Hello Forum, We have a nasty issue after Updating to Zoom Workplace. On one machine, once Zoom Workplace was started and an popup Windows has apperade, for example by clicking on an event, the Windows UI starts to become very slow. For example clicking on the arrow with the taskbar icon in the lower right at first shows an empty windows and after a few seconds the icons appear. Same with the taskmanager. After starting it only the Window Bar is visible, the rest of the windows appears a few seconds later and it responds very slow.OS is Windows LTSC 1809. I tried different versions of the grafic driver (Intel UHD 630) but that did not help. Also uninstalled zoom, ran an cleanup tool and reinstalled but the issue persists. Zoom was working solid before the update to version 6.Achim

When I want to share a video, the option to share audio is blocked, so I can't share the video with audio. I have already checked the sharing permissions and everything is enabled. It is worth noting that everyone in the meeting also cannot share video with audio; the option to share audio is blocked for them as well. Please help me.

Since the last zoom upgrade, when I attempt to Share Screen, I get a BSOD with the Stop Code: Video_Memory_Management_Internal This happens if I am hosting or in another host's meeting. I am running W11 Pro.  Dell Precision 3640 Tower PC.  0ctocore i7, 32 gb RAM (50 pct available), Nvidia Quadro P1000 with 4 gb RM.  Native monitor resolution:  4k x 2k.  3840 x 2160. All drivers are up to date, as is the Nvidia Control Panel.  W11 is fully patched. Suggestions on how to get a trouble ticket opened with tech support or ideas on the cause and fix? I have been a zoom user since it was in beta. Thanks. 

can't start video after joiining on macbook air

Hi,  I keep having problems while on zoom meetings in an environment where there is background noise.  When I come off mute it automatically cuts off sound from anyone else who is speaking and I can't go hear them.  I presume it's to do with background noise at my end.  Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening as it's very difficult to have a conversation.

Is there a way to convert a zoom video to a pdf file? I did not have closed caption on when recording so cannot use that option.

When I am in zoom and showing my PowerPoint presentation I have video link in my power point presentation and when I share screen to let them see the video it ok, but I must go through several click to get back to my power point presentation. Why can't I click on my video and then when it finishes go back to my power point presentation.  Someone please help, because Zoom support is one of the worst support system out here.  I work with Teams and it is awesome.  Unfortunately, this one company I am working with only use Zoom and they are having the same issues too.

Hi, Everyone, I'm Darshan Hiranandani, I have a question regarding our meeting recordings. I'm looking for a way to start our recordings in gallery view and then automatically switch to speaker view when someone is spotlighted. This change could really enhance our meeting experience by capturing everyone at the start and then focusing on key speakers when needed. Has anyone tried this before or have any suggestions on how to configure this? When I try to share any browser window in a Zoom meeting all everyone sees is a black box.  I can share my desktop and other apps but I can not share anything in a browser window.  The weird thing is that I was able to share last week but this week it stopped working. Does anyone have any suggestions?  I am running the 64 bit version on a Windows 10 desktop computer.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom.  I have the latest update.   I have even tried toggling on and off the TCP connection.  Nothing fixes this.

I prepared a survey, and some users answered it.However, when I look at the survey report, I see that the user ID, user name, and email address are not included. Although there are spaces for this information in the report, it says "no name."I am very confused because I need to identify the users who answered the survey to inform them.Please tell me how to identify the users who answered the survey.

How do you schedule a zoom call and invite guests without sharing their email addresses to other in the invitation?

I want to send an email with a meeting feedback survey link from zoho. How can I do it? I dont see the option. I am the admin and have the Pro plan.

