I am building a Zoom Oauth App in order to connect my zoom account to n8n. Do I need to go through the whole App submission process?

We are using a Zoom Pro plan and want our meeting recordings to appear in gallery view (showing all participants on screen at the same time). During the meeting, we select Gallery View, and both speakers are visible. But when the recording is saved, it only shows the active speaker, switching between participants instead of showing everyone together.We have already enabled the gallery-view recording settings and followed the instructions on Zoom Support, including spotlighting participants, but the recording still does not stay in gallery view.We need help fixing this so that our recordings always show gallery view.

I finished recent Zoom update (within the last 2 weeks) and now when I share my screen during a Zoom meeting, it show any participant of my meeting big grey boxes wherever there's a Zoom screen open (like chat or the toolbars). Is there a workaround for this? It didn't happen before the update and is preventing me from effectively hosting meetings where i need to screenshare (which is almost all of them).

Is there a way to make Zoom quit after I leave a meeting? I prefer not to have apps running that I'm not using. When I leave a meeting, zoom keeps running. I would like for Zoom to quit after I leave a meeting.

Please help!I tried everything, my microphone and camera won't start in Zoom meetings, although they work fine with Teams. any thoughts?

I am the host of a meeting, if I leave the meeting the meeting ends.  I know I can move the host to someone else, but is there a setting which allows me to stop this from happening so if a host leaves on any meeting it doesn't end?  I don't want to have to change host averytime?

I cannot fiure out how to enable live captioning when I join a zoom meeting where I am not the host. I have asked the hosts to enable it from their end.  When the meeting starts, they say they see CC on their screen, but I do not/ What step am  I missing? I see cc from my screen when I am the host though. 

Hello everyone, i am having issues with the windows Zoom Workplace app version 6.3.6(56144), this started a week ago. For some reason i am unable to get either the 64 bit or 32 bit app to connect. Though i am unsure what they are trying to connect to.after logging in to the app with my email and password i see the "working" dot circle then the following message appears"It looks like we are unable to connect. Please check your network and try again." the only two other things that show up in the window are the blue "try again" button right below the message and a small "< Back " in the lower left corner. i have no issue logging into zoom workplace via my browser (firefox in case you want to know) so i know my log in info is correct and my net is stable. am i correct in thinking that the app is trying to connect to Zoom? or is it trying to access Google? how to i get the app (i think it's

How can I disable dual monitors in Zoom? I don't see the setting option when I click on my picture. Nor do I see it in the settings.       

I keep seeing a message that says "Your calendar isn't connected." The message provides a link to correct this. I have clicked on that link and gone through all the steps many times and continue to get this message. I'm using Google calendar.   Am I seeing the message in error? What else should I do to stop getting this message/repair the connection? ThanksDavid

Anyone ever experience ce this?  yesterday on my meeting i had a voice loop ...it kept repeating the same word again. and again and i shut Down/ off ask the others to do same we came but it was still the same loop sound.  Thank you 

 Hi - I tried to join a meeting using the linux app on Ubuntu and the other party complained that I was cutting in and out. I tried to then run in the app in a browser, but Zoom kept wanting to use the installed app. Can you please look into the audio issue on linux (research indicates that it is common), but also more easily permit switching to browser when it doesn't work? 

I have a Basic account. I'm trying to import a personal contacts file. I've created a csv file using the format in the download sample. After I've selected the file, I click on Upload, and get this message "User not login." What does it mean? I asked for help on the Chat line, and the answer there gave me a completely different csv format, so I also tried a new csv file in that format, but the result was the same. What am I doing wrong? 

Zoom AI Bot told me that I can hook up with a Zoom Meeting for an Android  8 Tablet by getting an invite link sent to email.   I tried this but it doesn't work.   Is this possible or is the Zoom AI Bot wrong.

Hi there,  We have an issue where our zoom meetings although set up to use waiting room for "everyone" is not working, guest just come into the meeting without being admitted and it is very unprofessional. I have looked through my settings everything is as recommended. Is anyone else having this issue. Or have a solution? 

Hi,When scheduling the meeting from iOS/iPad using outlook, by enabling the zoom add-in in the "New Event" in Outlook->Calendar we are  getting a blank white screen in outlook.We do have Zoom application installed and successfully logged in.We are using intune and we do have app protection policy applied to outlook, and added exemption for "zoomus"Attached the screenshot of the issue. iPad version: 26.0Outlook: 4.2538.0Zoom Workplace: 6.6.0

Hi everyone,I’m using Zoom Workspace version 6.5.12 (14128) on Windows 11, and I’ve noticed that every time I toggle my microphone or camera using the keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+Shift+A to mute/unmute and Ctrl+Shift+V to start/stop video), I hear the Windows default “Default Beep” sound.It’s not a Zoom notification sound — it’s clearly the Windows system sound that plays whenever Zoom registers the shortcut.I’ve checked all settings under Audio, Accessibility, and Notifications & Sounds, but there’s no option to turn this off. Other users have mentioned this issue too after the 6.x update.Has anyone found a way to disable this sound, or could Zoom please provide a toggle for it in future versions?Thanks!

Hello Community , We are hosting large  zoom meetings / webinars and we are having a major problem ,We have to give co-host to multiple participants daily so that they can move themselves  And this created many co-hosts and on some occasions someone deliberately  closes the breakoutrooms . I search all the web on how to disable the close rooms function for only host , "It's coded in Zoom functions." I searched all the web on how to log the culprit, "Zoom does not log who exactly did" Seems like a major limitation for large meeting hosting,  there should be a way to limit the role of the cohost to less function like eliminating the close breakout rooms for them or at least log which cohost triggered the function without paying the extra for "new feature request "  Ive seen it being asked in the past but to no avail . Pleas

Whenever I try to access Zoom and enter my email address and password, a pop up appears saying that the session is over and need to access again. So basically it is impossible for me to access and start a meeting.I have uninstalled and installed again, checked for any windows update, but the problem is still there.Can anybody help me?Thanks!

At the moment, the popup notification is not available yet if the settings I'm configuring is not registration impacting. Is it possible to make the control popup appear for any modification that is made?

My camera app is working fine, picture is sharp as always. But when I go from the camera to zoom, the picture quality is poor.  I've read online that many seem to have this problem but none of the proposed solutions (more light, clean camera lens, etc.) does anything. Does anyone have a solution for this or is this is good as zoom gets?
