Zoom Issue When Logging in on Two Computers
Our advanced security settings for our pro account are set up to allow a user to be signed in on two computers at once—a significant convenience. However, twice recently a second computer signed in during a meeting and caused issues, either ending the meeting completely OR one computer "booted" the other (contrary to this setting) and disrupted the meeting. Can someone help?
This has not been an issue previously. Do we need to open a ticket? (Not sure how to do that!)
