Has anyone else seen this yet? It just started for us. When scheduling a meeting from the outlook addin for zoom OR from zoom itself, at the point that the outlook 'schedule meeting' window opens you can see that MS teams has already inserted a meeting link.This has already caused problems where clients have joined the teams meeting instead of the clicking the zoom link.For now ive removed the teams add-in from outlook add-ins and its solved the problem.

I waited until the meeting had participants, but it only offered a "Make Host" option. I have gone to Settings then Meetings but nowhere is there a toggle to allow the designation of a Co-Host.

When I join a meeting that I was invited to it states "Recording in progress". Am I the one starting the recording? If so how do I turn it off? It will state the "recording in progress" no matter when I join. In my last meeting the host stated they thought it was me that was recording. 

I have a cloud recording of a presentation in Zoom. Can Zoom create a transcript of the audio? I did not turn on transcription before the presentation. Thanks.Hugh 

Today I had a meeting that was interrupted. I found 4 other meetings scheduled and overlapping with mine.  Anyone have this problem and how do I prevent it?

I installed zoom 6.60 on ubuntu 22.04 LTS. This was not able to open a meeting window when joining to a meeting. After uninstalling zoom, installing zoom version 6.1.11 and upgrading to zoom 6.6.0 it worked. What is the reason and what can i do to make zoom 6.6.0 work directly?

Hi, I am having troubles to join a meeting on Ubuntu with a version larger than 6.3.11 (7212).The connection to the meeting works fine, but after following the link or enter meeting ID and passcode nothing happens. Nothing in the logs, no hidden window or process. It was a bit tricky, but I managed to install download and install 6.3.11 (7212). Ich brauche die Videos von meinem Account und bezahle auch für die Lizenz. Entweder ich kriege Zugriff (aber wie?) oder ich will den Account löschen. Was kann ich tun, damit meine E-Mail Adresse geändert und ich den Verifizierungscode erhalten kann? Since the AWS outage on Monday the cloud zoom recordings I made on the day of the outage have not been downloadable. They just say "Processing". But they have been processing now for almost two days. Are these recordings lost? Or will they be processed eventually so that I can access them?Thanks Philip

Is there a way to have closed captioning always enabled at a system level, without having to request this be turned on by the meeting host in each meeting?

We deploy zoom outlook plugin msi through SCCM in our environment.  If we manually install/uninstall or go through sccm to upgrade a previous outlook plugin install we get these errors. The zoom cleanup tool doesnt work for the plugin. Does anyone have any ideas on how to force remove the plugin so a reinstall can work? We are full IT admins for our org and there only a handful of these issues but they are growing.

I have a profile picture for my Zoom account which previously showed up when I joined a meeting (before I turned on Video) or when I turned Video off during a meeting.Recently my profile picture stopped appearing when I was signed in with thevideo off. This has happened in several different meetings.I have a Zoom account, and if I start a meeting my profile picture does appear when I have Video off. How can I fix this?Caroline

Hi. How can I share audio on Zoom from one application only? I am hosting an All Hands. The PowerPoint presentation has embedded intro/outro audio tracks. During the presentation, other audio-generating applications will be running on my computer, like Slack. I don't want my Slack notification, Outlook notification, etc. sounds to be heard by the attendees.   Related: Is it finally possible to toggle audio share without stopping/restarting the share? That would be a sort-of acceptable solution, as the notification sounds would only come through during that brief period of time.

Hi there. I am trying to login in to our business account using the regular email address that we always use for admin privileges. However, when I type in the email address and click 'NEXT', a message shows up in red letters saying, "Having trouble signing in with this email. Please sign in with a different account or create a free account." I am using the account we have always used and nothing has changed on our end. And since I can't login with that email/account I can't access SUPPORT because free accounts (like the one I'm using right now to post this) doesn't allow me to contact support. During meetings, an emoji periodically floats through my Zoom screen. My client can see it too and neither of us know what triggered it. It has happened with more than one client. There have been thumbs up and hearts. I use Zoom for healthcare which is supposed to be HIPAA compliant and this makes me nervous. Any insights as to what this is / how to turn it off? Thank you! 

When I am sharing screens on MS Teams, I can use my ZoomIt tool to zoom in and out on content i want to focus on.  The zoom function of the ZoomIt tool doesn't work on ZOOM, no one can see what I am zooming in on.Is there a way to zoom in and out using the ZOOM interface instead?

I was trying to download the files for a video recording. I selected "Record a separate audio file of each participant" in the settings. There were 2 participants in the recorded Zoom call.   I downloaded the video files and also an audio file but there doesn't appear to be separate audio files for each speaker.  I did receive this message when downloading the files - "The separate audio file of each participant won't be included, you can download them in the list."   What list?  There does not appear to be a list of separate audio files.The cloud recordings list indicates that there are 5 files for the particular recording, which I assume are the speaker view, the gallery view, the combined audio file (both participants) and one audio file for each of the participants.  But there appears to be no way to access the separate audio files.I am obviously missing somethin

When changes are made to meeting preferences, do these changes affect existing scheduled meetings as well?

 I've noticed that while hosting Zoom meetings, my video output appears to be of low quality. However, I can view the videos of invited participants in high quality. I am using a Logitech Brio 4K camera. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue?

All of my friends can see her shared screen, but I can only see her webcam. it says "Something went wrong, Error code: 0x80040205.

Please add the option to manually reorder meeting templates (drag and drop, or by number) for easier access to frequently used templates.
