We have a Call Queue on our account that has 3 members who answer any calls that come in to that queue. They are experiencing a weird issue when they go to transfer a phone call to an internal user - all 3 members in the Call Queue will have their desk phones (Polycom VVX 501) ring simultaneously and the member transferring the call will also have their phone ring like there is a call incoming but no display on the desk phone. They also mention that whenever internal users call each other on Zoom, their desk phones will ring as well. I have done numerous testing with this to determine the cause but I can't seem to find the solution. I have tried adding myself to Call Queue and see if my Zoom apps ring as above (nothing), I have checked call logs in Zoom admin portal and did not find any issues with call flow as stated. I am unsure if this is a phone setting or a Call Queue setting that I am missing. Any help or advice would be greatl

I am carefully following the steps at https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060257#h_5ae26a3a-290c-4a8d-b3b0-6384ed267b13 for 'How to Complete the Initial Setup' in order to port a number.I have successfully completed the first step from that page: 'Sign in to the Zoom web portal'. However, the second step tells me to 'Click Phone System Management, then Begin Setup' and I see nothing regarding 'Phone System Management' on the web portal I've signed into.  Where might I have missed something, and where can I find the appropriate steps to follow?  

I am wondering if there is a way to search my call history for a specific number using the Zoom Workplace phone system.Say I have a person claiming they called and left a message, or just that they called and I missed it. How can I search my call history to verify this?

I've been using a Zoom phone for the last 5 Months and I've never faced any issues with it. An hour ago, that got suddenly stuck and saying, "Your phone is inactive, contact you're adding", as per Zoom, "Zoom Phone error 403: Your account is inactive" article "https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0069738", there could be an issue with PLAN, but I have the plan from last 4 months. Any once kindly help me in this regard. @zoom @Bri  

I use a free account until I use zoom more. I set up a 30 minute meeting and checked a box to record the meeting. When the meeting started, it automatically started recording. I thought I'd be able to select start recording once the meeting started but that's OK. According to the forums and instructional tutorials, the recording goes to my computer on a free account, and I have to have a Windows version 4.0.25513.0228 or later. I have 10.0.26100 Build 26100. I've clicked on "meetings," and "recordings" to try to find it, and "computer" under recordings and it's nowhere. What am I doing wrong?

Hi there,I would like to request the ability to use a FQDN as a SBC in BYOC.Currently we only have the option of adding a IP address which means it can only be used for one tenancy. It also limits us as we cannot have redundancy n our SBC using a SRV address for instance.

Thank you in advance.  I have recently (within 24 hours at the time of this post) have my phone number ported to zoom and was looking to receive and send SMS.  After set up all configuration support agent suggested, and tested with different phone numbers, the number still cannot receive SMS. The last message from the tech support team guided me through more configurations and compliance settings.  I have completed the following actions but still could not receive SMS on Zoom Phone. Enable SMS/MMSAccount level – SMS/MMS toggled On.Group level – No group was setup. Set up new group with user added, SMS/MMS toggled On.Site level – I have no “Site” tab available under “Phone System Management > Company Info”.In

Hello All, We have staff that miss being able to call in to access their voicemail box and change their greeting while they are not in the office.  It looks like Zoom has a similar capability here, but it wasn't enabled by default: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068936 Has anyone enabled this in their environment?  If so, are there any security implications to consider?  How about positives and negatives after enabling? Any feedback is appreciated! Tony

Hi, I have a single zoom line for my business. Through the auto receptionist, I set up conditional call forwarding so the call routes to my assistant's cell phone after 10 seconds.  I would like to set it up so that, if my assistant doesn't answer, the call ends with the caller in my zoom voicemail (not the cell phone voicemail). Is this possible? Or is there another way to set this up? 

Hello,  I have my Zoom VOIP set to automatically record all of my calls, but when I view them in Zoom.us there are none in the Recordings tab under Phone. Plus, when I'm on calls it says that it's being automatically reocorded, but it is not saving anywhere. Has anyone ever had this issue before?

Have not had Zoom acknowledge this yet but seems to be a widespread issue. Last Friday, all SMS messages between that day and December of 2024 were erased. On top of that, when a new SMS comes in, I see the pop-up notification on my phone, but when I open zoom the sms does not populate. I have to click the pop-up notification to be able to read it or I will miss it. Obviously, this is a major issue on both ends. Any fix coming?????

Hello I don't want to go into too much detail, but I am desperately trying to find a VoIP solution. I am in a very precarious situation where I do not have access to either a landline (because there isn't one) nor a mobile (because it's been stolen).  I am in need of urgent legal assistance but, as soon as I explain to solicitors that I can't give them a phone number, they stop responding to me, so VoIP is the only solution, and I mistakenly thought that Zoom Phone would work a bit like Skype (RIP), rather than it being a physical device, which is of no use to me. I signed up in desperation I'm so tired, hungry and sick that I'm not thinking straight).  This obviously isn't a business, it's personal use by someone who is trying to keep themselves alive! We noticed that zoom system was down last week and we were unable to call at that stage. Does zoom provide a plan that can separate the desk phone and VoIP app? You can choose to use VoIP as default. But when there's a problem, network isn't working for example. You then choose to use only desk phone which goes through traditional landline. And vice versa, if the landline is down, you can choose to go only VoIP. This is an open discussion as network problem or power outage happens very often.

I subscribed to the Zoom Phone plan and believed it included call transcriptions or captions. Is it possible to enable this feature? If so, could you please guide me on how to activate it?Thank you in advance!
