Hello, I am trying to setup Zoom using the app on iPhone.  The connection is to an SSO account.  When the attempt is made, Microsoft gives an error that it is trying to connect to another domain (which I have email for) on my phone.  How can that be cleared from the phone so the proper domain is being sent to Microsoft to authenticate to?

I have set up a new meeting and have been able to schedule the recurring meeting weekly for 1 year.  I really want to extend it indefinitely .  Is that possible?

In the past when someone joined my meeting and began using abusive language it's been easy for me to remove them and report them to zoom by just clicking the appropriate button as it automatically popped up. The last two times I removed someone I was required to enter my email address to complete the reporting process.  This is very cumbersome and ineffective for me.  I'm frustrated by this change in the system and would appreciate being able to remove and report them the same way as in the past.  Please let me know what I need to do differently to ensure I'll be able to remove and report someone without having to physically enter my email address.  Thank  you, 

Hi! I am noticing that Zoom meetings I register for do not show up in in my upcoming meetings in the both the web and desktop app.  This is the same for meetings for which a different organizer assigned me as a co-host. It would be really great to be able to see all meetings I am registered for in the Zoom app. Is there a work around someone knows of and can share? I have also tried adding my outlook calendar to the Zoom app with no luck. Thanks!

My audio works with all other feature and apps on my laptop but Zoom, do i need to unistall and do i loose all my scheduled meetings if i do, this has never happened, been on zoom for 3 years. Guy 

When I type on a shared photo zoom keeps shutting the keyboard down after only a few letters and my viewers can see unfinished words. It's very frustrating. Does anyone else have this problem? It only happens on zoom and everything is updated to the latest versions.

I have been teaching violin lessons via Zoom on my laptop, and it has always worked fine until the latest update. After this update, it’s not functioning properly. I have enabled the original sound, the musician's mode, and even checked if Windows had any sound effects activated, but there were none. I went through all these settings with my student as well, and everything seemed correct. However, after the update, it’s not working. I can hear my student speaking, but when they play the violin, I hear nothing. We spent more than 40 minutes testing different options and microphones (headphones, etc.), but I still couldn't hear the violin sound. My student could hear me normally. The issue was only resolved when I joined the meeting from my phone as well. I then deactivated the audio on my computer and used only my phone for audio. I recorded video of a meeting today just as I always do (recorded to the cloud) where I only pause the recording at breaks and wait until the meeting is over until I actually STOP the recording. Typically this creates one long video file but today I had TWO separate video files and I don't know why. Any suggestions?

I want to join a Zoom link where I need to sign in but my device (Samsung Tab S7+) cannot sign in the app through Google account. My other devices (e.g. mobile phone) can join the meeting after signing in and the said device can join other meeting IDs that does not require sign in.  When I manually entered the meeting ID, it makes me sign in: "The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom platform to join this meeting. Please sign in with a commercial Zoom account to join." But when I reach the launch meeting page, nothing happens and the launch button doesn't work. I followed other people's advice in the forum to launch using Google Chrome (in 3 dots menu). I just had a zoom meeting that was also a Facebook live. My zooms you can’t typically get on unless you belong to the meet up group that I run. I had a gentleman if you can call him that Come on the zoom make it full on. How can I report him?

I'm trying to find a way to ensure that gallery view will be used for recordings instead of speaker view but I do not see an option to do that in the recording settings.  My account is Zoom One Pro.  I apologize if this has been asked before.

Visual studio cannot be controlled on Zoom screen share.While using Zoom screen share and when we give access with mouse control. Visual studio cannot be operated. Is this there any compatibility issues where Visual Studio will not work on Zoom screen share?

I have Google Chrome set as my default browser. This has been confirmed in chrome itself in Settings -> Default Browser. When clicking any link in (say) Zoom Workplace 6.1.1 chat, Firefox is started. This is problematic because I have to use Google Chrome for authentication as required by my company. Zoom Workplace v6.1.1 does not honor Default Browser in Ubuntu 

When I update from Zoom meeting client Version 5.17.28375 to Zoom Workplace desktop app version 6.1.0, after restarting the laptop, it rolls back to the older version of Zoom meeting client Version 5.17.28375. Could someone please let me know why this is happening? 

I recently recorded a zoom interview for my podcast using the Cloud recording for the first time.  I Recorded this 2 days ago.  I went into zoom today to download the audio and it said that my Cloud recording had expired and I am unable to download anything.  I wasn't aware that there was a timeline to this.  Now I cannot access this recording.  Is there anything I can do to download the audio from this recording?

Asus monitor is connected to laptop running Windows 11.  During Zoom meetings the monitor goes in and out...in other words, it goes black, then wakes up again.  Pattern and timing is random. 

I have not been able to open and upload meetings that I recorded.  When I click on "recordings" it just keeps loading and I have not been able to see any of the recordings.  How do I fixe this issue?

I have a recording in the Zoom cloud of a town hall my organization held, but when I play it, there is no sound and the screen is all black except for the name of one of the many participants in the meeting. When I created the meeting, I made it so that the meeting will automatically record when the meeting begins, and I also made it so that the recording would be automatically saved in the Zoom cloud. I've done this before with no issues, but for some reason, this recording has no sound and is basically a black screen. Can anyone share some tips/advice? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,I have checked my settings in Meeting Basics and all appear to be set correctly. I have also checked, Account Management / Account Settings and looks in order with the exception there doesn't appear to be an option to enable or disable co-host, so I assume all is correct.Yet, when I am in the meeting, I can only assign a host and not a co-host.

Dear Sir or Madam, in a terminalserver environment we use MS Outlook 2016 32-bit with a CTI integration from a Third-Party-Software and have a problem with the latest Zoom VDI software. We just updated from ZoomInstallerVDI_x86_5.17.10.24730.msi to ZoomInstallerVDI_x86_5.17.13.25060.msi.The Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook is not installed. After this update process we do not see the precense status of our 3rd-Party CTI software in Microsoft Outlook anymore.If we uninstall the Zoom VDI software, presence status is still not working.If we rollback a snapshot of the server the presence status is working proper. We tried some kb articles from the internet:

My Eckankar church uses unique words not included in the Zoom CC dictionary.  How do I get Zoom to add a few words?  Or can I do it myself? ECKANKAR is displayed as "ack and car," Sugmad as "soup mad," etc. TIA Richard BerlingTech volunteer for my church and a Kiwanis service club.  

Hello We have recently setup a Windows 365 Cloud PC environment and have installed the Zoom VDI clients. The VDI client is working as expected and properly redirecting local devices etc. When someone clicks on a link to join a meeting in their Outlook, they are taken to a webpage to launch the Zoom client however nothing happens. It will only launch after downloading the Zoom Workplace app and then use that app to join the meeting. If they do that, they do not get the advantages of the Zoom VDI plugin.  Is there a way to have links to Zoom meetings launch using the VDI client instead? Currently they are only able to join meetings by manually typing in the room + passcode.  Thanks
