How do you change your user name it says reset yet it keeps kicking me back and it won't change.

Is it the username of your account that you want to change?

Is it the name that will be displayed when you join the meeting?

You can change it in your personal profile in the Web Portal.

I have tried to change my user name but it wont change. I want to get rid of the user name: mnemaus and just use my name.

Hi @Shirley_Green

If you'd like to change your Zoom Community username, simply go to the top right corner of the site, click the cogwheel, select 'My Settings', and then 'Username'. You can update it there.

Hi, don't know who Al is and this did not work, When I go onto a Zoom call...it does NOT display the name I changed to
