Having Zoom check your CRM for customer details

Hi All,

Use Zoom for a small medical clinic - some previous / repeat customers call in and we would like to know if it is possible for Zoom to use our extensive customer database and check if the mobile is one of our existing contacts, to then display their name when a call comes in.

I know there's an inbound API for Zoom, however not sure of one that is outward reaching.

Any idea how I might be able to achieve this for Zoom?

My thoughts are now to have a middleware API running (something like Microsoft Power Automate or an online cloud based API manager), and do a pull of customer data from the clinic software, then do a push of the contact information into the Zoom system - would there be a directory I can put this information in?
