On my office wifi network, the Zoom Desktop and android phone app can connect to the phone service.  However, I cannot connect on my home wifi network on both my android an laptop.  Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot?

Hi everyone, Looking to integrate zoom into my academy set up. It's a must I see all participants screens at all times unless I say otherwise, is this possible? Also, is it possible to get post meeting reports such as if any one lost connection etc? Thanks!

Hello everybody, We recently switched to Zoom Phone in our company. All in all it works great but one issue I noticed is that company-wide contacts only seem to be recognized by the app (i.e., the name only shows up) the moment a call goes out or comes in. As soon as a call enters the history, only its number is displayed and the name is lost. This is a pity especially for our reception desk who have a lot of missed calls and would like to know who they are going to call back. Since the names are correctly displayed when the call comes in, this seems more like a bug than a feature request to me. Or am I doing something wrong? Does anybody else have similar experiences? I'm attaching a screenshot which shows how one contact shows with the name when I dial it (an incoming call would look the same) but only appears as a number in the history on the left (second from top). Facing an issue with "Update Use Setting" on custom hours API, while we are trying to update the business hour via the API, it's not working. it's starting to work when we change it manually thro the UI.after that the API works fine.  Can you please advice? 

Hi, I am currently working with an ecommerce website named https://wisemkt.com.au  and for customer support I need to discuss their User experience with the platform. for this purpose I need to arrange one by one meeting with client . is it possible with the zoom to arrange individual meetings with client?

I would like my users to see all parked calls in their site when they go to Phone > Lines in the Zoom app.The purpose of a parking lot is to quickly answer calls and park them in the parking lot so someone else in the site can pick it up and help the customer. Currently, you can only see your own parked calls which is very limiting. If users can see all parked calls for their site they can see how long all callers have been parked and pick up the customer that's been parked the longest. This provides a lot of value for customers with high call volume where a receptionist fields most of the calls and parks them for the sales team to pick up. Does anyone know of a way to see all parked calls for your site?  If not, would you find value in this feature if you use the parking lot feature?

I need confirmation or assistance that our paid zoomphone numbers should or should not come across as spam numbers at the individual phone number level for inbound caller ID on a phone?  In addition, our auto attendant number (company number) comes across to an end users ID as location only and not our identified company name on the end users phone number ID.  Thanks for any assistance.

When we send the link of the webinar recordings to the participants we have the problem that many are only able to view the page with the video on their smartphones but the "button" to be able to download is missing. We have personally found this happens not with all devices / accounts and therefore we are unable to offer a solution to the problem.

Hello, recently upgraded to NZ/AU Regional Unli Calling and I can't seem to make phone calls still to Melbourne. It says it's not available in my plan. Also, I have attached a screenshot here, there is no assigned number yet, can this be the cause of the issue? Not also sure if I have completed the setup on my end. Pls advise

We want to download the phone usage data from the Zoom Phone area of the Dashboard. Meetings has an Export to CSV option in the meetings list. Is there an option for exporting the phone data? It looks like it captures some really useful data but to really make use of it we need to be able to sort, filter, massage the data to provide relevant information. I hope there is a way to do this and I am just missing it. Thanks.Dave

Since when did the Polycom built in web interface get disabled when the phone is provisioned to Zoom?  I can't even access the advanced settings in the phone to turn it on!  The advanced settings have been removed as well!

The difference is very noticeable.The TTS prompts are about 1/2 the volume of the default Zoom prompts. Anyone else notice this ?  is there  a Fix ? My AR has a TTS prompt, its good quality but pretty quietWhen caller presses 2 and gets transferred to Q, the initial greeting prompt is jarring and very loud compared to the AR prompt 

We have deployed a number of Poly VVX 500 and VVX450 phones.  It has come to my attention that a user can program the line keys for speed dials, but when the phone is rebooted they no longer show up.   I assume that we need to apply a provisioning template, but I have been searching for hours now and can not find any details on what should be in the template. Anyone have any suggestions?  Directions for me to look?

The Zoom app update 5.8.3 for Zoom Phone Appliance stopped showing the External Contacts on Yealink Zoom Phone Appliance VP59 devices (HaaS). These contacts were setup on the Zoom portal under Phone System Management > Company Info > Account Settings > External Contacts and appeared correctly under version 5.8.0.

I purchased Zoom United, three licenses. Ported an existing phone number and got two new numbers. Worked well for several days. On Friday we were not able to access "phone" it is no longer an option under ADMIN, nor in any of our three profiles. Issued a ticket on Friday, I tried several of the techs' suggestions and nothing has resolved the issue. We've been without phones for four days and I can't get anyone to respond to me. I waited for two hours on a live chat for a phone call from Tier 2 tech. Finally ended chat. No call, no solution. Suggestions?

I was curious how many updates Zoom has had in the past month. I recently had some connection issues, so I updated the app on my iPhone. Not long after, I had an issue whereby someone was unable to call me via Zoom; it came through as a ‘Notification’ only, not as an actual call with a ringtone. My technical support person told me I needed to update Zoom on my phone again. Just curious how many updates there have been lately, and how often I should simply update on a regular basis?

Hello,  This may seem like a silly question but I can't seem to find an answer for this: how do I forward a voicemail in the desktop app and phone? Our receptionist reviews the voicemails but can't forward them onto the intended recipient.  In the Zoom application I am able to view/play/delete the voicemail but can't seem to forward it other than by downloading and sending the file.  In the Zoom phone app I am able to forward using a litany of apps installed on my phone but unable to share it with Zoom. I click "Share with Zoom" and it asks if I want to start a meeting, odd!  Any suggestions? or Can I make a request for a new feature?  Thanks in advance.

I have 3 new Trio 8800's that are doing the same thing. We configured them for use with Zoom. Every morning when we come it has a prompt on the display to set the admin password. This will also happen if I unplug the phone and have it reboot. Same behavior if I issue a software update from the screen. I think what is happening is that every night the phone is checking for software updates and then reverts to the reset password screen. It is running the latest firmware that Zoom supports 7.0.1.1144. If I try to update to the latest firmware from the Poly site it reverts back to the Zoom level.Any ideas?
