All of a sudden today I am not able to make outgoing calls or receive in coming calls.  Any ideas? 

I recently ported a number from Google Voice.   I can make and receive calls from the mobile app -- but not the Windows Desktop client.   It gives me a 'click to call' button - but, when I click it, nothing happens.  I can see 'contacts' -- but, when I click the button that is labeled 'call' -- nothing happens.   This is on the desktop client side of things.  On the 'web-app', it doesn't even show that I have paid phone service through zoom. 

We have call pickup groups defined, so that a colleague's ringing desk phone can be picked up by someone else. This shows up as a BLF line key on the phones. After a phone rings for X secs and is not answered, it will ring on that line key for others in the same call pickup group. Multiple call pickup groups. About a month ago this feature stopped working consistently (sometimes it does work); an unanswered call will not ring to that line key on the other phones in the call group. A reboot of the affected phones solves the problem temporarily, but the problem reappears within a day or less. We had not made any changes within Zoom phone or on the desk phones. Unfortunately Zoom engineering has looked at this for a month and has not solved it. Poly VVX250 and VVX450 phones - we've tried different firmware versions, reset to factory defaults, removed all Zoom provisioning templates, nothing helps. I am not sure why this changed, but the pop-up notification that shows an inbound call is coming in shrank and now I am unable to see the full name and number of incoming calls. I can see the 'Accept' button and only half of the 'Decline' button. How do I get this little window restored to what it used to be?

Hello!  I am trying to update my shared line voicemail. I did not create the shared line, but have been added as an extension with permission to access, download, and delete. I am able to change and update my direct line voicemail, but cannot find where or how to update the one for the shared line. How do I do this?

Hello We have a Zoom One Pro account which has been used for the odd conference call only using a mobile device. We now need to move over from ISDN to VOIP with our landline and was wondering if this is possible with Zoom One Pro or do we need to upgade to Zoom Phone. We will of course still want to make the odd conference call as before. Thanks

Hi.  Working in a call center, is there a way to call a co-worker without changing our status from Ready to Not Ready-Forced?  Ex: when I call a fellow employee, we both go from being available to take a call to Not Ready-Forced, and we need to be able to stay Ready for incoming calls.  I've tried calling from the address book in Contact Center, under contacts, and manually dialing the extension, but all options force us into Not Ready.  Thank you in advance.

Has anyone else had their parking lot functionality stop working? We've been on Zoom Phones for 2-3 years now using the parking lot feature with no issue. Starting this week, however, we are unable to retrieve parked calls. After we park a call it wills say it's parked on *701, for example, but when we try to pick it up it says, "Sorry, there is no call parked at this location". We haven't made any changes to our set up. The calls are being parked and retrieved from the same site and it's affecting both physical desk phones (Yealink T58A) as well as the Zoom mobile and desktop apps. Support has not been helpful and this is having a big impact on our business. I did noticed that Zoom rolled out private call park and aim call park on the same day this broke for us so I'm thinking that this new functionality broke our setup.

Hello, I have an issue with the Mobile app that I am hoping someone else has experienced / fixed. When I receive a call the mobile app just shows "Zoom Notification" it does not ring or show who is calling or allow for answering. If I manually open Zoom I DO get the call coming through and can answer it but after I close the app after a few minutes it reverts back to the "Zoom Notification" with no call data. It seems like the app is going to "sleep" or a services is stopping and therefore not showing the call. I have.....Given unrestricted battery access to the zoom app.Removed Zoom from the "sleep" app on the phone and set to "Never Sleep"Disabled "Remove permissions if app is unused"and none of this seems to make a difference. If the app is open calls come through if I close the app I get a simple notification. Any experience or help would be appreciated. Thanks. 

We need help! Incoming calls are being routed to one person and then after four rings rolling to all other staff. What feature do we need to enable or disable so incoming calls go to all staff?

When someone calls into my new zoom phone number it goes straight to voicemail and does not ring into my phone. Additionally, it does not just allow for someone to leave a voicemail but rather asked them for extension and all. I just want it to call through to my phone and if i dont answer it go straight to voicemaill and it's not allowing me to do so. I already set hours to 24/7. 

We have a problem with Audiocodes MP-1288 analog ports staying out of service if there is a momentary ground fault. The only resolution currently is to reboot the gateway. Audiocodes has resolved the issue in their latest firmware release, but when can we expect Zoom to certify the newer release and make it available on their website?

I have an employee that has an issue that whenever someone transfers a call to her, the phone shuts down and reboots in the middle of the conversation. So I tried switching the phone, thinking it might be a hardware issue. I took the phone from our conference room and swapped it because we hardly ever use it. I got the phone up and running on my employees desk, but when I went to plug hers into the conference room, it reboots and asks me for an admin password. I have no idea what this is and have never seen this before. Any ideas?

My issue is that calls are not immediately recorded once I pick them up, and I also want to get rid of the auto answering feature.

Can we export the Auto receptionist historical reports to a csv or pdf format?

I know a user can setup an IVR call in to their own DID to check their voicemails. Some users dont have DIDs.Im looking to route 1 DID for all users to call into to check their voicemails. Is there a way to do that.And yes I know they can get voicemail to email and use the mobile or desktop apps, some users are just old school and want to call in to check their voicemail.

Our organization is new to Zoom Phone and trying to set up some specific call routing. We have a main auto receptionist that routes to a call queue which currently goes to a single User, who has a desk phone. This User is our main office receptionist who mostly works from the office (but sometimes from home). She does not want to receive work-related calls outside of her business hours, but we also need her office desk phone to ring 24/7 in case of an after-hours event where the desk is staffed by a different person. I tried to make this happen by setting the User's business hours and then adding different call handling for the our closed hours, but I don't see a way to route calls specifically to the desk phone during closed hours. It appears as an option during open hours, but during business hours, there's only options for the mobile app, desktop app, and Zoom devices.  Is there a better way to make this happen? I'm not sure if I should

We have both Pro & Audio acct's. Still get 'Not allowed" message when calling. The Zoom session template does not include a phone number to use. We had a free Zoom before. The old ID # may be the issue but can't find a way to talk to Zoom,

Calls no longer coming through on mobile app - can see the call history, VM's etc. but did not received call notification at the time of the call.   Have logged out of the app & back in did not resolve the issue?

Hello. I recently started an education online course. As part of your housework the participants will become co-hosts and need to share audio only. During the day I use a windows PC but more often I use my MacBook and I do not get the option or I do not find it to share audio only. When I am the host, I do see the option but not when I am being made co host in a different meeting. How can I resolve this?Thanks for your help.
