Hey Zoom Community,I have configured a Zoom Meeting with user authentication required to collect all the participants emails. However, looking at the meeting report, I still have participants that attended the whole session with no mention of their email addresses. Is that possible?Thanks for your help!

I know they should be found in "Reports" and I use this category to search for this. However, I had a meeting on 06/07 that had 32 participants participating, but, I can only see one. The other participants are not visible here but this only one called Hugo. How can I solve this? Is there an alternative way to look for this?  

During an official video meeting organized by a United Nations agency, our session was maliciously disrupted by an individual who managed to interject offensive por*graphic audio and video content. As an attendee, I did not have any screen sharing or host privileges. However, the intrusive audio override and graphic visuals were painfully disruptive and appeared on all attendee screens before we could exit. This was distressing conduct, especially given the professional nature of the UN video meeting.  I am posting this anonymously out of privacy concerns, but want to formally report this unacceptable Zoom bombing incident. It enabled the dissemination of likely illegal p.graphic material into an official event, which could expose Zoom to liability if the perpetrators are not identified and held accountable.For these reasons, I have already submitted a request to Zoom's Trust & Safety team for the full logs and cloud recording associated with this

How do I screenshare documents and music on zoom using my Tablet as opposed to laptop?

I want to do a recording without me inside (during the recording playback). Yet during the meeting, others were able to see me.Just that, during the recording playback, I do not want to see myself inside the recording. I tried to hide my views, and I can still see myself inside the video recording.Can share with me the stepsGrateful !

When I either host or join a meeting from the Android app, the app is forcing a background. If I select 'None' for the background, then I get a solid (salmon colored) background. If I select an image, then the image works. Logging into the same meeting from the desktop app (using Linux), everything works as expected (no background if none is selected). I have searched the forums and have not found any relevant post to help.My account is "Member" of a "business" account. My coworkers are not experiencing the same issue. (the account admin is not forcing backgrounds). My own account settings (Meeting->Advanced) has Virtual Background turned off.

hi. I have a pro account. an ex member of our team initially set this up and her name is still associated with this account. so when we set up meetings her name is shown as the host. I have searched and clicked on my profile but I cannot work out how to change or remove her name. Help?

When sharing computer sound in the newest update of Zoom it now shares a screen that says Computer audio is being shared which interrupts gallery view every time I share audio.   I have the option to click Meeting at the top of the window which reverts back to gallery. BUT when I stop sharing computer audio and then share it again it puts me back at the Computer audio is being shared screen and I have to click the Meeting button to disable it again.  That's an extra step I absolutely DO NOT NEED!!! I need to disable this nonsense. How do I share computer audio without this screen interrupting mine and my attendees' gallery view? Why is this even a thing? How is this intrusive view even helpful?

I tried installing zoom but it tells me traffic dll couldnt be found. can i get some help

I am on a chrome book and have tried both the web and app versions of zoom.  Annotations are enabled.  Where are the annotation tools?  I've tried looking for the "little black pen" and nothing.  😞  Help!!

We had set up a recurring series that is monthly for the year of 2024. We asked Zoom support to set this up for us since not all of the scheduled months fell on the same day. I was asked to add a meeting to the series and realized that not only can I not add a date but that my series is scheduled to end on December 31, 2022 even though it shows we still extend out through the remainder of the 2024 year minus the meeting in December that is no longer scheduled. I reached back out to support but am told our subscription no longer has access to Zoom support. Not real sure what to do here.

Hello, I am trying to upload a video to the zoom waiting room and noticed that when joining the meeting the video plays but the audio does not automatically play with it. Is there a way to adjust the settings to make sure that when the participant joins the waiting room the audio for the video their watching will automatically play? Thanks!

Hi all, I attended a meeting today using the zoom app. I requested to record the meeting, and received a notification that it was accepted and recording. Unfortunately the meeting was cut off, and there was no option to save / convert recording. There was no meeting saved in the usual location (Mac: Documents > Zoom) or reference in my account’s Local Recordings section. I did find a file called “Data” saved in ~/Library/Application Support/zoom.us/ with lots of files from today’s date, but none I can see are called “double click it to convert” Can anyone please help me save my recorded meeting? If it helps, I was logged into my personal account on Zoom when I opened the meeting, but the link had been sent to my work email - I assume this is why I can’t fi

I have a Zoom meeting participant who wants to use her landline to join our virtual meeting.  When she dials the EST phone numbers on the meeting invitation, her landline phone provider reports that she is not allowed access to long distance calling.Is there a 800, 855, toll free US number that she can use to join our virtual meeting? 

PrefaceI just stumble across a non-legit signing cert the other day while wanting to update the Zoom client on Debian and Red Hat like distros. I was wondering if Zoom Inc. is to lazy to provide their Linux User base a valid public signing key for their packages (deb and rpm). Nevertheless, the key just arrived today and with a little tweaking the install should run through smoothly. So for all those people who want to upgrade or install the Zoom desktop client onto lots of Linux desktop machines feel free to follow the below steps. Any Feedback is always appreciated.A. My friend and I watch YouTube videos over Screenshare together, but recently, our audio hasn't been working. When one of us is sharing a video, the other can't hear the audio. Recently, the audio started working when I started sharing something, but I still can't hear her audio when she's sharing a video. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Hi,Is there any way of changing the field of view whilst on a call so that I can zoom in on myself/cut out the background.  I know how to change the background which is not what I want. I just need to shorten the field of view.

Hi All I am working on macOS Big Sur, Version 11.4 and I am a single user with the plan to interview just one other person. I have the basic zoom version and unfortunately cannot see the record button during the meeting. I can see when the other person (has the pro version) is recording, but I cannot. Please help to solve the problem. How can I add the needed recording button? Thank you. Meg

Is there a way to communicate (sending a message to) with people in our waiting room while our meeting is in progress.? (Without admitting them).
