgoing phone calls to work. Incoming calls are automatically responded to by the auto-receptionist stating, "There is no one available to take your call. Please leave a voicemail." I'm not sure if I have set something up incorrectly, but I have scoured over everything and still can't find answers. Any help would be SO SO appreciated.

I understand that at ZoomPhone, I have to pay when I purchase a paid call slot,Will I have to pay again when I get the phone number?I am wondering if I can get a phone number at any point in time and not lose money.I am wondering if there is any difference between "I will not assign a ZoomPhone to an employee until 2 months from now, but I only need to get a phone number now" or "I will get a phone number right before I assign a ZoomPhone to an employee."Are the charges the same for both?Thank you in advance.

My Zoom Phone line is forwarded to my personal cell. Is there a way to make the screen say for example: 'work call' or possibly make the Zoom calls have a different ringtone? thank you
