I am hoping there is a way to save the in-meeting security settings so that they carry over to each meeting that is created. I attempted to create a Meeting Template but the in-meeting security settings went back to default. Currently, for Allow Participants to:, I only want to enable Chat, Rename Themselves, Unmute Themselves, and Share Video. It is a bit of a pain to have to open up each new meeting and manually uncheck several boxes right off the bat.

Hey guys, having an issue with non persistent VDI machines and Zoom VDI version.Our infrastructure (VMWare Horizon + Ivanti Environment Manager) works well using Zoom VDI version, but machines don't remember last logged on User. Everytime you newly login, you have to enter your name (when only joining) or credentials. Already folder redirecting appdata/ZoomVDI but i think the problem is caused by the encrypted files right there. Just found no official documentation, so here i am. Thanks in advance at all. 🙂 

Most of the time I receive an emailed notification that says " 'Name' has joined your Personal Meeting Room" if I have not started the meeting. However, sometimes I don't get any notification and I have no idea that someone is waiting for me. I can't figure out why and it's so frustrating. The feature is useless if I can't rely on it. 

I can't join meetings using the Zoom web app in Firefox because I get a "Your name cannot be empty" error even though I provided a name. Has anyone else had this problem? Are there any workarounds, like providing the display name via the URL parameters or something? Here's some more detail on what happens when I try to join a meeting:1. It asks me to provide the Meeting Passcode and Your Name (display name), even though I have signed in and it should know my name. I suppose it could be giving me the option of changing it, but when I use the Zoom Android app on my phone, or the Windows desktop app, they usually use my account's default display name without asking.2. When I try to fill out the "Your Name" field, the text looks slightly gray (like it's placeholder text for some reason), and when I submit it says "Your name cannot be empty". Re-typing my name does nothing. is it possible an admin can join meeting of their members without putting themselves in the waiting room?

I am trying to allow my Zoom Room to join Google Meet conferences without having to wait for admittance.  I am following the zoom guide:  https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058311 I've completed majority of steps in the "How to allow your Zoom Rooms to bypass a Google Meet waiting rooms when joining" section, I have my Interop token from Google but step 9 says there's a place to enter the token into Zoom but I am not seeing the option. Has the ability to enter a Interop token changed or been removed? 

I regularly facilitate Buddhist practice meetings that involve the use of a bell. Previously I had been able to put original sound on, I could invite the bell, which carried beautifully for everyone to hear, and I would be able to speak and be heard clearly. Over the past couple of days this has stopped working. Now people can barely hear me speaking when I have original sound on, so I am having to toggle between original sound on and off every time I want to invite the bell and speak, which is multiple times during meditations. Has something been changed? What can I do to fix this? It is not a relaxing experience for me to be facilitating meditation and having to think about toggling sound settings on and off throughout the sitting.  Thank you 🙏

Can anyone help me why I can't share my Zoom meeting with one of my Facebook groups? The two options I got were "Share on your Timeline and Share to your Page". 

How to solve error code 13224? 

Is there any Zoom plugin available or other integration enhancement on roadmap to improve audio and video quality of Zoom on AVD running on iOS? It works great on a Windows local host which has the Zoom VDI plugin. On iOS running AVD in the RD client, the video and audio are terrible. Teams running in the same scenario runs perfect.

I would like to use that command line to schedule a force update. Thanks,

I'm a fitness instructor and I use zoom for my online classes. I just bought a tablet (android) with the intention to have a smaller device that I can carry easily werever I go and be able to keep my classes from it. I installed zoom but when I'm in a meeting I don't have the same options as on a laptop. Sound share is missing, and that is crucial to share the music I'm playing with the participants. I can share the screen and then the audio sound but then the video is not working. Can I do anything to fix this or zoom doesn't t support these features on a tablet. I checked zoom on my phone and it's the same, no sound share option. I just want to know if I should go back to my laptop or there are things to do to have this option. Any help is much appreciated.

Hey Zoomers! Would appreciate some support. I am giving a webinar today and I am unable to disable the meeting room option and I keep needing to stop and let everyone in. I deselected meeting room options on my settings and it's still not working. Can anyone solve this mystery?? Greatly appreciated!!Shira

That is very nice. I tried to edit a recurring meeting (delaying the ending day) and now it has disappeared. Zoom has changed the dates and now I don´t have untill 1 mont and I need for today. I tried to edit it again but zoom doesn´t allow me to advance the date. What can I do?

Hello, My question is about one of the meetings we had. The participant number seems to be 6, when I click on details (on the number 6), I see more than 6 people. The meeting holder also claimed to be 6 people in the meeting in total. Where did these names come from?

Hello Everyone! I have had this problem for a few weeks already and so far couldn't fix it:On a meeting, when I share my screen, the image windows of other people get compressed and squeezed, so much that I no longer identify the atendees. It's really weird and troublesome, because I don't what people are doing, I just can't see anyone properly.  It is even weirder because the images are shown right in the recording later on.I have already searched for updates and apparently it's ok. I have also looked extensively for solutions, to no avail. Has anyone had this problem or could anyone help me with this, please?  Many thanks in advance!Canoeira

Is there a way to report a Zoom host who repeatedly invites people to meet by Zoom for a stated legitimate purpose, and then behaves in a lewd manner?

I’m trying to reach your support team. Why did you disallow my device from entering zoom rooms? I did not violate anything?

Is there anything I can do to lift the 1132 zoom error code permanent restriction banned? 

if anyone has gotten an error 1132 and doesn’t know what it means. Well here you go. Turns out it’s a”secret” ban to your account. Rather than admit that you are banned outright, they would rather be secretive and manipulative by calling it an error message. That, in a professional opinion, is not only false information they are providing. But also extremely misleading. This tactic, asking side a tech support rep for subscriptions only, tells me that the only way to ever get true help is to pay for a subscription. That’s gross and manipulative. If someone is banned just tell them. Don’t disguise it as an error code. That is wrong and misleading in many, MANY,  ways. 

I used to be able to see myself and other participants on my Ipad pro while the host shared screen. it used to be at the bottom of the screen - I had + on my picture, and I could choose whether to see only me, or some other participants too (about 4-5 if Im not mistaken). since the last update, i cant see other participants anymore. so when the host screen shares, all i see is me and the screen: the only way i can see other participants, including the host, is on gallery view. its really affects the zoom meeting, so until its fixed i actually dont use zoom on my ipad. is there anything on settings that can fix this?
