Does anyone know how the recording looks when i spotlight a meeting/event halfway through. I am recording to the cloud and do have give me the spotlight/pip view when screen sharing. 

I recorded a Zoom meeting to Cloud yesterday. The meeting was 2 hours long and after I stopped the recording and ended the meeting, I actually waited for the Zoom to send me an email that the recording was processing. It didn't show up. I left my computer open over the night in case it would upload to my Zoom. Nothing happened when I checked this morning. I can see that my zoom cloud record was over the limit so I was deleting some of the old recordings even before the meeting started. I checked trash and it wasn't there either. Where could the file go? How can I get access to those files? I really need that meeting recording. Thank you!

I have installed an application "Fellow" to test it and the system asked access to ZoomAfter removing / uninstalling the App, I continue to have the "fellow" invited in my meetingHow disable / remove it from the meeting? 

Hi, I use Microsoft Group Policy Management to mass deploy Zoom each time there is an update.  The policy simply compares versions and when needed, runs the following command line upon windows startup: cmd.exe /C "start /wait msiexec /i ZoomInstallerFull.msi zNoDesktopShortCut="true" ZoomAutoUpdate="true" MSIRestartManagerControl="disable" zConfig="AddFWException=1;IntegrateZoomWithOutlook=1"" Although Zoom fully installs, the end user is prompted for an administrator's password during first launch.  Can someone please suggest what I could be doing wrong? Thank you! -sul.

How can the time date stamp be standard.  Sometimes its so tiny its hard to read, the next day the time stamp will be a large size.  

Is is possible to bcc attendees within the zoom desktop client email invite

On my tablet, I can see the name of participants when they join/leave the meeting at the top of the screen. I cannot find where to set this feature on my laptop. Can someone let me know where this setting can be found? Thank you.

When I'm using Zoom, my microphone randomly mutes.  It doesn't show up as muted (no red line through it) it's just people cannot hear me for a few seconds and then it come back to normal.  It happens with multiple microphones. - the one on my Dell laptop, the one on my Logitech webcam, and my blue snowball microphone.  It doesn't last long - but it interrupts most of my calls.  Anyone else have this issue?

Why does the screenshot is not functioning when i'm using the keyboard shortcut Alt+Shift+T. It is always when i'm in zoom meeting that i want to screenshot some topics or discussions. Thank you

I had a Zoom meeting yesterday evening, and set up a Zoom-link. The first participants (about 10) had no problem with the link and could easily join the meeting, but the rest did not. When they tried to join the zoom-meeting they received an error '502 Bad Gateway'. This was very frustrating, because therefor a lot of participants couldn't join the meeting. We also were not able to solve the problem, because we didn't know what the problem was. Can anyone (from the Zoom-team of another expert) tell me what could cause this problem and what we should do next time to prevent this?

What is the best solution to not only put graphics on your calls but that of other speakers as well?  I have used OBS and Vmix in the past through a central Host channel, but wondering what others might use.   

I would like to change the default location of where my computer recordings get saved. Can anyone tell where I can find the place the make that change?Thanks!

About (2) months ago, the Zoom app settings changed. The placement of the functions and what s in 'mre' options changed.  They have since reverted back.  However, I could not see anyone participating in the meeting with their camera off during that change. This means I can no longer see their 'box' in my gallery view. They are showing in the participation list but no longer in the gallery view. The irony is that the other participants can see them on their end. They can see Jane Doe, the black box, her name, and/or profile picture.  Is there a setting that I can use to correct this matter? Advance Thanks 

Hi everyone, I recently had an unknown person join my personal meeting link even though I didn't create or set up a call during that time. I'm concerned that someone else might be using my Zoom account. Has anyone else experienced something similar, or could there be another explanation for this? Thanks!

I just wrapped up a meeting that I had recorded to my computer. After the meeting I got a pop up bubble that the meeting was being downloaded/converted. It got about 50% of the way through and then all of a sudden the open windows cleared and nothing was happening. Nothing is saved under computer or cloud recordings, and I can't find that pop up that was tracking the conversion/downloading. Does this mean the recording isn't saved anywhere? I am thinking my laptop is too old so although the download/conversion started it couldn't finish. Any insight?

How can I optimally record in-person conference presentations with Zoom? We need to record the sessions to be shared post-conference.`1. How do I use screen share to view the room + record? Do I need an external camera? What is the optimal mic setup for individual speakers + a panel of speakers, and how do I connect the audio for the best quality audio + video?2. I have been trying, without success, to install the Desktop client on my Windows 10 PC.This had been working well until last night, when the client informed me I needed to update to the latest version.I tried this, but the installation failed.Since then I have completely uninstalled the app, downloaded the new version from Zoom site and tried to install again.The installation fails during the initialisation stage. It never starts the installation itself. The progress bar gets to about 50% and then the initialisation window just disappears. I have tried various things, clearing cache and cookies, turning off account protection, running as administrator but all to no avail.Has anyone any new ideas that might help me, please?

This happens way too often. I'll sit down to begin hosting a recurring meeting and it is GONE. Disappeared from my schedule. It happens every few months, randomly - never the same meeting.  This time, the meeting doesn't even appear in "previous" meetings.  Now, I have to inconvenience my clients once again and set them up with a new meeting id and password.  WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN AND WHY DOESN'T ZOOM FIX IT??? Clearly, I am not the only one that this happens to. Please fix it. 

1.How do you Invite new members to a meeting invite without it updating everyone attending (i.e those who have already accepted. I will be inviting attendees over a few weeks after speaking to them.2. How do you keep all attendees private in the meeting invite (I.e. no one can see who else is attending except the host)?It is fine in the meeting itself to see their names but I do not wish for everyone to be able to see everyone’s email addresses as this is a privacy issue. We had a meeting yesterday that required registration. Hi, I have Pro Business License, I have the language interpretation function enabled, but the icon (the globe) is not showing up on my dashboard during the meeting.  Where did it go?  Can someone please assist with this?  Thank you!

Hello, I scheduled a large Zoom meeting that is a client event for work, using registration. Can I use the exact same meeting link to practice with the meeting host/presenters (a day or more ahead of time), or will this mess up my scheduled meeting?  I have seen similar questions asked here, but want to be sure the scenario is exactly the same. Thank you!

We have a large training that we are running (~110-115 people). During these meetings, I make all facilitators and notetakers co-host so that they can mute people and troubleshoot issues in their breakout rooms, including moving people into the tech room. In our training this week we had to keep one team in the main room since the interpretation does not move into breakout rooms. When we set up breakout rooms, we set it to automatically move people to their room when we open the breakouts. However, we had a problem with several people not moving to their room and staying in the main room. The other problem we had is when people lost their connection and returned to the meeting, neither my tech team nor the co-host in the main room was able to move those people into either the tech room or their specific breakout. They just lingered until something aligned in the universe and they finally moved. Can anyone ex

Using latest version of free Zoom with latest version of Firefox, on a Windows 10 PC I cannot join meetings. When I input the meeting ID, or the ID associated with my account, Zoom either takes me to the Firefox homepage on the tab I am using, closes that tab, or shuts down the entire browser. In addition to accessing from a regular tab, I have attempted to access from a private tab, a private window, and even through TOR, without success.