We are wanting to relate meeting recordings to existing events in Salesforce instead of the Zoom integration creating duplicate events.   Scenario:  We have meetings scheduled externally (through Chilipiper) and this creates an event to our lead in Salesforce.   Question:  After the meeting, is there any way for the Zoom integration to get the meeting details (recording url, etc.) related back to the original event that Chilipiper created as opposed to creating a new event record?   If not, is there a way to 'merge' the Meeting information that the integration creates in Salesforce with the original externally scheduled 'event'?  I'm thinking of creating a flow to re-parent/relate the Zoom data to the original event for the account, but I would need to know how the data relates between the objects in the installed package and the standard 'Event' object in Salesforce.  Could you provide me with that informa

How do I send a meeting invite out to my attendees for them to accept it to their outlook/google calendar? How can I protect the privacy of all these emails by bcc them in the invite? What is the purpose of listing all the attendee's emails when creating a meeting when it doesn't send them an invite to accept the meeting?

Good afternoon! Opening Zoom.US, I set up a zoom meeting for the board of the org I work with and shared the meeting invitation. a few weeks later when I logged in to start the meeting, it wasn't listed there to select. I had to go back to the email that had the link and open it from that link and letting each of the board members enter the room as usual. This is the second time that a meeting that I'd set up did not appear as a selection when it was actually supposed to be happening (although the last time this happened, the meeting listing did actually show up the next day as a selection.. This time, I recorded the program too., so zoom recognized me as the host. Is this a glitch in the program or am I doing something wrong?There were no error codes, device was desktop microsoft, no idea what version.

Has anyone else run into this? Zoom recognizes when my camera is connected but shows only a black screen in place of the video. I don't remember exactly when this first happened, but I think it was sometime in March.I've tried everything on this page - nothing worked. The other community pages I found that address this issue haven't helped either.None of my other video software is having a problem with my camera.I've also tried downgrading as far back as v 5.17.10 but the issue persisted.Mac privacy settings allow camera access to Zoom.Nothing looks remiss in my camera settings in Zoom. I'm on a Mac and use an external camera (the internal camera was water damaged over a year ago, and I've been using this one ever since). Any suggestions?

Lately I've been trying to download Zoom recordings saved on my computer. I receive a message repeatedly: Failed to convert Recordinf Open Destination Folder Double click to convert 02 zoom and even though I follow the instructions. Nothing opens and I get this message every time. I would like to understand what I should do? I have to be able to open the recording. Thank you 

A solution if you have no sound output. Credit to user ARIA440 on Reddit.In the MY ASUS app, loaded on my new computer, under customizations, scroll until you find two settings: AI Noise-Canceling Microphone (CHANGE THIS SETTING TO AUTHENTIC RECORDING-so that all AI noise-canceling will be shut off) and then AI Noise-Canceling Speaker (TOGGLE THIS TO THE OFF POSITION). That solved the Issue.

I'm embedding in a web page a link to a Zoom recording (shareable link). That's working fine except that when the page loads there's a Zoom cookie message. How do I prevent that message from being displayed?

When I end screen sharing I see no way for me as the host to end the meeting.  Instead it only ends my screen sharing and since I started the meeting from screen sharing I have no place to end it and a participant has to end the meeting for me.  How do I end a meeting from Screen Sharing?

Is it possible to record meetings in gallery view, but have speaker view recorded when a participant is spotlighted?So far I only seem able to record speaker view or gallery view, not this mix of the two. 

Hello,Trying to solve a mystery. We had an invite sent to us through Outlook that appeared on our calendar for 10am.  The organizer set it for 9am and showed us a screen shot of the meeting on her calendar as 9am.  How might have that happened.  I can't tell from the calendar item if the time zones were set incorrectly on the organizers end. Might that be a possibility?thank you!

Dear all, I'm trying to use the Zoom application on my PC and since the last update to version 6.0.4, after logging in with my Google account, the Zoom home screen freezes and simply doesn't work again. I uninstalled and reinstalled both the 32bit and 64bit versions. Whenever I log in and start the main screen, the application freezes completely. I use it in Portuguese. I would like some help to resolve this problem. Thank you in advance!

I have not recorded my last call and lost the chat as well. Is there any way to retrieve it?
